Our company rested at the Acropolis Beach Hotel from July 17 to 27, 2024.
We would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for the excellent organization of our holiday:
- decent price-quality ratio
- convenient location of the hotel: the first coastline, a beautiful promenade along the sea for walking, a comfortable equipped beach with sun beds literally across the street from the hotel, near all the necessary shops, 10 minutes by taxi to the center with attractions
- we would also like to mention a varied buffet, very tasty food with national and European dishes, a lot of greens, vegetables, fruits, sweets. We always stayed full. We were pleased with the included alcoholic and used drinks throughout the day.
There were many guests in the hotel, but the restaurant staff always kept it clean.
- clean rooms, regular cleaning, well-kept grounds and a clean swimming pool
- the lack of animation was a plus for us
- throughout the rest, we felt the care of the staff, we always went to a meeting.
When communicating with the staff, we felt their national trait – hospitality. It distinguishes the Turkish people, who "act as they have decided in their hearts ... because God loves the one who gives with joy." That's why I want to come back here next year.
With sincere thanks, rooms 804, 805, 806, 807
Nice hotel. All rooms have sea views. The food is excellent. There's not much choice, but everything is delicious. Meat, chicken or fish every day. Fruits: watermelon, melon, nectarine, apples. It was at the end of May. The sea is across a small road. There is a beach area for hotel guests. In the morning, you need to take a ticket and give it at the entrance to the beach. There were always plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The sea is clean. Cons: the water pressure on the 6th floor is very poor, and in the evening there are songs and music from casual cafes until about one o'clock in the morning. I fell asleep with the balcony closed and the air conditioner on, and at three o'clock I turned off and opened the balcony door.
We had a rest from 02.10.24. I liked everything!
A hotel for a relaxing holiday. The location is good, there is a great beach across the street. You can always find places on the sun loungers.
The bus stop is 300 and 1000 meters away. The market is very colorful on Fridays (1100 m)
The food was very good and varied. There have always been fruits, melons, watermelons.
For your money, a very good option!
The hotel is not bad, I put 4 stars for the location (the first coastline, the city is nearby, there is a place to walk), the food was delicious and varied. The room is not bad, the sea view is beautiful! There were nuances, there were not enough sockets in the room to charge phones, the shower stall leaks after each shower, there was a constant flood. But in principle, I was satisfied.
I love this hotel! Close to the airport, Close to the sea, delicious food, free wi-fi, free sun beds, the beach is decorated fabulously! Natalia at the reception will always prompt and help in any situation. The pool can be used around the clock!
Excellent hotel, vacationed with my wife in early August (2024).
Everything is clean, everything is included, I went to the fitness room a couple of times in the basement (also for free). Russian Russian is what I liked most of all, starting from the reception, the bartenders, the cook, anyone who rides with you in the elevator, speak Russian boldly and everyone answers you in Russian... I left the hotel, the beauty, immediately 12 km of well-groomed coastline, the embankment...
The food is "all inclusive", the choice of main dishes is small, not very good for my taste. The service is courteous, the staff is adequate. Location near the beach on the first line. If the windows of the room will look at the sea, then loud music from bars near the beach may disturb (sometimes up to 1 a.m. or more). Wi-Fi free is slow, often breaks off. There was no safe in the room, there were 10 channels on the TV, 3 of them Russian
I was from 05/25 to 2.06. 2024, for the first time in this hotel. The room was on the 3rd floor. It's all good. Yes, the room is visually clean, but if you look closely, there are dilapidated places at the bottom. These places are because of the humidity, which is a hell of a lot here. Natasha, the lovely receptionist, will tell you everything and show you. Food, a lot of everything, different every day. You won't stay hungry. For 3* this hotel is normal, I was in the same 4. The sea is pebbly, the setting is normal. If you don't like it, take (coral) slippers with you. The road to Antalya Airport takes 30-40 minutes along the embankment to the hotels.
We would like to thank the entire staff of the hotel for the excellent attitude towards vacationers, for their attention and kindness and wish them prosperity and all the best. We have been vacationing since October 5th. The hotel is for those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday. There are no bells and whistles and chic, animation and delicacies too, but everything is clean, tasty, calm, comfortable, friendly. We had a very good rest, we thank the hotel staff once again, happy New Year, well-being and health to all!
First, about the advantages:
-location (about half an hour from the airport)
- the sea is across the road. The beach is gorgeous. The water is clean and warm. On the left there is a view of the city, on the right there are beautiful majestic mountains.
- almost all the staff speaks Russian, everyone is very friendly, always ready to help. The manager solves all the issues, and a taxi to the airport, and a late dinner. He'll always ask if everything's okay. This is a huge plus!!!
- the food is ordinary, familiar (almost all), but the choice is very meager
Now about the cons:
-the hotel is located right on the coastline, the whole place is extremely warm, the air conditioning in the room can not cope. It is impossible to sleep, stuffy, and there is nothing to breathe.
