The staff is excellent - cleaning every day, everything is done well, everything is clean. The breakfasts are not like Turkish ones, but they are satisfying and quite enough until the evening.
For fun, I swam in the pool once - the water is clean, the bottom is clean.
One of the disadvantages is that the water pressure in the shower in my room is very weak, apparently the filters are clogged in the water path.
At night, someone is constantly riding mopeds down the street, you can hear everything.

The rooms are spacious and very cozy, in Thai style. There is a kettle, cups, glasses, hair dryer. There is also a refrigerator, air conditioning and a free safe. A good breakfast is not a lot of dishes, but absolutely everything is edible. Cleaning every day. But towels and pillowcases may have holes. Unfortunately, in the bathroom, the labels on the bottles of liquid soap and gel (which were simply taped) have long been overgrown with mold, and they are not being changed. Like the tablecloths on the tables - with dried stains, alas.. And there are cockroaches in the room, so lovers of cleanliness may need to pay extra for a hotel with a lot of stars. The main disadvantage of the hotel is its location right on the highway: the noise from the motorcycles is just terrible. If the windows of the room overlook the pool, then it's still OK, but if it's on the road... If not for this, I would confidently recommend this small hotel, but since sleep is a very important part of rest, and it should be full, then let everyone weigh their own decisions. Outwardly clean hotel, cleaned every day. A set of towels for each, changed every other day or on request. The pool is clean and well maintained. The beach is 5 minutes away, 7/11 is a 1-minute walk away. We rested for 12 days on the 4th floor and everything was fine except for the last two days, when a lot of people checked into the hotel and the shower water just stopped draining, and the smell of sewage appeared in the shower room. If it hadn't been for the last two days and we hadn't learned all the "charms" of the hotel when we were fully occupied, the review would have been for 5*, but alas. Otherwise, we were satisfied.

A great place to relax. There is a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast is fine with me. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, shower. There is one unpleasant thing, but we were cold at night. From 2 a.m. to 8 a.m., the room smelled of sewage. There are many antennas on the roof of the hotel, including 5G.

When we arrived, we had time for a buffet for two days, then it was not clear what began, portioned dishes: two fried eggs on a plate, two sausages (it is not clear what freshness), three slices of ham, three slices of cucumber and tomatoes. And so it is every day (. Honestly, I'm sick of it. The only thing that changed on the plate was a piece of omelet instead of one fried egg.
Their advantages are the sea nearby, all shops,cafes, pharmacies.

It is normal for 3 stars, the location is quiet, if your room does not overlook the road, the food is monotonous, so there is no point in overpaying for it, especially since there is a cafe nearby and there is a sevenleven not far away in 5 minutes on foot ..., the room has a balcony, but it is not possible to be on it with the air conditioner turned on, since everything the heat from the operation of the air conditioner is diverted to the balcony ...., ceilings flow in the corridors in heavy rains, but the rooms do not seem to flood, the only plus is that the pool is cleaned every day.

I am here now, in February 2025. I woke up and I want to write. All the advantages are written in previous reviews, but a more or less decent room and size and everything you need-a refrigerator, a safe, a hair dryer are all here.
BUT THE NOISE from the cars!! And I have a room for the pool! You can hear the noise from all the rooms, and to hell with such a vacation, sleeping and living on the highway for two weeks! I'm not so much rested as annoyed.
Really, I fell for the price, and it's probably for good reason that this hotel is the lowest on Karon 😬😬

The pool is small and not very clean. Breakfasts are monotonous. For two weeks of stay, there is only one watermelon from fruits! In principle, everything is in the room, except for hooks in the toilet (there is not even anywhere to hang a towel), by the way, only one towel is given out. There is enough drinking water in the room, even if you have not drunk enough. There is no elevator! But we lived on the ground floor. The hotel's exit onto a busy road! It's close enough to the sea.. 7 minutes walk. Near the supermarket 7/11. There are many small cafes, exchangers. At the nearest intersection on the way to the sea, the most excellent smoothie!! Thai does not spare fruits! A great thick smoothie! I advise you! Overall not bad!

