We arrived here on April 1 and were very pleasantly surprised. We had previously read all sorts of reviews on the Internet and were ready for anything. But in the end we were very satisfied. The staff is beyond praise: Polite, pleasant, helpful and at the same time unobtrusive. The room is large, spacious and with a stunning view, and there is something to compare it with. In Turkey, for the eighth time, in November, we were in the top five of the ultra Otium family in Side. So the room there is just squalor - dark, tiny, you sit in it like in a dungeon, since there is nowhere to walk around. And here is almost the center of Kemer, such beautiful streets are just a stone's throw from the hotel! In general, for your money, the option is just great!

We had a vacation with my husband in 2018. Reading the reviews, I understand that nothing has changed. Before that, I was in Kemer 2 times in threes and I will say that I understood where I was going, but then I was surprised to say the least.Absolutely unfriendly staff, the girl at the reception is arrogant, dissatisfied when asked about any issue. Wi-Fi is paid, which catches only on respawn.Cleanliness in the room is also the best, but I didn't pay much attention to it, since we rarely sat in the room, if only because it was unpleasant to be there. The food is bad, all the money we took for entertainment was spent on cafes. There is no bar at all. It costs 2 bottles of wine and some syrups. That's it.The bartender is generally a separate conversation, she came up on the first day over a glass of wine, said that I was a woman and it was bad for me to drink!!!!!!!!My husband and I did not sort things out and spoil the rest, but simply did not approach this "bar" anymore.For those who like to drink cold beer, please, $ 3 per bottle at the hotel and this despite the fact that the "all inclusive" Beach is normal, it was not difficult for me to walk than to ride in this stinking bus, as previously written here.We bought a bottle of beer at the hotel and went to the beach of the hotel, we were forbidden to drink beer bought at their hotel!!! buy from us for $4"! The food is imported, monotonous, soy, margarine, it is better not to take it at all. The hotel is in great need of renovation, and in serious need. The water is hot only after application or very hot sunny days. The mold in the shower stalls looks in harmony with the collapsed plastic ceiling and the inverted ceiling lights. The location is great, but there is no beach of its own.

The food is there and quite normal, but the queue of (censored) in a bikini and (censored) with a shaggy beer belly discourages appetite completely, the dress code for visiting the catering was not invented for the guests of this hotel. The rooms correspond to the stars, everything worked in mine and it was cleaned EVERY day, the question is 20 green when checking in. The staff is polite and correct, but exactly as long as you talk to them without rudeness and raising your voice, and in the place of Mustafa and Valera, I would drown some (censored) in a frog house. And so let's start: We rested at the hotel from 12.04. To 22.04. We are very satisfied. The places are very picturesque, mountains, pines, palm trees and the sea. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, there is a green area where you can drive a ball (this is what your granddaughter was doing), play badminton and volleyball, a corner with a roller coaster and a slide for children. The territory is being mowed down. It is surrounded by orange trees, which have a wonderful smell in the morning and evening. Even on the third floor of the hotel, there is a feeling on the balcony from the room. The hotel staff is very friendly. They always say hello and help with any questions (of all those who are remembered, this is Ibrahim and Mustafa). The rooms have a hairdryer, refrigerator, wardrobe, air conditioning. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean. The water is cold, hot without interruption. Cleaning was 1p in 3 days. The food is good. Chicken for dinner every day, even a chicken kebab twice. The soups are delicious. Stewed vegetables, fresh salads, sliced sausage, cheese, 5-6 kinds of greens in the morning. They ate their fill. Apples and oranges are made from fruits. Pastries, sweets, jams, and chocolate paste were also present. The vending machines have coffee, hot chocolate, juices, hot and cold water. From 10.00 to 22.00 wine, martinis (there is a break in the afternoon). It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along the alley and park. But the hotel is quiet and green, 7-10 minutes to the center and shops too. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Also, the children's and adult pools are wonderful, clean. The water is always renewed, the bottom is cleaned with a special device that looks like a vacuum cleaner - a mop every 3 days, probably. The dining room is also clean and tidy. The cooks put everything on you, not you, but there are no queues. 1-2 people is not a queue. I would especially like to mention the SPA services. A wonderful sauna. Hammam with foam massage, and then just a relaxing massage with oils and chocolate masks on the face. After the procedures, I want to fly. Umit and Selma studied with me. They work very conscientiously. I went through 5 procedures (the other grandmother 6) and even the family saw the result. The condition of the skin has improved, it has been saturated with oils, wrinkles have been smoothed, the face has become younger, posture has improved, the muscular corset has strengthened. We recommend it to everyone. I really want to repeat the procedures. On my own, I will add: after the trip, the grandmothers really looked 10 years younger. Well, Kemer is beautiful at any time of the year. April is not the time for swimming, of course, but someone was swimming and they were comfortable. Mine swam only 2 times in the sea and 2 times in the pool. If flights are opened, we plan to rest again in October. Also, before the trip, there were questions I wrote to the hotel by e-mail, they were answered quickly and to the point. And the price-quality ratio of the hotel is very good. We paid 43 rubles for three people (2 adults and a 4-year-old child) tour operator Anex tour, for this money we have 10 nights with food in Russia.

The hotel is budget-friendly, the cuisine is local, quite diverse.
Rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, shared bathroom, water is always hot. The repair is average. The beds are too heavy. The rooms have balconies, but not all rooms. There is a chlorinated swimming pool.
There is an elevator, it always works. The big question is the staff, especially the girl at the reception. He answers questions reluctantly, does not explain anything. They do not change the linen in the rooms (they lived for 6 days), they do not clean up, they do not take away the garbage. We put it in a bag in the hallway ourselves.

