The hotel is fresh, there are many pleasant details in rooms, bathrooms, even in puplic WCs. It provides everything necessary.
It's clean everywhere. The room cleaning is also qualified. We had the cleaner named Waseem, who was attentive to the detais, his work was of high level, I didn't have a chance to be dissatisfied, as it almost always happens in the most of hotels. We were also pleased with beautiful towel-composition with flowers on our bed.
The kitchen is nice. The assortment of dishes isn't huge, but almost everything is very tasty. They provide oysters every evening for additional payment, but the price is good - 15 aed per piece. Icecreem and milkshakes are also for fee.
We had all-inclusive package, but the range of included drinks isn't wide. Also it's not often obvious for the guest what's included.
I'd mention that the beach equipment isn't of high level, it looks like a wild beach a little.
The personnel tries to be kind, but they are often not quick enough.
You should take into account that they don't have intertainment programm or good activities for children, if it's important for you. But if you're searching for calm, relaxed, qiet time - it's the right choice.

Overall 5 stars, but there are significant nuances
Good:
- very nice staff. I will highlight Anouar and David at the reception, Gihan and Karim by the pool, Amos from room cleaning
- clear sea
- modern and well-designed rooms. Sleeping is very comfortable, both in terms of temperature and lighting. A pregnant wife was ordered a pillow for pregnant women and they did not forget to bring it!
The bad:
- there's a race for sun beds. You either run out of the room at 7 a.m., or somehow arrange with the locals that a sunbed will be reserved for you
- a lot of things don't work — often it's process-based, not technically. For example, the phone in the room. It was fixed only a week later (!). The toilet drain is jammed. You can't connect a laptop to a TV because the company moved its website through which the sharing is going on and forgot to update the instructions. You can order food by phone and on TV, but the phone didn't work for us, and ordering via TV, it turns out, too
- when you ask the locals for something, you always need to be sure that they won't do it the first time. The pillow was brought immediately, and the luggage could not be delivered for three hours. Was the phone repaired on the seventh day? I lost my cap, they found it, but they lost it again during the transfer. I've been reminding you for 3 days in a row
- be sure to take a fullboard! The cost of the dinner is inclusive of 160 dirhams per person at the time of writing. If you order from the menu, you will get more (lentil soup costs 40 dirhams). When buying a tour, we were offered a fulboard much more profitable
- the hotel is in an open field! A taxi to the nearest market will cost 70 dirhams in 2 directions, to the nearest supermarket (normal, not "on the corner") 120 dirhams in 2 directions and a 20-minute drive in one direction. The taxi is only for cash, there is an ATM at the gas station. You can also walk, but along the highway. There is nowhere to have dinner outside the hotel, there is nothing to do either
- travel desk doesn't know what it's doing. Actively sells instead of helping. We asked in plain text: wouldn't it be faster to travel by metro inside Dubai? Aren't we leaving late? As a result, all possible traffic jams were removed. We returned an hour late, and were asked to pay for an hour and a half. In general, be careful
- people smoke on the veranda and in the sunbed area, and the hotel/locals think it's ok

Great hotel. A small one, for a week's rest- you can't think of a better one. Rooms : comfortable, equipped with everything necessary, equipped with the latest technology. The food is very tasty (but some dishes must be ordered from the waiter. For example: egg dishes for breakfast. But if you know, you can get a Benedict egg with salmon - it's very tasty). 3 pools: for adults - a relaxation area, for children, as well as a cooling pool, which is also pleasant in the heat. Turtles swim in the sea, the beach is normal. Minus: apparently, due to the current, a lot of garbage floats into the bay. Do I recommend the hotel to visit? Definitely yes!!!

An amazing hotel!
I chose an "Instagram" hotel and hit the nail on the head! Magnificent interior inside and on the territory of the hotel, helpful staff, delicious food. We were pleased with the boys who clean the rooms, made roses out of towels and strewed the whole bed with rose petals! Well, the restaurant employee, who was interested in how I was doing every day, immediately made tea or coffee)
The only drawback is the small number of sun beds. The rules say that you can "book" sun beds only for 15 minutes, meanwhile, guests calmly put their things down and go to bed, eat. Well, in general, there are very few sun beds for so many vacationers.
But I still give this hotel 5 stars.

