Just 5 minutes ago I left the clinic (ADAM- formerly the DAMU clinic). The worst place I've been in the last 10 years of my life. In any paid clinic, a chest X-ray is performed in 5 minutes and after 15 minutes, maximum 20, the results are ready. Today is Wednesday, 03/13.24. Sakipov M.K. went to the doctor at 9:50, at 9:57 he already came out and waited for the results. I'm waiting 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes... They asked me to wait three times. The third time, after 45 minutes of waiting, he asked, "when exactly will the results be, please tell me. I'm not rushing you, but please answer specifically and don't feed us with the words "soon, soon, expect"." To which the specialist rudely replied, "I said soon." As a result, I took the analysis after 1 hour and 3 minutes. In his defense, the doctor said that the DAMU system was slowing down, which I do not believe because after me a woman with a child came in at 10:09 and also waited for 30 minutes, but then she went to swear and they gave her the results instantly and oh my God, the system worked. She came out of there happy at 10:41, and we, the rest of the patients waited in silence. If my sick leave did not depend on this result, then I would just leave leaving the payment for the analysis and the analysis itself, and would never go there again in my life (which therefore I will do and advise others), but this was not the case. The point of a paid clinic is just to get through everything quickly and efficiently. In 1.5 hours of total time, I could go to my free clinic!!! Perhaps M.K. Sakipov was actually loaded with other things, but this does not negate the fact that 4 people were X-rayed in 1.5 hours and all of them actually waited for the results for about an hour. If the system is actually slowing down (nothing was slowing down when loading in front of my eyes), then please do something about it, because again, at least six people told me that they would never come here again and it was better before. There were 16 people at all for fluorography (the office on the left next to it) (three left when they saw what kind of chaos was happening) and people had already started swearing for the queue. I'm not a fan of writing angry, negative reviews, but when you're in a hurry and choose a paid service, you expect a shortened time for its implementation, not an extended one. I think this is my longest review of all that I have ever left in Yandex regarding certain establishments.😶🌫️ In general, if you don't mind the time, head here. Otherwise, look for another clinic. My clinic was closed at that time (I will not recommend it, suddenly queues will start and the quality and speed of services will deteriorate). Thank you to those who have read to the end 😁