-music is blaring under the windows until one o'clock in the morning (allowed by law).
-the restaurant is open only on schedule. Although this is partly a plus, you won't overeat😂
- the hotel as a whole is very tired. The furniture is generally old, the bed linen, there were even towels with holes
-there are practically no fruits in the restaurant: apples, unripe apricots and melons. That's all. We have to look in the markets.
- the lights are often turned off. Accordingly, in the heat of 40 degrees, the room is like an oven
The location of the hotel is great, the sea is 100m away. There is a beach where they let you in for free using coupons that are issued at the hotel reception. But you know that the free deck chairs are so-so, and they are far from being in the first rows from the edge of the sea. If you want another chaise longue and closer to the sea, then 150 liras😁 But we went to the public beach, quietly, calmly. He's right in front of the hotel.
The hotel itself is worth three. The rooms have not been renovated for a very long time. But in principle, everything is tolerable. The bed linen is clean, the rooms are well cleaned. The view from the balcony of our room was super, right on the sea, mountains. It's endearing. The pool at the hotel is quite suitable, but the sun loungers around the basik already need to be replaced. The food at the hotel is very good, the variety of dishes is good, we have never been hungry or dissatisfied. Natalia works at the reception, who will help with any questions, she has a separate respect. There is a hammam, sauna (two hours free of charge), massage (30-40ue). In general, we liked everything. At first, they seemed to think about changing the hotel, but then they got used to it) If you don't need pomposity, then everything is fine.
Good day to all!!! Everything is great! At the reception, the charming Natalia is a professional in her field, she will explain everything and teach everything just super!!! Also, the Bisherbey at the reception is a very honest, conscientious expert in his field, Aferin Sana!!! The staff, the food, the location are all great.Thank you all for a great stay!!! We all recommend Acropolis Beach!!!
The hotel, which has sunk into the soul, primarily because of its location, it is located on the beautiful Antalya embankment, in the evening it is love. Well, the hotel is clean, modern and kind staff
The hotel corresponds to 3. The rooms are dilapidated, the shower stall is leaking, as it turned out in almost all rooms. The food was almost always cold and not varied. We bought water, because we repeatedly wrote in reviews that it is better not to drink in coolers at the hotel, otherwise hello intestines. The sun beds are squalid and broken and put out of the hotel at the very end. The cold current in the sea is closer to lunch, it is not possible to swim. And if possible, we will try not to return to this hotel anymore.
The hotel is a solid C-plus, good in itself and the location is excellent, the food is different every day, which is good for the menu. Upon arrival, the rooms were not very comfortable in the far building of the hotel, as the staff-workers of the hotel live, after the first night they asked to give another room in the new building, they moved without problems, for which they are grateful. The staff is good, responsive and understand Russian.
We had a rest in July 2024. The hotel as a whole was very pleasant, the sea is across the street, the public beach is wonderful. I liked the food very much, everything was necessary, the rooms were clean
Nice, small hotel by the sea. Were from 30.09 to 8.10.2023.
Cozy, very small rooms (photo attached). Everything is there: bottles of water are given upon check-in, towels are clean, there are soap accessories. Cleaning "on demand", which is very convenient! Basically, almost all rooms have a sea view, but there is a second building "in the depths of the territory". This is very important for those who are very light sleepers, because the music screams clearly until 1:00, sometimes until 2:00.
The hotel has almost no territory as such, but it is not needed when the embankment is nearby.
Food - gun, glitter, fire, beauty, yummy! To Mahmoud - hello and many thanks for a very varied diet! For 3* - very strong!
Beach: there is an agreement with the cafe "Sunshine beach", where you can take sun beds with tickets... which are already broken. Umbrellas that you took for yourself and put by the sunbed (!!!) he steals blindly (there's no other way to say it) beach-boy himself, rearranges them as he wants. There are few umbrellas themselves, and the remaining ones are broken. Maybe it's the end of the season, everyone (and everyone) is tired. But I would like the beach somehow... finalized.
Otherwise, everything has gone wrong! See you soon!
For me, the hotel is pulling for all 5*-))). Of course, there is no animation, there is no large territory near the hotel, But it does not matter when the hotel has almost all rooms with sea views, a 2-minute beach with sun beds and this is the best beach in Antalya, pebbly with clear and clear water!!! I didn't find any disadvantages!!! Therefore, I list only the advantages- delicious and varied cooking, rooms are bright, clean, renovated with good furniture, hard mattresses and comfortable pillows, linen is also decent, cleaned on demand, but very good!!! With the doors closed, the noise from the cafes is almost inaudible and does not interfere with sleep. The pool is large with clean water, here the ladder for descent should be replaced, this is if you find fault-))), there are enough sun beds, there are a lot of them!!! Special thanks to the manager Natalia, who helped us out on any issue!!! Everyone is friendly and friendly!!! We are resting here now and are very satisfied!!!
The location is 5 plus!
The room stock is 2🥲, but do not forget that this is a three-piece.
