Today I visited the ADANA burger joint and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I made an order, and then a lot of people came into the place. Despite this, my order was never ready, although I asked about its status 2-3 times. I was told every time that it would be ready soon, but in the end I never got it on time.
I was in a hurry and, seeing that the situation was not changing, I just asked for a refund. However, the girl at the checkout confidently stated that they do not refund the money, and they have such a policy. It was extremely unpleasant and unfair.
In the end, I left with nothing. Later, I found the contacts of the owner of the establishment, called him and explained the situation. Only after that I was promised a refund. But the most annoying thing is that they didn't even offer me any compensation for the time and nerves I spent.
How can you trust such a place? After such an experience, I'm unlikely to come back here again. It's a pity, because I expected a pleasant service and a delicious doner, but instead I got only disappointment, wasted time and a complete lack of desire to solve the problem.
