There is no restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is served in the lobby at the reception desk — fresh pastries, coffee and orange juice. There are large baskets of apples by the elevators, you can treat yourself on the way to the room. The rooms are different, we came across a sample of the 40s, with iron beds, antique plumbing and walls covered with newspapers from 1942-1943: the advance of Hitler's troops, a chronicle of allied relations. In short, you can get acquainted with the details of that time in person, without visiting the archives. It is customary to leave tips for cleaning on the bed before leaving the room. In general, the excellent location of the hotel itself, almost in the center of Broadway, everything is within walking distance. Walking is possible only in sneakers / sneakers, because the streets in Manhattan are paved with concrete slabs and it is incredibly difficult to walk on them for a long time in ordinary shoes.