We stayed at the hotel from 3.11.24 to 9.11.24. The hotel is almost impeccable. Mountain landscapes, sandy beach, clear sea with sea turtles, silence or pleasant music, live music in the evening, oriental unobtrusive aromas in public places, restrained and at the same time luxurious interior, perfect room cleaning (special thanks to Kiran, carefully reported everything that we used on a daily basis), varied meals (in the morning, by the way, egg dishes to order, ask the waiters), for 1 day there were even local oysters for an additional fee.
There is a big problem: there is a shortage of sun beds, despite the fact that the reservation of a sunbed lasts 15 minutes, visitors put such personal items and in such quantity that they simply cannot be removed, they have to strain to find a place, but they have never been left without sun beds, the staff decides.
There was also an unpleasant experience of communicating with the staff at the upper pool (they reported that there were no sun beds available, they brought chairs to wait, as a result, they removed someone's things from the sun beds and placed the couple who had just arrived instead of us; the next day the lifeguard walked around us and literally waited, waved a whistle at our feet when we we will free up the sun beds so that he can accommodate other guests), we turned to the hotel manager at the reception, the next day the guys at the pool were more friendly and already vacated the "reserved" beds for us.
About the features: a group transfer from Dubai airport takes about 3 hours on a dying bus, so if possible, it is better to take an individual one.
We also went shopping in Dubai, ordering a transfer from Asi from the hotel (sitting near the gym), cheaper than a tour operator for $ 100, the driver is a professional, plus you can name several points, they will deliver without additional payment.
There is nowhere to walk in the vicinity of the hotel, only the promenade at the residences, so this place is more about relaxation.

Hello everyone. A delightful hotel with a great location!!! Responsive staff, delicious food, albeit with a small assortment. The room cleaners try to make all sorts of pleasant things for the guests, in the form of various figures from towels, we had a guy Ruby, he tried very hard.
I advise everyone. I almost forgot, eggs Benedict is a DELIGHT!!!
P.S. One small BUT VERY IMPORTANT minus!!! A huge cool beach, but VERY FEW sun loungers!!! But we hope the hotel administration will fix it.

We had a vacation with a 6-year-old child in July 2024. An amazing hotel. It was hot, from 32 to 40, but I felt comfortable, especially when you go into the sea and it's warm, and you take a shower after the sea - the water is hot. The hotel is new, the furniture is new, everything is new! Yes, there is no animation, no slides and no mini disco, but my child liked it so much that she left with tears, because she met the guys and became very friends. The food is great, I haven't eaten so delicious in a long time! Seriously. A luxurious room! The staff is excellent! The kids' club is open from 10 to 18 WITHOUT a break (but they only speak English). The kids do crafts there, mine did 4 a day), watch cartoons, draw- the club is wonderful! We also saw turtles, crabs, and even a cormorant flying in/swimming in. I've never even seen turtles come ashore in the Maldives before. The child was absolutely delighted, and so was I.
So if you're going with a child, then don't be afraid! I was afraid at first too, but now I will definitely come back here! Our stay in this amazing hotel was a 200% success!

A lovely, cozy hotel. Infinity pool for adults. There is a wide beach, there are few sunbeds on the beach, but we lay by the pool and went to the sea just to swim. There are no fish in the sea, but turtles come. The interiors of the hotel (rooms, restaurant, lobby) are gorgeous. The food is good, in the morning you can order different egg dishes (poached, benedict, omelet..) from the waiter, they will cook especially for you in 10 minutes. For 2 - 3 meals a day, soft drinks are included without restrictions, brought by waiters. For lunch and dinner - coffee and tea. The room cleaning is very good. In this emirate, the heat is more easily tolerated than from the Persian Gulf. We had dinner in Alaska on the street and even without air conditioning it was very comfortable. An ideal place for a seal vacation. There is everything inside the hotel, it is better not to go into the shops with the price too much. They write on the website that 1 Russian person works, but this is not the case. Russian Russians account for 85% of the visitors, so some of the waiters speak a little Russian, in the bar too, and in the store of sea excursions and equipment they also speak a little. I would like to highlight the tour desk separately, it is located behind the reception, Asya works there, an ideal Russian. The prices for her excursions are lower than those of tour agents, the approach to clients is more sensitive, we were stuck once in Dubai and could not get to the hotel because the taxi refused to go, she was able to make a transfer (cheaper than a taxi) and they took us with comfort and water, paid for the current at the end. A miracle, not a man.
The food at the hotel is good, it's worth taking "all inclusive" here, otherwise it will be very expensive. Buffet all meals, there was always different food, we had enough. 1 time can be replaced for dinner at the Salia restaurant for free, there are 3 appetizers/ 3 main / 3 desserts.

