We stayed in Adler from 05/22/24 to 05/28/24 and had the most pleasant impressions! A cozy hotel with a quiet green courtyard and shady gazebos for lunch and dinner in the fresh air! Very good cuisine/ large portions, very tasty! The friendly host greets the guests himself, any request or wish of the guest is fulfilled! Very friendly, helpful staff! Cozy rooms (we were unlucky with the weather, turn on the heating at night!) the only small disadvantage is that the rooms are on the 4th floor, but I really liked everything else!

I visited this hotel a couple of times with my family. The price tag is not high, while all the amenities are available. Moreover, they arrived suddenly, almost at night, without prior reservation. The staff is sociable, helpful and polite. The wait for room service is not long. Basically, everything is edible.

Hello! In early June, I flew to Astana to meet classmates from Russia, stayed at the Adler hotel. What I want to say is, I really liked everything. Clean room, everything you need in the room, snow-white linen, slippers, bathrobe, in the bathroom, everything you need, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and brush, hair dryer, air conditioning in the room, huge TV, a lot of channels, drinking water in a decanter, cleanliness. The cuisine is excellent, they cook very tasty, you can lick your fingers! The staff is polite! The owner of the establishment, Vladimir Ivanovich, is a very hospitable, hospitable host and generally a handsome, charismatic man! The bar is very cozy and has a welcoming atmosphere! There are cozy gazebos on the street! Everything is very cool! I recommend it to everyone! The location is very convenient! Good afternoon.The family came to Nur Sultan, stayed at the Adler hotel. I booked through booking. Everything is fine. The room is beautiful and spacious. Breakfast is included, simple: porridge or scrambled eggs, to choose from. We had dinner at a local bar, everything is very tasty, at an acceptable price. In the evening before departure, tea and dessert were served at the expense of the establishment, the strudel is delicious. I recommend.
