Disgusting food, not even worth 4 stars. There is no choice, there are no normal meat products, bad desserts, limited quantity (1 serving of French fries per table, how do you like that?). Would you like a sunbed? - occupy at 6 a.m. either sit away from the water or wait for someone to leave. The worst hotel in Fujairah, and the appearance is deceptive.

Dear friends, I would like to tell you about our May vacation at the Address Fujairah Beach Resort 5* hotel (UAE, Fujairah Emirate). It so happened that we visited the UAE for the first time, which means that you will read the first impressions of visiting a new country. Let's start in order. A passport will be enough for you to visit the UAE. You don't need a visa. The flight from Moscow to Dubai will take almost 6 hours. We used the services of the Fly Dubai airline. A neat little new plane from Boeing. There are no special features, pros or cons. High-quality, just like our Aeroflot. Everything is organized well at Dubai Airport, there is a distribution officer who promptly distributes the queue to free border service employees. But the national men's clothing on the border guards looks just charming! After receiving your luggage, you will be met by an employee with a sign from your tour operator and will show you where you need to go in search of your transfer. Literally 2 minutes and you are already sitting in a comfortable air-conditioned room. It took us about 2 hours to get from Dubai Airport to the hotel in Fujairah. If you drive a car, it will be interesting for you to observe the driving style of local drivers. Exceeding the speed limit, not following the distance, driving "bumper to bumper", constantly blinking headlights and beeping in any situation - this is the first thing that catches your eye. Perfect roads, a changing landscape, from urban delights, to real deserts with camels, rocky mountains and long tunnels, all this awaits you on the way to the hotel. The road will fly by unnoticed, in some places the speed of our "car" slightly exceeded 140 km / h. And now we are already crossing the threshold of our hospitable hotel! The first thing you will notice is a special fragrance that just floats all over the territory. The secret turned out to be simple. The hotel has its own certified fragrance that belongs only to this hotel. Dispensers are placed throughout the territory, which automatically maintain this very pleasant smell. Then everything was beautiful too. The Russian-speaking polite and tactful reception staff, a wet towel and a welcome drink, quick check-in to a great room with a spacious balcony and sea views. Impeccable room cleaning at a convenient time for you (specify this moment at the reception), excellent new bed linen, comfortable beds, a huge bathroom: shower room, two sinks, bathroom, toilet. Big TV (there is only one Russian program - 1 channel, so as not to forget the language ;).
Next in order:
- the main restaurant. Very high quality food. Everything we didn't try was delicious. It is diverse. For every taste. Meat, fish, pilaf, steaks, fresh fruits (pineapples, watermelons and melons were especially good, and passion fruit, of course). Lovers of oriental sweets will also appreciate all desserts. As is customary in decent hotels, there is not only a buffet, but also a separate area where something special is prepared for each meal: omelets for breakfast, steaks for lunch, pancakes for dinner (this is just for example, there are a lot of options). The main restaurant has a solid 4+ out of 5! Why not 5? Here's the downside: drinks need to be ordered from the staff in the hall. The waiting time for a drink can be from 5 to 20 minutes… You've already eaten everything, but you still don't have your favorite red wine… There is something to work on here. At the same time, I would like to note that the entire hotel staff is very friendly and benevolent. They are trying to help. Many people are trying to learn Russian. This is understandable. We had a strong belief that 75% of the guests were from Russia, 20% were Europeans, 5% were Belarusians and Kazakhs together. The atmosphere is extremely friendly. There are no hints of conflicts.
- Fish restaurant (Ala kart). Probably, it is rare in any place that Ala Kart restaurants differ in something interesting (although there are exceptions). But this does not apply to our fish restaurant. Nothing interesting. You just don't have to go there! In fact, you will receive the same dishes of the main restaurant, but differently decorated. Well, change the situation and get your drinks faster. Perhaps nothing more about "Ala Kart"
- Pool bar. A regular bar with a standard set of drinks and snacks. The guys work quickly and skillfully. There are no complaints. It is convenient to drop in there on the way to the sea or from the sea.
- Pools. There are three of them. An adult is 25 m long, you can swim in the morning for training. There are not many people who want to come at 07:00. The children's pool is shallow for small children, the family pool - everyone swims here. The hotel has an interesting approach to our bad habit of occupying sun beds. This is forbidden here! All the sun beds in the morning from 07:00 are already with towels, the staff took care of it! You came and took a sunbed. But if you are not there for 30 minutes, then the towels will be removed and new ones will be built. In general, we have never had any problems with sun beds! All sun loungers (soft sofas) have umbrellas from the sun
- the sea. The walk from the room to the water's edge takes 5 minutes at a slow pace. There is an interesting feature. Nowhere else on the beach have we seen such a diverse underwater world. For the sake of interest, I started counting the varieties of these bright fish. I counted at least 12 of them!!! From the most massive "yellow stripes", to shoals of fish that jump out of the water in shoals in the morning and shine in the sun... an amazing sight! And even box fish with small fins and big lips came into view many times!!! I would like to emphasize once again that this is the underwater world of the beach! All the rest days we heard from other vacationers about four turtles that live nearby. But luck smiled on us only on the penultimate day of rest. We saw two individuals in the water on the beach at once, 50 cm and a little more. But the large meter-long turtles have not been met. Probably another time! There is no need to occupy sun beds on the beach, as well as by the pool. There will already be towels on everyone.
- Entertainment. There is a large chess set on the beach. In addition, a net is stretched and a playground is marked for volleyball fans. But you need to keep in mind that the sand here is as large as sandpaper! Take care of your knees and elbows!
- FRIDAY's special feature!!! Locals arrive at the hotel on Friday. They come in families, companies, with numerous wives and children. They behave quite modestly. But there are a lot of them! They can be seen by the national clothes of men and women. It doesn't affect anything in any way, it just pounding from Friday to Sunday.
- The staff. Most of the staff arrived in the UAE from Pakistan. Hardworking and polite. They are trying very hard. There are guys from the CIS, from Africa.
- The language barrier. Ideally, you need English. But even without it, they will understand you and help you. Moreover, now everyone has excellent "translators" on smartphones. It always saves!
- The interior design of the hotel. Experts call such hotels "Instagrammed". Well, literally on every meter on the ground floor of the hotel there are some amazingly beautiful things or compositions of fresh flowers or real minerals. There is a diving helmet, and marine binoculars, and antique weapons, and chests, and carved mirrors and benches, and much, much more! The hotel is exquisitely decorated!
- Cons: as I wrote above, there is a long wait for drinks in the main restaurant. And one more little thing! For some completely incomprehensible reason, the hotel decided not to include such a trifle as ice cream in the "All Inclusive". It's just amazing! But this is a fact!
- The way back. Everything is just as wonderfully organized! We extended the room for free until the time of our departure. We visited the VIP lounge of Dubai Airport at the airport... Well, friends, we have something to be proud of! Any similar lounge at any airport in Moscow is three times better!!! Keep this in mind!