The hotel gives an ambivalent impression. Judging by the photos in the int, it's a really nice boutique hotel. When you stop crying from what you see in reality, you also seem to see a boutique hotel, but some sooo distant echoes. Room 404, dirty in the trash, ants on all surfaces, fewer cockroaches, maybe because they brought traps with them. There is no dryer-we bought it. There are no hooks and a shelf for towels in the bathroom - they bought it. Mold on the ceiling, on the pillow. There were 4 hangers-we bought 20 pieces, a table on the balcony-we bought it. We'll leave everything, I even wonder if the workers will take it away. The towels are torn, they are changed every day.The external air conditioner unit is above your head on the balcony, dripping on your head- a bottle was shoved in. The mattress is like a tree, at first I was upset, but it turned out to be comfortable. It is a pity that a beautiful and lovely hotel is now in such hands, this hotel needs a good, attentive owner, and not to reduce the cost in order to somehow stay afloat.

Not a big hotel. Room 301 was on the corner with access to the road. It was a little noisy, but it didn't bother us. The room itself is quite large for two people. There is WiFi in the room. The furniture is old, the bed creaks, the mattress is hard (for me +). The plumbing is old, but everything worked. The shower door didn't come together completely. The balcony is small, dries on chairs if only a few things. Mostly they dried beach clothes, the rest went to the laundress. Daily cleaning service. The staff is friendly. The hotels have a swimming pool, good, clean, but few sunbeds. 5 pcs. The hotel is well located. Nearby there are 7 , a laundress and fruits, a bank (exchange at a favorable rate). The beach is 7-10 minutes away. It cost us 29k for 14 nights. In March. For this money, they outbid all the cons. I recommend

If the main thing for you on vacation is not the apartments, but the rest itself, and the hotel is needed so that you can take a shower and spend the night, then this hotel is what you need. The room has a shower, TV, kettle, cups, safe (which is important). Someone writes that mattresses are very hard, for me it was a plus, since at home the mattress is the same hardness. The breakfasts are of the same type, they got a little tired in 13 days. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. You can ask for a straw mat on the beach for free, I took it every morning without any problems and returned it in the evening. In rainy weather, you can also take an umbrella at the reception.
I lowered my grade by one point just because of the last night. I lived on the top floor and at night apparently some big animal caught a small one, the sound of the struggle was scary - and everything was happening over my bed somewhere in the attic. If the owners suddenly read this review, then put traps in the attic to save the nerves of the guests. And so I really liked everything.

A small hotel, only about 20 rooms, 4 floors, no private territory, only a small swimming pool.
Good location, on the best beach in Phuket. Nearby there is everything you need - shops, makashnitsy, cafes.
The rooms are medium in size, there is everything you need. Upset very hard beds and absolutely tasteless breakfasts. How many times have we been in Thailand in different hotels, we have not met this.

It's just a great place for your budget. Big room, pretty clean. They asked for it on the second floor - they gave it on the second floor. The attitude is friendly. The price came out to 30k rubles in 2 weeks. For the sake of interest, I looked, but through a tour of operators it is 2.5 times more expensive than to armor myself
Of the disadvantages that can be for people, it's a little noisy from the road, but it doesn't bother me. For some, a very hard mattress may be a disadvantage, but for me it is only a plus

We rested at this hotel from 02.12.2023 to 11.12.23. The hotel is not big , in my opinion – urban type , stands right on the road, and since there are no sidewalks specifically in Phuket, it is not very convenient to go, but in principle we quickly got used to it and it did not bother much. I want to write down what I liked and what I didn't like in this hotel:
I liked it:
1. They settled us on the ground floor, it was a big plus, since the hotel has 5 floors and there is no elevator, the couple was given the ordered superior room with us, but at the same time it was on the 4th floor, and they were outraged; since there is no air conditioning at the reception, as well as in the corridors, respectively It's hard for the heat to climb up.
2. The room is standard (105), not very large, but everything that was needed in the room was: air conditioning system (excellent, it was always cool), very large bed, safe, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, kettle, cups with saucers and spoons, safe, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels. The view from the room to the pool, in principle, is not bad, and through the same door you could go to the dining room for breakfast. This room is not on the sunny side, so the sun did not shine through the window, although there are blackout curtains. Wi-fi is excellent, you could watch movies online.
3. Breakfasts: who writes that very meager breakfasts, well, maybe it's still 3, although in Pattaya the same thing in 3 was a greater variety, but there was also a seven-story hotel with a lot of people) but anyway in ordinary life, we don't often eat sandwiches with caviar or any other delicacies, or very often we make a variety of dishes: in my opinion, NORMAL BREAKFASTS, you can choose for every day: potatoes, boiled eggs, sausages, ham, various fresh cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, muesli, porridge, omelet, fried eggs, yogurt, rice with vegetables, toast, jam fruits: watermelons and pineapples, tea, coffee, drinks, milk.
4. The pool is clean, it was cleaned with us several times.
5. But this hotel was chosen on a budget because of its proximity to Karon beach (10 minutes walk), the beach is excellent, the sea is clean, blue, not often, but there are waves, there were small jellyfish for a couple of days. We went to Kata beach 20 minutes on foot from the hotel, but I liked Karon more.
I didn't like it :
1. The mattress on the bed is very hard, like asphalt, sometimes my back hurt, although I prefer hard mattresses, but this one .....
2. The furniture in the room is more or less normal, not quite old, but of course everything in the shower is already so worn, a shelf fell off when we towels were hung on it, it is clear that no one repaired it, they just baited it, one door in the shower cabin had no runners at all, the other barely drove, there is mold above the sink, not washed; there is an age-old layer of dust on the window facing the courtyard from the shower (pictured).
3. The curtain is light in the room: part of it was in mold, you can see in the photo, not much, but there is.
4. Swimming pool –we never swam, only the sea was relevant, but it has like a fountain, and the water pours all day and all night, very loud and audible.
5. There were very loud neighbors from other states, just not really loud, they sat day and night at the pool, constant loud laughter, not stopping (of course, it's clear why), it was annoying at night, but in the end they were reprimanded and they went to the room.