The food is above all praise. It's like Grandma cooks at home. Very tasty. We were not fond of the bar, but the beer is good, bottled.
Wonderful staff of the restaurant and bar. Greetings to you!
A well-equipped beach, beautiful sun beds, but everything on the beach is paid. Free of charge only by the pool.
Good Internet in the rooms and on the premises.
A cool city hotel on the first line, in a good area of Antalya "Konyalti" .
Gorgeous sea views in almost all rooms of the hotel!
The rooms themselves are ordinary , there is nothing beautiful or new in them 😅
But the view from the room makes up for it! And by the way, the room was clean, cleaned regularly!
There are already many laudatory reviews about the hotel's kitchen! And it's true! Delicious! It 's diverse ! And all the dishes and snacks are perfect for wine, which, by the way, is pretty good ! Light and dry , classic ! We haven't tried any other alcoholic drinks at the hotel!
The sea is gorgeous , clean , surrounded by mountains on one side ! It's amazing! We admired and enjoyed these views every day! The beach is wide enough! There was no crowding of people ! Sun beds from the hotel are free, but only those that are far from the sea , on the first line for a fee , but with a discount for hotel guests!
A cool long embankment! It was a pleasure to walk through it! We walked a lot! We walked from the old town to the hotel once! We had fun looking at the city! Antalya is beautiful!
And, of course, there is great shopping in Antalya!
We went to Mark Antalya and Migros every other day. 🤩
We were in late May - early June! Perfect weather! There was no sweltering heat , so we managed to walk a lot !
The sea was cool! But you can swim!
Bottom line : the hotel is suitable for those who want to combine beach holidays , urban and shopping!
The hotel is not suitable for : children and those who want to spend all the time of their vacation on the territory of the hotel!
I had a rest in late June- early July 2023 at the Acropol Beach city hotel. I liked the hotel: a beautiful view of the sea, delicious cooked food (the choice is small, but there was always meat for lunch and dinner), a large selection of fruits, room cleaning on demand, friendly Russian-speaking staff. Internet is available throughout the hotel. I was a little upset by the beach (the hotel rents it for its guests): you need to take a ticket at the reception for it: and there, how lucky you are with a place and an umbrella: you can not be placed in the front rows (only for money), the sun beds are too old, there is trouble with umbrellas in general (a lot of broken ones), plus fixing them near the sunbed is another one the quest. Would I like to return to this hotel: definitely yes.
A very nice hotel. The Archaeological Museum is relatively close, the Aquarium is within walking distance, the historical center can be reached along the embankment in about 2 hours or by bus. I was glad that there are no animators and discos in the hotel. There are plenty of cafes nearby where live music is played until 1 a.m. (it turns out this is legally allowed).
There is no entertainment for young children, except for a small piece in the pool.
The food is simple and very tasty, there are always watermelons, melons or other fruits.
The staff is friendly, some understand Russian, and if they did not understand it, a smile and sign language always helps :))
There were guests from different countries at the hotel, but we did not feel any discomfort or bias, no misunderstandings. It made me very happy!!
When the shower broke, the master came in 10 minutes, in 2 minutes he did everything without problems.
We haven't seen any insects in two weeks!!
And there's a dryer on the balcony!
It was unexpected when at 4.30 in the morning the roosters began to sing, then the minoret and the frog sang along...but after two days I stopped hearing them :))
The hotel has a hammam and massage. Massage is offered in two ways: simple and medical. I did not go to the hammam, but the Turkish woman Pale did the medical massage. I did it very well!! I recommend it!
I had great impressions of the hotel and of the rest in general.
I had a rest in October 2023 . In general, I liked the hotel, I was satisfied. The staff is polite. The room is new, clean, with a sea view, 6th floor, only the sink and the cabinet to it are old. Hot water pressure sometimes dropped, it is necessary to turn on for a long time to accelerate. At night, the sounds of music from the cafe sometimes interfered. The food is simple, in a small selection, but delicious and fresh, the cook is well done. There is no animation at all. The city line, entertainment is all on the street - walking along the beach, cafes. The water is about 24, you can swim, there was an admixture of cold layers, if you move away, it's better, warmer, after a couple of days, in principle, everything became warmer, both air and water. You need to take beach towels with you, umbrellas and sun beds are old. 10 bus stops away is a small mountain, 600 m, there is a cable car, for $ 15,a beautiful view.
I stayed at this hotel in August 2023.
Of the advantages:
1. Good all inclusive cuisine - not much, but tasty and, most importantly, fresh.
2. Friendly staff (with rare exceptions)
3. Cleanliness in the rooms - cleaning on request, but it is there
4. The room stock is old, but everything is in working order.
5. Gorgeous sea view, as the hotel is on the first line.
Now about the disadvantages:
1. Unfortunately, in the evenings, the main advantage - the location on the first line - "turns into a pumpkin", as the music from the coastal cafes becomes very audible in the room. Keep this in mind.
