We visited the hotel in the middle of April.
The hotel is fresh (completely renovated in 2016) very stylish and pleasant. We went with the main purpose: to walk and enjoy the beautiful views, side: to swim and sunbathe.
We chose a swim-up room, decided to pay extra for the pool, it turned out to be in vain, as we swam in it at most three times, the sun was in our room after lunch, the top rooms with the sun 2011-2014, but they are in plain sight. The room itself is nice, the mini-bar is free, there is a choice of pillows, the cleaning is excellent.
The area is average, beautiful lawn, greenery, a large pool in the center seemed to be the warmest of all. We didn't swim in the sea, it's cold, I won't say that the beach is wow, I don't think we've cleaned it up yet, there are soft sun beds, umbrellas.
Buffet meals and ala carte restaurants. One round the clock, one in the afternoon with sushi, the rest in the evenings with reservations via the app or girls at the reception. The pastry shop with cakes and delicious ice cream is open all day.
(During the week, we got bored with breakfasts, everything was always the same, there was only one rice porridge, better lunches, but only pasta was always cooked separately, at dinner the most expanse, as a rule 3-4 racks with a cooking chef, dessert, appetizer and main dishes, depending on the topic and dinner. The restaurants in general all seemed decent, not very fast service when loading, but it's a restaurant)
There are two main bars. By the pool and on the lobby floor. The choice of alcoholic beverages is good, but the lack of decent used drinks upset, smoothies were terrible, cocktails in used bars were very small and that's it, well, infernal sourness, one refresh was sometimes 50/50 because of honey.
Overall, the food is 9/10
minus a point for gradually boring breakfasts and used drinks.
The hotel had Russian-speaking managers and some of the waiters.
There are car rentals, a spa, small and large tennis, fitness and an indoor pool.
The hotel, like everyone else on the line, has a beautiful promenade with lighting, along which you can walk to the ruins of the old town in side.
I had a rest in July 2021. The rooms are spacious, stylish, the service is good, the food is excellent. there are no crowds, although the hotel is 100% full, there are no queues at the restaurant
It's unclear where the negative reviews come from, but this hotel is simply amazing. Everything is at the highest level. Room, food, service, service, covid requirements are just TOP.
My favorite hotel in Turkey!!! It's great for a family holiday
Clean, tasty, comfortable rooms

Alakart restaurants are booked three days in advance and everything is always busy, so if you have a short vacation there you go a couple of times, do not count on them. There is an imported alcohol, which is not bad, but if you don't specifically tell each time which one to use in a cocktail, they will pour Turkish dechman by default. Of course, even in a seemingly decent hotel, by 9 a.m., the runners lay out their towels on all the sun beds, which lie there all day without owners. The spa is expensive, for this money in Russia you can choose the best spa programs for 4 hours. In general, a good hotel, compared with those that generally happen in Turchag. But don't have any special illusions.
