The hotel is excellent!!! We rested from 28.07 to 06.08.24
The main audience is Germans. The hotel is focused on maximum convenience and comfort for guests. There are no problems with the language, all the staff speak German well, they also understand and speak Russian.
Room 4511 is under the roof, it was normal for us. The room is large, the balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains. Towels and bed linen are snow-white, cleaning every day, replenishment of the mini-bar is also daily, except for alcohol.
The beach is not close, but the path is quite comfortable. They smooth the sand every morning, the entrance to the sea is gently sloping sandy. There are a lot of sun beds at any time of the day.
The pool is larger, the slides are ordinary)). I take sun beds by the pool early in the morning and I can't find a free place. And we didn't have to))) We came to the sea.
The food is varied. Shrimp, sushi, Norwegian trout, sea bass.... Everything is very tasty. You can eat at any time of the day in the main restaurant. It is very tasty on the beach and by the pool. Always ice cream, any cocktails, including imported drinks.
We recommend the hotel. Let's come back again

A DECENT HOTEL FOR A HOLIDAY
1. Check-in. They settled in quickly. The room is clean, cleaning every day. The accommodation was not very clear - there were two adults and two children of different sexes, 9 and 11 years old, and there was one double bed and one single in the room. The room is generally not bad. The view was a little disappointing - on the wall with other balconies, between which the distance is a couple of meters. Water and sweet carbonated drinks were renewed every day.
2. The territory. The territory of the hotel itself is small, but well-groomed, beautiful, creates a good mood. The pool is open and closed, clean. There are three slides. There were enough sun beds for everyone. The pool bar and snacks are open from 12.30.
3. Surroundings - in the area you can walk along the nearby streets, but they are all in the shopping malls, from where they are constantly being touted. There is a dolmusha bus stop nearby, which allows you to get to the old town, as well as manavgat.
4. The beach. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the beach is clean, there are enough sun beds. There is also a snack bar on the beach. Clean sand, entrance to the sea without stones, but shallow - ideal for children.
5. Nutrition. The food is chic and varied, everything is delicious. The choice is quite large. We were in April- there are no queues and crowds at any time. Drinks for every taste.
6. Animation. There is practically no such thing, but since we don't really need it, it's not critical. For those who care about it, 90% of the hotel was German, so even that little animation is aimed only at them and only in German.
DISADVANTAGES OF THE HOTEL
1. the hotel has a game center for children, but it is constantly empty due to high prices. make it a little cheaper and you will earn money, but it just takes up space. 2. We were surprised by the paid baggage scales. the cost is one euro, but that's not the point, but that this is an automatic machine and you need to find this coin somewhere. I found out about it only before the flight, the coins were not found anywhere. even in threes where scales were always freely available. well, it's not serious for a hotel of this level to put a scale machine for one euro.

We are vacationing for the second time in the chain of these hotels. The rest exceeded expectations. The staff is very friendly. The beach is clean, there are many sunbeds. If you want to be in the shade of the canopies, you want to be in the sun. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, lots of greenery. From the door of the hotel room to the beach is 471 meters. Food is a separate story. Such a varied menu that it was not possible to try everything in 10 days. Lots of fruits, desserts. Choose a vacation in Amalia hotels. You won't regret it!

It 's a great hotel , but it didn 't suit us a bit . I chose according to reviews - really delicious food - beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, quail, fish of various species, one day it was sea - shrimp, squid , crayfish. There are many different snacks , fish , vegetable and incomprehensible . I don't eat this- I haven't tried it mostly ) a variety of greens, vegetables , fruits , strawberries were on some days. Desserts and snacks, including fish rolls, were taken out near the pool. Desserts - strawberries and other fruits , marshmallows with fondue . Ice cream, delicious waffles with bananas, strawberries with condensed milk , chocolate - everything that was written in other reviews. Decent cocktails, like in average Ufa bars, made from imported and local decent alcohol - baileys, martinis, red label, ballantays, etc.
The service is good, everyone is friendly, everything is clean, they clean all the time .
Everything is cool, a couple of disadvantages for us: the territory is too small, although we knew about it, but we did not think that it would hold us down. Hotels of this quality with a larger area will cost more .
And the second one is a little negative for us personally - the hotel is mostly elderly Germans. We are sitting in the lobby bar in the evening , and around at all the tables there are grandparents who do not speak our language . For some, this is possible and not a minus.