2. It is better not to use the beach opposite, but go to the right or to the left away, as a stinky river flows right under the hotel windows, carrying its icy and dirty drains directly into the sea.
3. Logistical hole - the hotel is located in such an inconvenient place that there are no buses nearby, and it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest stop on Ataturk Boulevard
4. And most importantly, the frightening indifference of the hotel staff (and most importantly, its owner) to the feline family living on the territory. On the very first day, I noticed thin, hungry, crying ponytails attacking guests leaving the restaurant. The kittens fought with each other for every piece of food and asked for more, they were thin, intimidated, it was painful to look at them. Such a desperate situation is strange, since I am used to the fact that in Turkey the owners of residential sites, restaurants or hotels feed the homeless people next to them, give them water, take care, in a word. And here it's just hopeless...
I talked about it with the reception, with the hotel owner, and with other employees. And if someone looked into my eyes and claimed with the most honest look that "they are fed here right every day," then others said that, indeed, no one feeds cats and is not going to do it, that they only "g*vno", and in general, "the management will give 100 lire to everyone who catches a cat" (for what further purposes it is not clear). I believed my eyes, and I saw a starved, skinny, intimidated herd of tails a little smaller, to which the staff never poured water or took out a crumb of food during my entire stay.
All 14 days that I lived there, I brought them dry food, bought humidifiers, poured water, and at the same time noticed how the behavior of the kittens changed - they became calmer, stopped appearing at the door of the restaurant, began to play with each other (and not fight over food), in short, they became ordinary funny kittens.
It was all the more painful to leave and leave them there with these soulless, callous people. But, unfortunately, if you talk to a person about compassion and mercy for the weak, and he responds to you about "g*vno", then nothing will fix such a callous heart. Only if one day he or his children suffer the same fate in the future, maybe he will understand something...
In the meantime, dear compatriots, if you are going to rest in this hotel, please leave a little warmth in your heart for the little stray kittens. Take them a boiled egg from breakfast or a piece of cheese from dinner - it costs you nothing, but it will save some of them their lives. After all, except for tourists, these crumbs have no one else to rely on.
Thank you for reading to the end!
Solid three stars, and the location, and five. The beach is really 50 meters, one way, 7-10 minutes slowly, a park with cafes, bars. There's a mac, a Starbucks. In the other direction, a couple of km away is the Migros shopping center and an amusement park. The hotel itself requires renovation, of course, not even the hotel can, but the room where we lived. The room is small, everything works,(there don't seem to be any Russian TV channels, but that's not for sure)but everything is clearly tired. In general, it is clean, the room is cleaned on demand. The food is excellent, there is not much variety, but everything is delicious and in sufficient quantity, in fact there is no queue at all, at any time. Special thanks to Natalia at the reception, she was very helpful and prompted. And the second girl, even though she speaks very little Russian, but she tries very hard to help and helps.By the way, we lived in a smaller building, as if behind the main one, so I won't tell you which rooms are there. In general, the price-quality is five (in current realities).
A great quiet hotel for not very spoiled tourists. Everything is in place, nice staff.
They react promptly, in case of any questions.
Our air conditioner didn't work well, I opened the lid, everything is clogged with dust, this is a common thing, no one is watching them much. Informed the reception. Within an hour, the master came and completely washed everything, we were satisfied and lived in the cold :)
The restaurant has a sufficient assortment, excellent quality.
The bar always has fresh beer from bottles, not from KEGS - this is important, because usually kegs and gas cylinders inside are as dirty as in air conditioners. No one washes them normally.
A cozy wonderful hotel, good breakfasts, the location is super, the hotel is clean, friendly Russian-speaking staff, there are many restaurants nearby and the famous beach is "two steps" across the street. The rooms facing the sea offer a magnificent view.
The hotel is normal, first line, clean on demand, the food is normal.
Currency can be exchanged at the reception desk. The safe is only at the reception of $ 1 per day
If you take a room with a sea view, there is a risk of listening to songs from a bar on the beach half the night.
Very nice hotel, excellent food. Although the hotel itself is 3 stars, the food is 4+ or even 5. The staff is very attentive, there is a desire to return here again. We made sure that the golden rule is: do to people the way you want them to do to you, work one hundred percent. We recommend the hotel.
We stayed at this hotel for the first time in June of the 23rd year. The hotel has a convenient location, the sea is within walking distance, beautiful mountain views. Although the room stock is old and needs repair in places, this does not spoil the impression. The staff is very attentive, shows an individual approach and tries to help as much as possible. It is important that the staff speaks Russian.
I would like to mention the food separately, it was varied, delicious, and always fresh. There were meat dishes, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sweets and much more.
It's great when people act in accordance with the words written in the Bible: "So in all things, as you want people to do to you, so do you to them; for this is the law and the prophets."