The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars, you can forget about all inclusive. The only advantage is the location, close to the center. In the alcohol bar: wine and milkshakes. The food is monotonous. Sausages, fried vegetables, salads, cucumbers, tomatoes. During the whole vacation, there was chicken a couple of times, once an omelet, porridge. The rooms are just something, all the furniture is shabby, the sockets are on snot. The room was cleaned once during the entire stay. The bed is uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep. To the beach by bus or on foot. The bus only runs twice a day. The beach bar is paid. The staff doesn't care, they just nod their heads at the comments.

The flight was delayed, then the transfer was delayed, while everyone was waiting, in general, at 11 p.m. we arrived, immediately checked in, of course we were late for dinner, 0 hospitality, even just tea with some cookies were not offered. The tulle in the room is far from white, although it takes 2 minutes to wash it, but no, let it hang gray. I don't understand at all why to hang the original white one? To make it clearer that she is dirty? It's the same with towels, those for the body are white, those for the face are gray, and they were also stacked one on top of the other so that the color difference could be immediately seen (((. Retro-type furniture, I even liked it a little, although one closet door did not close, it was a little skewed (((. Wall sconces on the sides of the bed are also not clear why they should be hung? They are semicircular, open from above and you can see all the dust on the light bulbs. It would seem small things, but these little things make up the overall impression. A shower is a shower stall without a single shelf, there is simply nowhere to put gel and shampoo. The water is summer, because it is heated in tanks outside. The bedspread, it was the same blanket, and we immediately asked for a second one, because we were used to sleeping under different ones with my husband, we were kindly provided with a second one, although it was with a hole in one place and darned in another, and not just a small hole sewn, namely a flap. Doors are generally a separate story. To leave the room and close the door, you press a button from the inside, and then slam the door, not just quietly close it, but slam it with force, and so at all, respectively, you hear all the time how the neighbors go back and forth slamming their doors, and not only those who are nearby, but in principle all, upper and lower. Why not make a normal lock?
The audibility of the neighbors behind the wall is generally super! Every night we heard our neighbors returning at 2 a.m., they were always violently discussing their walks.
The morning starts at about 4.30, there is a mosque nearby and prayer goes from the mouthpieces, but not for long for 15 minutes, then the rooster begins to yell without stopping, just morning in the village, he yells until 8 o'clock, well, at 7.30-8.00 the cleaner starts vacuuming the rooms of the evicted, in general if you wanted to sleep on vacation, then You are clearly not here...

At most 2 types of some fried vegetables, 3 types of low-salted cheeses, 2 types of "sausage" in quotation marks, because it's hard to call it sausage, it's light pink and red, red leaves its color on pink, you know how much paint there is ((( olives and olives with a stone, jams, milk And all kinds of cereal for kids. In general, a healthy man has nothing to have breakfast with ((( no butter for you, no normal cheese, no elementary scrambled eggs ((( sometimes there are boiled eggs, coffee from a medium-lousy coffee machine.
They take a bus to the beach at 9.00 there and at 12.00 back, the beach is ordinary, pebbly, we went to it a couple of times, but we returned on foot without waiting for 12 hours, slowly at a slow pace it took us 20-30 minutes.
Lunch from 12.30 to 13.30 pearl barley with some kind of spice, fried vegetables, meat is given out, it is given out, everything else can be taken in any quantity, salads with mayonnaise and sliced fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, watermelon and melon, but unfortunately the melon is green (((
Then again there is a bus to the beach, or a swimming pool, there are few sun beds near the pool, or rather even a few, well, on the one hand, that's right, vacationers came to the sea. The bar with drinks, juices and alcohol is open from 9.00 to 22.00, a break from 14.00 to 17.30, i.e. there is only water, tea and coffee from the vending machine, juices, if you can call them that, are also turned off and just water flows from the vending machine.
Dinner from 19.00 to 20.00 again, meat is given out, or chicken liver with hearts, salads, side dish, watermelon, the same green melon and baklava, which is also given out. In general, I expected more, in terms of delicious vegetables and fruits, in fact tomatoes are tasteless, melon is unripe, it seems juicy, but there is no taste and smell peculiar to melon, and the color is light green, maybe someone will say that this is a variety, but no, I know what a real melon tastes like.
In general, we only spent the night at this hotel. We ate for the first couple of days, but the queues and not particularly tasty food did everything ourselves and we began to go to cafes in the district, where it is very tasty, inexpensive and you can safely enjoy a meal)))
Cleaning at the hotel is a separate story, on the 4th and 5th day we hung a sign on the door handle asking to clean the room, but no, then I went to the receptionist and asked to clean our room, we came and were happy, but as it turned out ahead of time))) of course, shampoo with gel and toilet paper were updated for us, towels too, but we decided not to give a foot towel this time and the bedspreads remained too, darned. We had an early check-out at 4.40 am, respectively, at 4.20 am we went downstairs hoping to have time to drink tea calmly, the machine was turned off, we woke up the administrator and asked to turn on the machine anyway, give cups and tea))) at that time, a couple arrived to check in, but since the check-in was after 14.00, they went for a walk and again they were not even offered tea...

I visited this hotel in June 2017. Disgusting hotel, I do not recommend it. Wasted money. The food is monotonous and not tasty, only sausages and sausage are made from meat. I don't clean the rooms.