Now I am with my wife and child in this hotel, I can only compare it with Ras Al Khaimah, the Intercontinental Hotel. So the pros: the hotel is new, cleanliness is strictly monitored, our room is two-room - chic, overlooking the Indian Ocean, the room is cleaned perfectly. The beach is not bad, but in Ras Al Khaimah the sand is nicer and whiter. The territory is very small, but cozy, plus there are palm trees and beautiful mountains.
Now the cons are the biggest, it's the food....there are very few types of dishes, problems with meat, a children's table - French fries and pasta (well, quite a disappointment, a lot of people at breakfast, queues for omelets and eggs Benedict. There are cocktails in the pool bar, it feels like with a minimum of alcohol. Well, there are no entertainment activities for adults and children (there is a game room, but 9-10 year olds will be bored). In general, it is probably possible to visit once, add to the travel piggy bank. Of course, we will not come here a second time.

I rested at the hotel from March 8 to March 16.A gift from a spouse for Women's Day.I visited, as in a fairy tale, the rest was divine.Silence,comfort, untouched nature,walks along the embankment, morning and evening,constant surprises from the hotel staff and nature.Food, drinks, service, everything is on top, the guys are educated and trained.Special thanks to John at the reception,always in touch and helps to solve any issues instantly,cleaning the room 2 times a day,thanks to Roshan,in the restaurant, many thanks to the Beautiful and very friendly Devi.On the beach by the sea there is a lifeguard named Shanka, who wrote my name on the sand early in the morning, very professionally and beautifully, it was a surprise and very pleasant.Thank you.I wish the hotel good and more guests, development and prosperity.

- cons: service at the hotel, lack of hospitality, poor menu at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, no shower on the beach (closer to the recreation area), there is nowhere in the room to dry things after bathing.