We rested from 21.09.23-01.10.23. It takes 25-30 minutes to drive from the airport, but in the evening there are always traffic jams, so we drove for about an hour. I liked the hotel, the room was given on the 5th floor with a view of the sea and mountains. The beach is across the street, you can use the sunbeds from the Sunshine cafe (you need to take a ticket at the reception), we bought an umbrella in Migros for about 250 lira and used the beach right in front of the hotel. The sea is very warm, clean, deep becomes almost immediately.
The food at the hotel is delicious, the dishes are not repeated, there were always 2 types of meat for dinner (chicken, beef, cutlets, liver, etc.), a lot of greens, sweet vegetables, watermelon almost every day or melon. Different types of sweets. It is amazing how our compatriots take out food and fruit from the restaurant to the room, without even being shy. They took wine at the bar, not really delicious, but normal. The bar is open until 22-00. There are tables outside, where you can sit and drink drinks. Indeed, there are a lot of cats at the hotel, we bought them dry food, but, as we understood, they are still being fed there too, they also said there are feeders for them on the embankment, but we did not see them. There are a lot of them in the Old Town, but they were not met near the hotel.
The embankment is excellent, a lot of cafes, benches, benches, playgrounds, toilets almost every 100 meters. A small minus is the lack of souvenir shops, there are only grocery stores, Migros is a 15-minute walk away. It's a long way to the current bus stop, especially in the heat, so they asked the hotel to call a taxi, it came quickly, about 250 lira to the Old Town.
2 excursions were taken from Pegasus. To the ancient city of Phaselis and the mountains, and the second - the canyon of Tazy and rafting. The first tour is a bit boring, but the views in the mountains are picturesque. I liked rafting more, if someone goes, take slippers for the sea (who has them), for some reason the guide does not warn, and on the tour itself they will try to sell them to you.
We had a flight in the evening, so we asked to extend the room, unfortunately, there were no seats, but they allowed us to leave not at 12, but at 13-00☺️
I recommend the hotel!
Good enough for three. The rooms are not new, the SPA area is so-so, the staff is not particularly helpful, all inclusive includes only drinks on tap, including regular water - free only from the cooler, bottled only for money and twice as expensive as in the city. But these disadvantages are more than compensated for by excellent food. We always went to the restaurant with joy and looked forward to a delicious meal. The food is quite varied and, most importantly, delicious, we have never been disappointed in a week. Excellent location on a long modern promenade, the beach is nearby, the sea is clean, and very close to the entire infrastructure of Antalya. There is no animation. Among the vacationers, only people aged 50 and pensioners.
We were one of the first to visit Acropol in May 2023. The hotel left the most pleasant impressions. On the plus side: The location is very good
1. The beach is across the street. Umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach at the Sunshine Cafe are free of charge.
2. Modern promenade promenade.
3. Migros store is nearby. You can walk along the embankment to it, or walk to the bus stop and take a bus. By bus, payment is made with a travel card. Ask at the reception how it can be purchased.
4. It is not far to the center of Antalya by bus.
Food. The dishes are fresh, there was enough of everything. Everything was delicious. The hot dishes changed every day, and the cold snacks and greens were the same. All meals are included, but at a certain time. Drinks from local producers are free of charge. Alcoholic drinks up to 22 hours. After that, it's paid. Tea, coffee, water at any time.
The staff is polite, they always responded to requests or the solution of some issues.
I went for a massage right there at the hotel. Thank you very much to the masseuse, she did the massage professionally with attention. The prices are adequate.
We had a room on the 5th floor (6) with a sea view. The mattresses are great. There are no complaints about the linen and cleanliness of the room. There are clotheslines on the balcony.
Of the minuses: The territory of the hotel is small, but I would like it to be cared for, cozy: For example, there were not enough flowers in pots, planted plants where there is a place for them. The bathroom doors in the room should be updated.
The choice was based on the budget option.
I definitely won't go a second time.
Do not drink water from the cooler in any case! At
everyone had a wild reaction before the hospital. I was not spared either. Buy bottled water at the market.
The beach is covered in bulls! Everyone smokes everywhere! They are stewed and thrown into the pebbles. They stink on the beach. The sea in the morning and before lunch is a miracle! After lunch, the mud was washed up, allegedly thrown off the ships. It is impossible to swim. There's not much food to choose from, but you won't be hungry.
They fell for the beautiful pictures from the Internet, but in fact it turned out to be something between a hotel and a hostel. Everything is very dirty and old. The number was changed twice, but the situation did not change completely. It seems that the problem is not in the rooms, but the whole hotel has not seen renovation since 2000.
It is very dirty, everything is old, half of the rooms do not have balconies. There was a broken TV in our room, the light bulbs were blinking, and the refrigerator was making terrible noises.
Towels are cleaned and changed every 3 days. There is no declared daily cleaning
The dining room floor is always sticky, it doesn't seem to be washed at all
We stayed at the hotel in July, we liked everything , the food is all delicious and varied, the staff loves tips, the hotel is located on the first line.It is not a fact that you will get to this hotel, which looks like there is still a building that does not look so perfect, but it is quiet, no one is making noise. The beach is packed with locals, dogs are walking on the beach.Umbrellas do not hold, they fall, the shizlong is old, burnt out on the beach.the territory is clean, the floor is not washed so often in the building.
