Nice rooms, and the girls themselves who work there. I give 4 stars due to the fact that the windows of our room overlooked the cafe, which was nearby. Music was playing loudly there every evening, it was impossible to relax in peace
Of all the nearby guest houses, this one is the best! We took a quadruple room. The repair is not the freshest, but everything is fine. Cleaning once every 4 days, keep in mind. Personally, I asked for a broom and swept the sand, because the children from the lake brought a sandbox on themselves. By the way, it takes 5 minutes to go to the lake through the new park. Special thanks to the administrator of Altynai. A wonderful girl! I found everything we needed, called a local taxi, solved the issue of excursions (it gets cheaper through them), replenished our mobile account, changed our money. Together with her, the economic Aigerim works, solving the issues of guests and all organizational issues of the hotel all day long. I do not know if they sleep there at all or not. According to the conditions, there is no hair dryer, take it with you. The iron is put up for general use, sometimes there is a small queue. There is a laundry service for a separate surcharge. There are gazebos, a barbecue and a grill. They even have a sauna, but we didn't use it. There is a refrigerator and a TV in the room. The pool is regularly cleaned, but when it is filled again, there is not enough water pressure from the tap and in the shower in all buildings. The double rooms are also good, but the triple rooms are cramped, and the shower cabin is uncomfortable there. There is no food at the hotel this year, but we did not sit on the spot. And you can have breakfast very close by - there are several cafes in 2 minutes.
This time I put 4. I have been vacationing only in this guest house for several years and there is something to compare it with. I really like this place, it's certainly not close to the lake, but it took me 10 minutes at a moderate pace. The g/d itself is good. Compared to others on this street and nearby, it is the cleanest and neatest. The rooms are bright, dry, clean and odorless. The plumbing is working properly. I visited almost all the rooms of this institution. There are old buildings. The rooms there are no worse, everything is clean and everything works. The new ones have newer repairs and laminate flooring instead of carpets. I really want to emphasize that the rooms have large windows. Say, "Why do you need windows?" Windows play a huge role, as the room turns out to be illuminated by the sun all day and there is no dampness in it. This year I appreciated it after visiting other hotels and this is a big plus. Inside the courtyard there is a large yurt and a swimming pool for adults, there used to be a children's pool, but now there are stairs to the new building. The occupancy rate is almost 100%, always. Therefore, it is worth checking availability in advance, or checking in from Monday to Thursday.
So, now let's move on to nutrition. Upon arrival, you can order three meals a day and I think this is the most profitable option. This year, the price tag is much higher than before. Apparently, the pandemic has made its own adjustments, although they always refer only to gasoline. The chefs are different every year, but they all cook very tasty. We ate in restaurants too, and we realized the difference. I didn't like the street restaurants at all. Everything was fine in this hotel, except that there was no clear meal schedule. Previously, it was always clear, breakfast from 8-10, lunch from 13-00-15-00, and dinner, respectively. This time we had to wait for half an hour and an hour. It's good if they swing by 9 in the morning, and so the pitch was by 10. Since 70% of vacationers are with children, naturally few people waited. During this time, the children eat their parents with giblets. That's why I took off the star. This was the reason for the refusal of vacationers to eat at the hotel. Further, what surprised me very much this year was the attitude of all the staff during the arrival of the so-called "tourist groups". When a large group of tourists arrives, the staff's attention is focused only on them. Moreover, there will not necessarily be foreigners, it may also be locals who simply ordered tours from the operator. I.e. they will be the first to be settled, they will definitely be served on time, a buffet, etc. Moreover, if such "tourists" walk all night, not letting the surrounding guests sleep, they will not even be reprimanded. The question then arises: "Who are we???". We also come to rest and also pay money for it! Not for free!! These are the nuances that I really wanted to highlight. It shouldn't be like this. This is a service sector and services should be provided to everyone equally, regardless of gender, age and place of residence of a person.
Great location. Nearby, a 10-minute walk from the city (shops, exchangers, etc.) and the city beach, and a street with a bunch of cafes, tandoor. Responsive staff (special respect to the administrator of Altynai). The rooms are fresh (we came across, it seems there are rooms of different "years", and therefore they seem to be different in condition), everything works, there is hot water. Everything is beautiful, clean, cozy on the territory, there is a Playground, although not large. There is a lot of meta with tables where you can eat and drink. There is music, barbecue, cauldron. When we had guests, most of them were family with children, but there were also young drinking guys from the neighboring country. Overall, everything is great. We had a great rest.
+
close to the beach, cozy room.

Wi-fi in the room catches poorly, TV slows down, constant gatherings with drinking alcohol in the yard for half the night.
