Nice hotel, with a great location. I didn't really like the food....the buffet is kind of meager and not tasty; (New Year's dinner 2023, do not understand at all what the money was taken for, apparently for a bottle of champagne 😏

Very good location: direct access to the inner marina, and its own beach, and walking distance to Ain Dubai with all its infrastructure. From the upper floors (including from the SPA and fitness center) there is a great view of the palm tree and the city center.

It seemed strange that residents who rent apartments are so deprived.. the entrance is on the side of the main one, the passage to the beach was blocked by bushes, an error in navigation for sunbeds on the beach. When the apartment's swimming pool was unexpectedly closed for residents, they were not allowed into the neighboring hotel pool, they were left without it for a week, in August