Nice hotel. Delicious food, without much variety. But I went to lunch and dinner with pleasure. The first line, the beach across the street. There are always free sun beds, no need to practice at 6 o'clock in the morning. There is no animation, but I didn't need it. The staff is quite friendly, but not everyone speaks Russian
A great city hotel across the street from the beautiful promenade and beach.
Nothing superfluous and at the same time everything you need to relax.
The view of the sea from the balcony, even on the second floor, was magnificent.
There was no such situation in the dining room, which was often found in 4* hotels - there is an infinite variety of food, but you don't want any of it. Sometimes, as soon as you find the dishes you like, they disappear the next day. Here, in the Acropolis, we always found delicious things with a small selection.
Pleasant, unobtrusive staff, no animation (fortunately).
The opportunity to sit on the swing by the pool on a warm evening was very pleasant.
Of the disadvantages, except that tired bed linen / towels, a bed made up of two.
The music from the street did not bother us to sleep, we closed the balcony and slept with air conditioning.
On the beach, everything is without problems, we always found the deck chairs free.
The beach is finely pebbly with a smooth shore, the water is clean and warm in October.
Staff: bartenders are beggars, Natasha, who sits at the reception desk, gets tired of constant questions.
Service:cleaning is done every three days, you need to put a sign on the door.
Location:It's gorgeous, but there are some jumping, biting fleas on the beach, they are not in the dream. Big, aggressive dogs live on the beach, and they shit there.
Food: everything is cooked with an abundant amount of oil, from which heartburn, those with gastritis, I sympathize, take more gastritis. Meat, chicken and fish - everything was delicious, but greasy. Everything is fine with fruits.
In 20 minutes there is a large Migros, and an amusement park, there are bike rentals nearby, I recommend them.
The hotel rooms all overlook the sea, and the side ones too, do not try to pay $ 40 extra (there is such a fee), there are NO rooms facing the courtyard
Because of the vile fleas or midges, as Natasha called them, we will not come there anymore, in general we liked the hotel, a good three for once.
It's amazing to read the rave reviews. On the plus side, the sea is nearby and some of the staff are friendly. Otherwise, the hotel is very tired, everything is included - laughter and that's all. The beach that belongs to the hotel is of course free of charge, but only the farthest places from the sea are available for hotel guests, towels were never brought to us. There is black mold in the bathroom, the TV and phone are not working. I am very sorry for the money I gave away, I have been to Antalya many times, this is the worst hotel.
I chose this hotel quite deliberately, when planning a holiday for 2023, taking into account all the realities of this year, and basically the hotel met expectations.
(it was already about the 30th vacation in Turkey, so I know everything)
The reality is that holidays in Turkey have become very expensive (compared even with 2022, not to mention earlier years) for citizens of the Russian Federation by the sum of factors.
- the soaring dollar - ruble exchange rate
- soaring air ticket prices
- internal inflation in Turkey
- price increase in lira in Turkey - for absolutely everything (food, clothing, transport, hotels)
As a result (if you recalculate the prices for tours and everything else in rubles), the cost of rest has become cosmic (for normal 5* hotels, with good reviews and beaches). Only very bad hotels are sold for little money.
This hotel, despite its 3*, provides an all-inclusive system (which eliminates the huge costs of self-catering in restaurants and cafes), as well as a free beach. And his presence in the city, in the Konyaalti area, still allows, if desired, additional entertainment and shopping. And in conditions of wild prices for rest - is a compromise.
For general savings, I did not take a package tour, bought a separate hotel, a separate flight (saved the cost on S7 miles).
The tour operator who sold this hotel separately (only accommodation) and again for minimal money - we still need to look, not from the big ones (not pegas-teztur-coral, etc.) I found such a little-known tour operator in St. Petersburg.
So, the hotel.
* Location and arrangement of the hotel.
The beach is across the street. Restaurants, cafes around - there are, to varying degrees of range (the minimum check for a good meal is 1.5-2 thousand rubles / person). There are about 2 shops (minimarkets) around, the remaining 1 km in the main tourist part of Konyaalti. There are no pharmacies nearby, the nearest one is 1 km.
There is a bus near the hotel, as it were, and it is visible in the application (moovit, antaliakart), and there is a stop. In fact, it does not go.
The nearest bus that would go to places in demand by tourists is more than 1 km on foot to Ataturk Boulevard.
So you can't really leave the hotel. Taxi - yes, there is. Up to M5 Migros 70 lira, back 100.
The main building of the hotel is near the road, most of the rooms have a sea view. The balconies are narrow and cramped, there are several ropes on the balconies for drying clothes. There are a small number of rooms with a side view of the mountains, they are without a balcony, floor drying in the room itself.