We had a vacation in early September with our family. The check-in was comfortable. I would like to thank Maria separately. She was very pleasant, told and explained everything. We went straight to lunch, as we arrived earlier. The buffet is plentiful, dishes for every taste. The children's table was very helpful, if there was no food for the child, then you could just ask for French fries. From the restaurant, I would like to especially thank Nyasha and Manisha. Nyasha is generally wonderful, she gave us a wonderful dinner for our wedding anniversary. Our room was great with a wonderful view, cleaning was daily, thanks to Demyan and Maya. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is a place for walking and relaxing. There is a playground, table tennis and football. There are almost always sun beds by the pools and on the beach, the guys give out towels and help to set up an umbrella for shade. Water is always available on request. We swam in the ocean with masks and enjoyed beautiful fish, sea urchins, crabs, turtles.
Overall, everything was great, it was our best vacation ever!

There are small disadvantages that do not relate to the hotel's services: the waves can be strong, there was a red flag for 2 days; it often takes out garbage from the sea, various kinds of plastic, especially a lot for a couple of days; and of course the tourists themselves, although the hotel struggles with such, but still try to occupy sun beds even though they do not use them; a couple of times I saw hotel guests washing their asses after you know what in the pool, which is not clear to people in their heads.

We had a vacation with my husband and child in October! We liked the hotel in general! The staff is very polite and friendly! We are also very grateful to the girl named Asia, who picked up interesting excursions for us and at a much cheaper price than the Guide, high-quality cleaning.I liked the food, the only thing missing was more variety. A great hotel, but small, the territory is really small, the evening promenade takes 15-20 minutes.
There are many complaints that there are not enough sun beds, this is partly true, but the staff promptly finds additional sun beds or cozy beds. It didn't cause any negativity to lie on the ottoman, it's even more convenient than a sunbed. If everyone had cleaned the towels before leaving, there would not have been such a problem, but with the "love" of tourists to take a sunbed at 7 a.m. and appear on it for an hour or two all day, such difficulties arise.
The food at the hotel is top notch! There is always something to choose from: several types of meat, fish. Vegetable salads are varied, and it's more profitable to relax using the all-inclusive system if you want to lie on the beach and drink a cocktail or coffee with delivery to the sunbed.
I would like to mention the staff separately. They are friendly, they will always help and prompt you.
The guys at the bar are great. Special thanks to Vijay for the mood and delicious cocktails.
The rooms are modern, stylish, and large. The cleaning was at the highest level, I really liked how Indra and Sunil cleaned, perfect cleanliness and order, also lovely figures made of towels and notes with pleasant wishes.

There is a feeling in this hotel that it is completely new, but it turns out that it is just competent service and regular cleaning. The rooms are modern and have everything you need to relax. The restaurant has a buffet for every taste. The assortment is good, there are always several types of meat, fish and seafood, a lot of salads, oats, seasonal fruits and delicious sweets. And what dates!
There is no entertainment in the hotel, if you are party people, you are not here. But for a quiet couple or family vacation, it's just great. The hotel is located in such a way that you need to sunbathe in the morning and in the morning, at 16:30 the sun is already setting behind the mountain and there are no direct sunlight.
From secret knowledge: There is billiards in the fitness center, and there is a free shuttle service to Fujairah 2 times a day, a fruit salad or fruit for a snack is set by the pool in the afternoon.
I would recommend to the hotel managers to increase the number of sunbeds on the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. And be sure to take masks, a lot of sea turtles come here to eat algae on the rocks at the bottom. You can watch them every day.