Nice family hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, well-maintained territory, large swimming pool.
Very tasty food, especially at dinners, a real belly feast.
It takes 6-7 minutes to walk to the sea, part of the road is in the shade, which is very good in the heat. The sea is gorgeous! Clean beach, lots of sun beds.
It is very convenient that towels can be changed right on the beach.

A good hotel, an honest five stars. Excellent territory, a huge outdoor pool, lots of sun beds, a waiter on roller skates, a children's pool, three adult slides, two children's slides. The food is very decent, you can always eat at the hotel and on the beach. The beach is good, there are many sun beds, a wide coastline, the sea with a very gentle approach, clean. The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away. Drinks are plentiful, beer is standard Efes, only sparkling white wine came from the wine. They make many varieties of cocktails according to slightly simplified recipes. The staff is efficient, we have been there since the opening, since April 1 — the staff is not tired yet). The room is nice, renovated, the mattress is hard, but it did not cause discomfort. Cleaning is daily, but nominal, everything is more or less clean. On the 2nd floor there are several retail shops, we even bought Scotch tape) and a couple of T-shirts with caps. From the hotel there is a dolmus to the historical center of Side, for April 2024 it costs 1 euro (30 lira).
Bottom line: I highly recommend the hotel!

We are relaxing at the hotel now. This is not the first time in Adalia, I like the hotel. For the winter period, there is enough entertainment inside the hotel, the outdoor pool is heated and the weather is warm. Nice spa and indoor pool. The choice of food is sufficient, but during the rest period, 4 out of 5 adults were poisoned. Vomiting in adults, apparently there is something wrong with the food. We returned from paradise on April 29. The hotel is wonderful, I liked absolutely everything. Everything is clean, tidy, lots of goodies and pleasant drinks. I was very pleased with the service - courtesy, complete absence of irritation, unobtrusive, attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the beach bag for each room. It is very cute. The room for two is large, we checked in immediately upon arrival, at 10 a.m., without extra charge and with a view of the garden. The room cleaning is good. The location is very nice, with a pleasant road to the beach. The beach is clean. There are all kinds of bars, extremely diverse, up to waffles, ice cream, cakes, for every taste. There were more than enough beds around the pool and on the beach. The animation is pleasant and unobtrusive. I recommend morning exercises, the animator girl gives not only stretching, but also some strength exercises and meditative practice. Just the way I like it. I highly recommend it. Instead of the standard, they offer 2 rooms of 29 sq.m., they will move into 2 rooms in the attic under the roof of 18 sq.m. or into one room to settle in four for 2 days! Anex does not help! Wait for an answer and greetings from Anex! In general, the vacation started very badly, to say the least! Draw conclusions about the hotel and the Anex!

The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds, there was always enough, although there were a lot of people.

Waffles, tortillas that are baked right in front of you. Watermelons and melons don't taste so good. The hotel is designed for Germans, 95% of them are here and of course everything is for them! The animation is all in German. Bartenders try to serve them in the first place, for which they receive regular "curly" tips. Children's animation is monotonous. A very large swimming pool and the most beautiful sea. It's warm!!! The beach is great for both children and adults. Of the minuses, probably only the price, otherwise you won't find much fault. I read a lot of negative reviews about the staff ignoring the Russians and the quality of cleaning in the rooms - everything was confirmed, there is no point in leaving tea checked.The only place is the beach restaurant where the hotel staff give their best 100% without prejudice.In other places, they ignore, pretend that they do not understand, demonstratively get distracted by the Germans, showing that they are in priority, whisper, giggle, well, individuals behave in such a way that you wonder how they got into the service sector. In general, the ultraall in this hotel is to run around begging for drinks for your own money. Now about the cons: it's noisy! The music booms during the day and until 11 pm. If the room does not face the pool, it may be quieter. If you are sensitive to noise, then you will not be able to sleep during the day and before 11.

