The products are not always fresh, the quality is below average. Amateurs generally work, they know practically nothing about their work and responsibilities. I ordered cakes several times. They always messed up. They write generally illiterate. If you ask to write a text on the cake, make sure that everything is written correctly. You can even leave a piece of paper that exactly needs to be written (otherwise they may write incorrectly).
