I came to this clinic 4 years ago. The only ones at that time who took a picture of one tooth, and not the whole jaw! The quality was amazing... The equipment, the staff, the atmosphere of the clinic, everything is wonderful!!! The girl with blue hair and Ramstein, who played in the speakers, were even more endearing 😁😁😁I came to the clinic again, a couple of months ago. As always, everything is fine! All the same people, which in my opinion is very important! Friendly cool team, individual approach to everyone, new good equipment! I did teeth with Tengo and Malvina 🩷🌸🌷🫶🤗Special thanks to them!!! For your patience and understanding 🤍🙏I highly recommend it to everyone!!!
After installing the crown in this clinic, the tooth will have to be removed. Doctor (Jumper) I didn't warn you about the risks. There were also severe pains during installation and after, which the Jumper did not remove
In order: at first, I just came to update the filling on the tooth. But the tooth itself was not enough, and I was persuaded to get a crown at the clinic
Well, OK, it seems like a couple of years ago I made a filling in the same clinic, it was very painful, but it still holds. I decided to make a crown here as well. Plus they had a 3d X-ray, which another clinic told me was required to install a crown
The first thing that alerted me was the attitude of the doctor (Jumper) to the case. This, a little bit offhand, like a doctor from a state clinic, blunder and you're done. Both in terms of actions and in terms of attitude towards the client. I didn't explain anything, I had to ask everything, and I was in a hurry all the time
I made the crown quickly, in 2 sessions. During the installation and after, there was a wild pain in the gum. But at that time it was the same in this clinic, in general I was ready for this
Also, during the first session, they saw caries on the adjacent tooth, the Jumper drilled it, slightly stained it, this seal fell off a couple of hours after that
The second time, he splattered it on me again, after the gum in this place hurt very much. I came to him, he was cleaning something there, in the end it did not help, but only helped to redo the filling on the neighboring tooth in another clinic, because how he stained it was no good - pressure was created on the gum
After 2 months, I began to feel a slight pain under the crown, I came to him, he said that it was a pocket between the crown and the gum. And he explained it in a strange way, like that a flux can still form. I Googled it, realized that this was not the story at all, so I decided to go to another doctor, just in case, to double-check
I did a 3d X-ray, it turned out there was a crack at the root, there was a huge inflammation, and the tooth was under removal
I come to the Jumper, I say what is it?
And he: "Didn't I tell you initially that it was a 50/50 option, that the crown would help? (No, he didn't say anything). The root crack warranty does not apply"
I was flying to another country that day, so I didn't swear, and earlier the doctor also told me that if there is a crack, then the warranty does not apply, well, in most cases, apparently so
But the feeling remained clear that this could have been avoided if not for the attitude of Doctor Jumber to the case. I highly do not recommend it
The cherry on the cake: a 3d X-ray was not done before installing the pins, I insisted that it be done myself and paid for it
As a result, when the pain started, and we tried to look it up in their database, we didn't find it. They either did not save it, or deleted it. I didn't take the disk at that time, because I didn't see the need. But in general, this also says a lot