A quiet family hotel, cozy, delicious food, especially for breakfast. For the first time, there are good desserts here, the meringue is really delicious. Kind and caring staff, there is a Russian girl and several Russian-speaking locals at the reception, cleaning is daily, bed linen is changed every day. The guys from Ishara and Abu cleaning made us beautiful animals out of towels)), it's nice and uplifting. Great hotel, very helpful staff. The rooms and grounds are clean and new.
We like the food in the main restaurant. There is also national cuisine and standard French fries or pasta. For dinner, there are different fish, grilled meat is gorgeous, stewed meat like lamb or beef melts - well stewed. Desserts are very beautiful, there are sweet ones, there are creamy ones that are not cloying. Of the common drinks, he recommends iced tea and Ramadan drink made from Jalab syrup.
At the bar, even during Ramadan, you can order drinks and food on an inclusive basis (photo attached).
A cool gym, it has water, chilled towels, a yoga room.
There is a SPA with a free hammam and sauna, in the spa there is a shower with different modes, a plate with ice and wet towels for the face. You need to make an appointment in advance. To find the spa, you need to bypass the reception and take the elevator down to the M floor.

We were at the weekend, rented an apartment. The price is space. The devices themselves are spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are a lot of dishes, 2 large beds, a sofa. But, in all 3 bathrooms, water flows from the shower onto the floors, which is why there is a puddle and does not go away. In general, for such money, this is a fat minus. * at the end of the promenade with residences, you can leave the hotel and walk along the road - you will meet several small Indian shops where you can find almost everything: chips, lemonades, ice cream, creams, shampoos, swimming circles, hygiene products, etc.
* ala-kart restaurant Salia is decent, we took shrimp in tomato sauce, fish with mashed potatoes and dessert cheesecake
Cons:
* in the shower, sudden changes in water temperature to hot or cold
* smoking on the beach and on the sun beds near the pool

* at breakfast, eggs, except shakshuka and boiled eggs, must be ordered separately from the waiters (omelette, Benedict, eye, scramble, poached) - waiting about 10 minutes

We are currently vacationing at the hotel since August 14, it is not the season for the Emirates, but at the same time it is very comfortable in the eastern part of the UAE in Fujairah.
I've never written reviews, but it just rolled in here.
I want to tell the whole truth.
1. Prepare mentally that there are waves all the time, the red flag is almost not removed. The excitement gets less by the end of the day and early in the morning. Those who cannot swim will not feel comfortable.
2. The beach is large, but there are always not enough sunbeds, the beach infrastructure is at a very low level. There are no changing rooms, there is only one shower at the beginning of the beach, it is not convenient to walk in the heat every time. They give out beach towels and there is sunscreen and cold bottled water, you can order food, cocktails and ice cream, you need to know English at the same time. Get ready for the fact that there are not enough sun beds for everyone, so the reserve of the hat type does not pass on the sunbed, they are immediately removed. It takes 10-15 minutes to wait for a free sunbed in the heat. Lying on hot sand is not an option.
2. Food in terms of volume and variety as in Europe, of course not Turkey, so those who like to eat a lot and in a variety of ways here will not be comfortable.
But the food is delicious with a local flavor. The main disadvantage is that you do not know what you can order for breakfast past what is posted, it is better to ask at the reception when checking in.
3. The waiters are extremely slow, so make all orders as soon as they arrive, they will be brought to the middle or end of the meal. The rose wine is good, the whiskey is normal.
4. A separate topic is room cleaning, we have not yet met this, although we travel a lot around the world. Cleaning is carried out by men and for fun they put my cosmetics in a convenient order for them, this applies not only to the bathroom, but also to the bedroom, they believe that all kinds of tubes, cosmetics and perfumes and oh my God our clothes are worth it. The chair and the armchair are always moved to the correct position and it does not matter that it clutters the exit to the balcony, it is supposed to. And creams should stand tall. It was funny at first, but now it's extremely annoying. Please do not touch the things of vacationers!!!
5. The rooms are chic, shine, beauty, the Russian-speaking people at the reception are nice and friendly, solve many issues in their competence, especially Maria charmed, respect is great for her.

Great hotel. Attentive staff. The beach is clean. The water is cleaner and cooler than in the Persian Gulf. I haven't seen any fish, turtles, or sharks. The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds. In windy weather, umbrellas are removed, so that they don't get nailed, but there is a barrel of sanblock cream. The wife speaks normally. Drinking water is kept in an ice box, given out without restrictions, towels too. The rooms are excellent, not killed, the hotel is new and the order in it is maintained perfectly. There are no dances and animators of any kind, they do not interfere with relaxing. There is a large influx of locals at the weekend, this is an indicator, they understand where it is better. I definitely recommend it.