The best thing about the hotel is its convenient location relative to the beach, although not the first line, it takes only 10 minutes to walk slowly. The hotel itself has cardboard walls, you can hear the noise from the road all night, an unpleasant smell comes from the shower-toilet in the morning - a terrible stench, the food for breakfast is meager and already half an hour before closing it there is nothing left at the distribution, there is a risk of staying hungry) the staff does not speak or understand Russian, but there is a Wi-Fi and a voice translator in the phone. The hotel has a small swimming pool, but there is not much point in swimming in it) there is no elevator. I would put 3) but everything is decided by the price and location, and it is excellent here. Total 3.5!

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in May-June 2023. The check-in was quick, but no one escorted to the room, and the room turned out to be on the 5th floor and there is no elevator! View from a tiny balcony on the road, mountains and a piece of the sea. The room itself has a large bed, but on one half the mattress is terrible, a TV, an old and dirty refrigerator, a wardrobe, a table, a bench, lamps, a safe that did not work, I asked the safe to be put in order, they promised, but they never did. By the way, the room was covered in dust, cleaning was carried out, but this cannot be called cleaning. The shower room is spacious, there are no shelves, and, in principle, there is no water either! You come from the sea, you open the faucet, but there is no water. Breakfast is a separate story: tea, coffee, toast, butter, jam, one egg or a piece of omelet, fruit! They said that the owner was Turkish and the breakfasts were excellent, nothing like that, there was nothing to eat at all! Of the advantages: It is 3 minutes to seven, 10 minutes to the sea, near cafes, pharmacies, exchangers. And yet, there is a small pool, I saved it when there were strong waves at sea, but there are only 6 sun loungers. What I want to say is, we bought a ticket a few hours before departure, this hotel was already confirmed, there was no choice, but this is the most unsuccessful hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone.

A small hotel, no more than 25 rooms. Quiet, clean, daily cleaning, rooms after cleaning sprinkle with wonderful flavor. I couldn't find out what kind of miracle it was. Now in this hotel. We arrived at 4.30 am, I get to Phuket a day. The first trouble is that the check-in is only at 14.00, allegedly there are no rooms. Wherever you want, wait there until that time. We lay down by the pool on the sun beds, we could not sleep, because at 5.00 the staff started walking. No one even pays attention to us, it's very unpleasant. The second point, we wanted to drink coffee in the morning in the dining room, we were kicked out because there is no room. I asked for at least water, they said only for money. In general, the meeting with the hotel failed. We haven't seen the rooms and the sea yet, but the impression is spoiled, we really wanted to go to Phuket, but a sincere meeting didn't work out. Very sorry. I really do not recommend this hotel in terms of the attitude towards guests in a difficult situation. I am sure that for this money, it was possible to find a more friendly place

Matches its stars. Everyone knows about breakfast initially: cereals, greens, milk porridge, sausage, rice / potatoes / vegetables, egg, watermelon. I don't eat breakfast at home anymore. There were no problems with water. It's a little noisy. The location relative to the beach and infrastructure is excellent.