Pathos is more than service.... We arrived today on May 25, 2023 at 9 o'clock, we said sit wait until 12, then you can come and settle in.... For a hotel of this level, it is unacceptable to keep guests without food, water at the reception, we have a night flight from the road + by car for almost 2 hours .... At 12 o'clock they said they would settle in at 15 o'clock ... eh, they settled in at 14 and let them in at 12:30 for lunch 🥗 5 hours on the sofa in the lobby like a homeless man spent .... It's just not some kind of hospitality, but mockery. The room is excellent for 5 * settled on the 5th floor with a view of the mountains, you can see a little and the sea is good that there is no noise behind the hotel road through the tunnel.
Although there is poor food in the restaurant, but a great guy Sushil brightens up the stay, he is a positive, smiling and sociable employee!
There is not enough path to the sea on the beach as it is difficult to walk on hot sand 😞

A slightly strange assortment of buffet and food quality, pesticide tomatoes and dry chicken, for example. Coffee is good only with a separate order, but it is 35 dirhams per mug and it does not even pull half of this cost))) The hotel is relatively new. There is an area with an 18+ swimming pool, a high-quality gym, but small and gym equipment is not for all occasions, dumbbells are light. From minor troubles, the iPad disappeared, but it was quickly found, they said "I got tangled in the laundry, accidentally got into the dirty", but I remember for sure that I put it on charging and the charging level confirmed it. The same dark-skinned lady tried to pinch the deposit at the check-out, then offered to treat her with something free of charge, but changed her mind and billed))) There is a separate restaurant for a fee, it has quite tasty seafood, but meat for three. There are local excursions around the bay to the reef and so on, if you're lucky, you can catch a lot of wildlife, even sharks are reef harmless…

We liked the hotel. We arrived on an individual transfer, and left for the airport alone by car. it was unexpected and very pleasant.The rooms are new, fresh, furniture, plumbing are all brand new. The room has a tea set and a coffee machine. The cleaning is excellent, the water and tea sets are cleaned and replenished every day.The hotel itself has a beautiful interior, fresh flowers are constantly in the lobby. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I especially wanted to highlight Farook at the reception, he always helped and was very friendly.There is relaxation here, there is no animation, and there is nowhere to leave the hotel at all. You need to take a taxi to any store and shopping center. But the hotel has a free shuttle service to Fujairah City Mall. We drove it once, there about 1h 40 min, back quickly 40 min.We went by taxi to Lulu and the museum of Antique cars. The price to Lulu is 50 dirhams and we took a taxi back there, also 50 dirhams. Everything is delicious in terms of nutrition, there is a good selection of fruits. I would add a meat assortment. The waiters bring the drinks themselves, sometimes you have to wait a long time. We are used to making tea and coffee ourselves, but they have such a service. There are enough places for everyone on the beach, there is a person who lays a towel for you when you come and bring chilled water. We saw crabs and turtles in the sea. The sea is just super, there were no waves for a single day, they were from 05/26/24 to 06/03/24. The view from the balcony is just amazing, we had a sea view. The cuisine is delicious, but the menu is the same 🤷♂️ we were there for 10 days, the menu is unchanged. Of the minuses, the complete absence of evening animation. After dinner, all by the numbers 😂

Stupid opening of the bathroom doors.
There are no shops nearby.
Compatriots occupy sun beds, and do not sunbathe, either in the pool or on the beach - but this was solved simply - the staff took their belongings and the sunbed is free.
The main disadvantage is there is nowhere to dry things if the room has a mountain view.

They cook very tasty, breakfast mmm.. croissants, omelette, waffles.. cappuccino is simple 😋
And of course the sea is great, the water is like fresh milk, transparent, turquoise, sand.. Sun beds are always free, terry towels are free, water in the room (there is coffee in the room, coffee machine, cream) and on the beach for free.

What's the 5???😂Maximum of 3!
Spa service (I went for a massage, cost 275 dirhams- I'm paying.. 400, they tell me: we don't have change, go change..😂).
There is dirt in the restaurant, there are not enough waiters, and those who work like sellers in M-video hide from you as much as possible. You can have dinner (if you have the patience to stand in front of 20 people), and during this time the waiter will not approach you, so you will even be without a glass of water, I'm not talking about other drinks.
There are 5 mattresses on the sun beds on the beach (there is a hidden hunt for them during the day, but usually if people are occupied, they will not leave), the rest of the sun beds are naked and hard, there are shat birds).