We are resting at the hotel for the third day, everything is fine. The staff is responsive, although they do not understand the word "cleanliness" in Russian at all. The hotel is new. The cuisine in the restaurant is good, there is plenty to choose from. The contingent of guests is sedate, there is no noise. The Indian Ocean (Gulf of Oman) is magnificent. If there are any disadvantages, they are practically lost against the background of positive emotions.

The hotel positions itself as a 5-star hotel. Of the 5, there are only beautiful rooms and a fresh renovation. That's it... the beach is a construction site/dump. Food is a separate kind of "art". Not only is everything very meager, it's also not very tasty. There are not enough sun beds. People are running to occupy at 6 a.m. Have you seen that in a 5-star hotel, people spread towels on the sand (without umbrellas) and on sofas in restaurants??? I'm not. And not because they want to warm the bones on the sand, but because there are stupidly no sunbeds and no one is doing anything about it and is not going to do anything. Well, the cherry on the cake - do not think that you will live alone in the room) guests will come to you - in the form of a family of red ants 👍🏻 top!

It's a nice hotel, really. Without exaggeration. A good alco. For a week there is a minus one- if the bar is all inclusive, then no. There are different levels of inclusivity. It is necessary to clarify when organizing the tour. The place is more for family people. It can be a little boring alone. Everything closes after 10 o'clock.

We stayed in hotels from 31.12.2024-07.01.2025. Before choosing this hotel, we read all the reviews in advance and were prepared for everything.
Since the hotel is of premium class, we were in the transfer together (in both directions).
At the reception, the nice and helpful staff checked us in an hour earlier.
The room is gorgeous, we had 427 with a view of the mountains (I recommend it), very quiet and peaceful. The room has almost everything (except toothpaste and toothbrush): You don't have to take shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion.
Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are also changed and water is replenished.
The food is varied and delicious, for both adults and children. For breakfast (porridge, soup, omelet, sweets). For lunch (soup, salads, rice, potatoes, beef, lamb, fish, desserts). For dinner (they always come up with something interesting and exotic).
The work of the bar does not coincide with the actual work in the hotel. The pool bar (there is also alcohol) starts working from 10:30 to 22:00. Alcoholic drinks begin to be bottled from 11:00 and only at this bar. Therefore, if you know yourself and can overdo it, then we advise you to go to duty-free at the airport and buy beer or something stronger for such moments right in your room.
The beach and the Gulf of Oman are beautiful! There really aren't enough sun beds, but we were ready for this, so we calmly took towels and sunbathed on them.
Animation: It's not here. This hotel is designed for complete relaxation, relaxation and reboot.,
Excursions: I advise you to take an individual one from the guide attached to you. I don't recommend Asi's girlfriend at the hotel (we were sold a sightseeing tour to Dubai, from which we learned nothing and spent the whole day paying $ 200).
In conclusion, I would like to say that I recommend the hotel to stay. This is certainly not Turkey, but leaving some money for tea and being more stable, everything will work out and you will enjoy your fairy tale!

The hotel itself and the grounds are just great! It is closed by rocks from wind and dust from the mainland, there is always a marine microclimate. Nice beach, clean, gentle entrance, fish and turtles swim, crabs run on the rocks. The sand is a little dark, it can get very warm in the heat, you need flip-flops. Inside the room there is good furniture, very comfortable beds, the room turned out to have as many as 4 bathrooms and an extra bedroom (probably for a babysitter). Large refrigerator, stove, washing machine. It was wonderful for a family holiday.

Good day to all! We rested in the second half of October 2023. Clean and beautiful inside the hotel. Friendly staff. Clean inside the room well. The sea is very warm. There is a small assortment of water activities, such as a tablet or skiing. The territory is beautiful. In the evenings, relax, quiet music plays, sometimes the artist plays an instrument or sings. The food in the main restaurant is good, of course not Turkey, but everything is decent. There is a small bar on the territory of the pool. If you have everything included, there are no problems with soft drinks and alcohol. Disadvantages: with an increase in the number of people in the hotel, you have to wait for seats to be vacated in the main restaurant area, there are not enough sun beds near the sea and near the pool. There is water bubbling in the sea, I don't know the reason.
