An excellent store for choice and brands . Friendly and courteous staff. For a long time I have been looking and hunting for the Tom Ford model in a futuristic style on the floor of the face, as if it were sports equipment. Special thanks to the girl and a huge thank you to the seller who described them to me, picked them up, consulted, helped to check my eyesight, and made a small gift. The glasses are not cheap, they cost 300, but I took the last ones with a small discount, they are not exactly sold at every step, a limited, so to speak, exclusive collection. Never skimp on the eyes

Unfortunately, it is not possible to put less than one star. The fact is that I have been wearing glasses for a long time. Due to constant wear (for 7 years), signs of normal wear began to appear on my frame (i.e. scratches, loose neck, etc.) and this frame became unrepairable. Therefore, I decided that it was necessary to resolve this situation. I did not buy my glasses in this optics or even in their network. Due to the fact that my vision indicators are quite specific, I ordered good lenses for this frame and the ophthalmologist recommended trying to find a new frame for these glasses, as this will save money enough.
It is quite problematic to choose a similar frame, you can choose something suitable and file the glass.
Yesterday, 02/10/24, I visited this store to solve my problem (having previously read the information on the website of this company). There was a girl sitting at the entrance, turning to whom I received an answer that the master was no longer in place, then I asked to consult me on a suitable frame for milking my lenses, she invited another woman to whom I expressed a similar request - to which I received two phrases :
1. You bought these glasses from us
- "no, in another place, but I want to pick up a new frame for these lenses since they suit me, please help me pick up"
2. Over there, take a look.
To which I said goodbye and left
The position of consultant does not simply bear this name. Since the frames have different sizes, the different structure of the glass attachment point, the size of the seat and a number of other features that consultants know designed to help the consumer.
With this attitude of the consultants (I don't want to say anything for the rest of the team, since I haven't worked with them) I will not recommend this store.
We are talking about a store in the Mega shopping center on Rozybakiev Street.