And there are a small number of rooms with a view back from the sea.
The second building (annex) stands immediately behind the main one. There are slightly larger rooms, and the balconies are large, facing 2 sides - towards the sea and the opposite.
It so happened that we stayed 1 night in the main building, sea view, then decided to change the room (for why - see below). We looked at the room with a view back, and then in the annex - also with a view back. In which, in the end, we stopped. So we saw 3 different numbers.
The hotel does not have a territory as such, there is a swimming pool with sun beds and a shower. The pool area is mostly empty.
Bathrooms in different rooms are different. There is a small corner cramped shower cabin, there is a good-sized fence.
Air conditioners in different rooms work with different degrees of efficiency, and their location is different - there is a good one (when it does not blow on the bed), there is a bad one and quite bad (when it blows on the bed).
The furniture is old and heterogeneous, some cabinets are broken, some cabinets have hangers in sufficient quantity, others have 5 pieces of homemade wire. A bedside table near the bed - maybe, or maybe not.
The mattresses are quite hard, the pillows are normal, there were no warm blankets.
Electricity - works when the key is inserted, however, it seems that the system is broken in all rooms, and works without a key.
Balcony doors are not locked from the inside. There is a safe (we did not use it).
The biggest problem, as it turned out, is noise.
If there is a sea view, then music on the beaches both during the day and until night.
If the view is back from the sea, then a road with a very large traffic + crickets passes close by.
For those who are used to and can sleep with a closed balcony, and generally does not react to noise - it will be acceptable.
Those who cannot sleep without fresh air will feel very bad.
* Cleaning and maintenance.
Cleaning is on request. If you don't put a sign on the door, no one will come into the room. We were completely satisfied with this system.
In principle, there are few staff in the hotel (a person can be at most 5, well, maids, maybe 3 :-)), and in fact everyone does everything. And they sit at the reception, and they give drinks at the bar, and they clean the dishes at the restaurant.
When contacting (if the requests are normal), everything is polite and nice.
At reception in the afternoon Natalia speaks Russian. In the evening and at night - Turks, they speak a little Russian.
We had a check-out at night, Natalia arranged a transfer from the hotel to the airport for us, at the price of a regular taxi (a hotel employee drove us). Nice and thank you.
About 10 cats live on the territory of the hotel. They beg for food when leaving the restaurant (and some tourists take them out).
Everything would be fine and nice, but one of the cats arranged a toilet for herself on the 2nd floor in the corridor of the annex building, near the distant rooms. 3 times there were heaps...which were not immediately cleaned. That's how bad it would be.
* Restaurant, bar, food.
There are enough tables in the restaurant, but if you want your favorite place, it's better to come to the beginning of the meal.
During the meal, the dishes are removed from the tables with lightning speed, so that free tables quickly appear.
For drinks during meals - you need to go to the bar (inside the restaurant), the rest of the time another bar, near the pool. These two bars work alternately. If there is no one at the bar - just look, he is somewhere here, nearby :-)
The bar has beer (bottled), red and white wine (quite good dry canteens), vodka, crayfish, fanta sprite mineral water.
Meal.
A limited set, but quite sufficient. Even for those who are on a diet (there is always boiled and stewed) and vegetarians (you can type something). One dish seems to be the main thing (mostly chicken, sometimes beef), 3 side dishes (French fries, rice, pasta). Well, the rest (cheeses, olives, vegetables, salads, sweets, fruits) is also there.
There is no battle for food (when there is not enough for everyone) and there are no long queues. At the beginning of the meal period and by the end of the period, the set of dishes is preserved, so it is absolutely necessary to run in time, otherwise they will eat everything - there is no need. When something especially popular is like chicken on fire, the cook limits the output (3 pieces in hand, etc.). However, after the first hype wave, he stops limiting, if you want, take it.
The quality of the food itself pleased. Everything is fresh and delicious. Well, it's true that it's better to follow the safety rules - we never take salads filled with yogurt.
Doughnuts were served as the main dish 3 times in 2 weeks...which surprised me a little, however, there was something to replace them with (meat) from non-main dishes.
* Contingent.
At this time (end of September) 90% are 40+ speaking Russian. Basically everyone is calm. There were no night orgies in the courtyard of the hotel. There are few children.
* Beach.
(oooooh! that's the pain)
The beaches in Konyaalti are all public. Free plots (there is a changing room, shower, toilet, but no sun beds and umbrellas) alternate with paid ones (equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, awnings, with bars).
The hotel has reserved seats on the nearest paid beach (i.e. the hotel pays about 500 rubles per person for your vacation there).
All guests of Acropol are accommodated on this beach in a strictly designated area. If you want other places where it's better - for a surcharge.
(there were no takers)
Every time you go to the beach - you need to take a receipt for reception. And give it away on the beach.
There are not enough umbrellas for everyone (Acropol guests). The best places (under the awning in the shade) are already occupied at 5:30 in the morning.