We came to Adalia after reading the reviews. We thought that it would be very good with children (7 months, 6 years and 17 years old).
Check-in: everything went well, we arrived for lunch, put on bracelets. The man took us to room 4421, in building D, told us everything and showed us, well done!
Number: normal, the refrigerator did not work. It was repaired the second time. It was important for us, because we kept baby food. There is a bunk bed for children and a playpen was given to a small one. They put a mattress and an adult pillow in it. There are no regular blankets in the hotel, only waffle blankets. Upon request, toothbrushes and additional bedspreads were brought to us. Everything else in the room worked. Russian channels starting from the 49th.
Cleaning: a good woman cleaned our place, changed everything and washed it. She disinfected it once at our request . I changed the towels all the time, the linen too, I made everything clean. It practically does not touch the surface, since our things were lying there. They try not to touch tourists' things at all.
Food: good! We didn't have shrimps and lobsters. But there was always a fish. The chef always went out into the hall, watched how people ate and the work of the restaurant staff. Everything is cooked delicious. I saw it once when the boss lined up the employees and gave instructions and told them off. The waiters are of course sooo fast! Drinks were brought to us and everything was quickly cleaned up. Tip: leave things on the table if you went to get more food. Otherwise, your untouched plates will be quickly removed. The grill is great! We ate mostly fresh vegetables, fruits and meat. There is no children's table. We didn't go to Alaska. Friends were in an Ottoman restaurant, not happy.
Beach : 5 minutes walk. I don't walk much and I've been with a stroller. And that's not critical for me! It was even useful to walk a little.
The sea: excellent, warm ! Smooth approach, very cool for kids. There were small waves, we rode them perfectly.
Animation: we rarely saw it. Sooooo unobtrusive , from the word at all. I've been to a couple of shows and live music at the pool bar. Like it. But these are guest artists .
The hotel is normal, everything would be fine if it weren't for the cons:
Children are vomiting !!! Everyone I asked, everyone had it. There were 2-3 pieces of vomit on the floor in the restaurant. My children are one after the other . On the second day of arrival, the 6-year-old vomited, then loose stools and fever. I've been putting him on his feet for two days. Then the 7-month-old, everything is the same. We went to the hospital with him at night, the doctor confirmed that it was a virus. They started giving antibiotics . I treated a minor for two days. Then I went down again on 6 , the temperature was 39.6, I vomited. He 's also on antibiotics . After that, the eldest son with the same symptoms. I asked people, everyone has such a problem. Someone is easily tolerated, someone is hard. It happens to adults too. They are sick with their families . It reached a ridiculous point that medicines were being passed on to those who had already left to those who were still staying at the hotel. People came up to us and we sent them photos of the prescription from the hospital. As a result, for 6 days out of 12, I dragged my children out in the room.
We believe that the pool is to blame. They didn't approach him anymore. It was a shame that the middle son wanted to ride a roller coaster, swim in the pool. And in the end, I wanted to return home as soon as possible.
They say everywhere in the hotel that they vomit. After another child, also a small 7-month-old, who was taken to the hospital 2 times, I turned to the reception for an explanation of why they did not warn and allow children into the pool. The girl at the reception was silent and afraid to say a word. A female customer service specialist (as I understood it) approached, who records Ala maps of restaurants. And here there is no side to my indignation . She asked what we thought about it. I explained that the pool was to blame. There are no complaints about food and service personnel. Why do people suffer , but they keep silent . To which I received an ingenious answer: the hotel is big and if only 10 children are vomiting, then it's okay! And anyway, I have to go now, come to me tomorrow! She looks like an adequate woman and says such things to a mother who came with pain !!! That's customer focus! I would have been fired from my job at the same minute!!! Of course, I did not approach her, what to say to her if for her other people's children is a negligible percentage. But I ask the hotel management to pay attention to the qualifications of this employee!
Another minus! We were settled in building D, on the 4th floor. And the elevator was broken for two days. We have a heavy stroller, we tore off our backs! They asked us to relocate, but they told us that they were doing everything. And the people in the elevator are stuck.
To summarize ! The hotel is not bad, the staff is good. But we were glad to return home. Now we are treating dysbiosis in the child and lower back .
I recommend the hotel if they fix the situation with the pool and with a customer service specialist!
