We stayed at this hotel with my sister in February 2020. I can say: we were satisfied with everything. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, they will always help solve all issues. Rooms are cleaned every day.The room has bath towels, toiletries (soap, shampoo, gel, lotion - everything is delivered as needed), kettle, refrigerator,TV (although they did not find Russian channels), two bottles of water, coffee, tea, sugar, cream are put in every day. Beach towels are also provided. The hotel has a shuttle service to the city beach (I liked the beach: beautiful view, soft sand, palm trees and pink flamingos), twice a day. You can walk (20 minutes walk) to another beach, but there are few vacationers and a lot of locals, so it may not be comfortable, but if you are lucky, you will see a huge sea turtle, they come close to the shore there. The breakfasts at the hotel are good: there were always several hot dishes to choose from, sausage, cheese, various cereals. Fruits have always been watermelon, melon, oranges, sometimes pineapples. Very tasty pastries and fresh juices. Near the hotel there are many cafes and restarans for every taste and budget. Not very far away are two large shopping centers - Al Naeemm Mall (15 minutes walk) and Manar Mall (about 20 minutes). There is an exchange office in Manar Mall (by the way, there is a free bus from the hotel) next to the Carrefour supermarket (something like Auchan). For souvenirs, you should look at the Day to Day and Burj Hadaya stores - these are fixed-price stores, where you can find a lot of interesting things and the cheapest magnets and souvenirs with the symbols of the UAE. Also on the way to these shops (they are located nearby) there is another exchange office. There is a small but picturesque park near the hotel, where it is especially good to walk in the evening. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and always very clean. In general, I recommend this hotel for a holiday.