See the photos, there is just this area of the beach. Sun beds and mattresses are the worst, creepy. Umbrellas are small.
The beach shines with lights and music in the evening and at night. There are almost no people willing to sit and eat there. Empty. Because - prices!!! in past years, these beaches were filled with people. Now all are empty.
During the day, the beach is a depressing sight.
- creepy mattresses
- crooked-oblique unpaved boardwalks
- broken boards on the paths, sometimes turned upside down with nails
- the shower is broken, and there's a broken board again
- the changing cabin does not close, and there are no hooks for clothes (we hung our kitchen ones there, we always take a vacation just in case)
- general mess on the beach, trash
!!! As a result, it is necessary to walk on the beach very carefully, otherwise there is a risk of injury.
To whom (as to us) the shadow is important - see the photo. This is a life hack where you can put sun beds. However, again, to occupy at 5:30 - 6 in the morning.
This is the place that we took away from the dogs, who always lie there during the day. They didn't mind, but they were always with us. And we didn't mind them either.
As a result.
The hotel (with its beach) is not recommended to those who
- to Turkey for the first time
- has experience of previous holidays in 5*, and has no understanding of how life has changed in Turkey since 2021
- those who have no experience of independent recreation (self-driving, without travel agencies)
- those who have children (7-14 years old) who want to run on the beach and in the sea on their own, but do not yet have safety skills (they can get hurt)
- elderly people, for the same reasons as children, can be injured
For the rest, who do not have high expectations and have the skills of living in Turkey, it is quite possible to go to this hotel.
The hotel is urban, facing the embankment, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Music plays everywhere until late at night. For those who love silence-definitely not suitable. The rooms are already "tired", in need of repair, especially for bathrooms. The staff is very polite and helpful, they help and advise on all issues. The food is good, there was enough for everyone, the choice is small, but no one left hungry, everything is fresh, there were always 2-3 types of fruits. The hotel does not have its own beach, they give coupons for visiting the beach opposite "Sunshine beach". That's the biggest problem. Be prepared for the fact that while you are lying down, the beach staff may come up to you and take away your umbrella/mattress, etc., while you are swimming or even when you are on the spot, right in front of you, because someone else (especially from the locals) came and asked for an umbrella. Relaxing on the beach turns into an attraction, who steals an umbrella from whom. This is certainly not the fault of the hotel, they pay for the stay of their guests on this beach and periodically quarrel with the staff, but during a vacation at sea it is annoying.
We had a rest in October 2022. A lovely and cozy hotel, we recommend it for those who want to enjoy their holidays in Turkey. Very convenient location. Free sun beds on the beach, the sea is within walking distance, good varied food with lots of fruits, the hotel has a hammam, very polite staff. We will be happy to come again
Super! The sea is clear. Sunbeds are waiting for visitors with a receipt, taken at the reception. The food is excellent, the dining room is clean. Rooms are cleaned frequently. Minus the noisy cafes at night, you don't sleep until 3 am. Located very well, near Broadway.

A pretty good hotel for your money. Good food and clean sea. There was always enough food, there were no queues.you won't be hungry for sure! We rolled out of the restaurant like buns, everything was satisfying and delicious. Alternate for breakfast:scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes;+ boiled eggs, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, buns.
For lunch and dinner alternate: chicken, duck, beef, fish.
Side dishes: rice, rustic potatoes / fries, onion rings in batter, pasta in sauce and without. Vegetable salads. Olives, cottage cheese, pickled peppers, eggplant, zucchini.A variety of pastries.Fruits: watermelon, melon, peaches, apples, grapes.
Soups: chicken noodles/ mashed pea soup.
Drinks at the bar: white and red wine, gin, fanta, cola, sprite, and ayran for lunch. Maybe there was something else, I didn't try it.
Cleaning on demand, at least put up a sign every day.We asked to clean every other day.
We had a good rest. I put 4 only because the numbers are tired. It would be nice to put them in order.
I am staying at the hotel from 06/01/2022 to 06/29/2022…I am writing a review while still on vacation.., The hotel has a very good location. The sea view is amazing))) My room has a sea view. In most rooms, the furniture has been changed to a lighter one, which pleases (I love everything bright) . The staff is just wonderful))) Manager Beshir is just a darling, as well as Bekir and Natalia (the Russian-speaking manager helps a lot in solving issues) . About the food in this hotel - you can firmly put 5+.. And this is not only my opinion, but also of all vacationers.. I will not list the assortment, but I can say with confidence that the food is close to homemade. Thanks a lot to Chef Mahmoud, pomeranians Ergyun and Omer)) The restaurant staff - Ercan, Fikret and Mevlut are also great fellows, they work promptly, always with a smile. They helped me learn Turkish)) The territory is not large, but it is still an urban-type hotel, there are enough different entertainments on the embankment, both for adults and children…The rooms are cleaned with high quality.. I want to sum up - the hotel is good))) I spent my vacation here with pleasure... thank you all))))))))
