A good family hotel, if you see rooms available here, feel free to take them!
The hostess of the hotel, the caring "bee", manages everywhere and will take into account all your wishes. Clean, cleaning and changing of towels every other day, clothes dryer on the balcony, spacious rooms, good comfortable mattresses on the beds and white whole linen. Shower gel and slippers if you forgot your own. Excellent Internet connection.
On the upper floor there is a dining room for breakfast and tea parties throughout the day, you can use any dishes and a microwave. Huge terrace.
Good air conditioning conveniently located so as not to blow on the bed.
The breakfasts are simply magnificent and exceeded all my expectations! It is quiet enough, the Windows overlook a low apartment building and a courtyard with flowering shrubs.
On the plus side, there is a supermarket on the ground floor that also belongs to this family and here you can always buy something ready-made until 24h, we ate too much lobio and additionally different cakes ☺️
Good location between old and new Batumi, you can even use buses, the fare is cheap, just buy their local pass. To the sea 10 min walk straight. The entire first line is an eternal construction site! Therefore, the hotel is ideally located for living.

A great hotel 5 minutes from the waterfront! The room is very clean and spacious. A good breakfast on the terrace with a gorgeous view! Friendly staff. A bonus on the 1st floor is a wonderful store with its own cooking! Good value for money!

My favorite hotel in Batumi. Excellent staff, everything is like at home. Everything is within walking distance. Of the minuses, there is no Parking. Well, there are not always places.

I had a great rest at the hotel!
Caring Oliko brought all the dishes I could only dream of, including beautiful wine glasses.
They cleaned every other day, the bed was snow-white, the mattress was soft.
She came with fruits, with groceries, it was convenient to cook.
There is a washing machine in the room.
I ironed all the things in the ironing room for free.
Clean, tidy, family-friendly.
Deserved 5 stars.
I will definitely come this year!!!

A great budget hotel. The rooms are spacious enough with a refrigerator, kitchen, TV, air conditioning and beds. The air conditioner is quiet, it works. In the refrigerator, the freezer resembled a glacier - on the first evening it had to be defrosted. The toilet seat turned out to be broken; to fill the water tank, you need to lift the lid and clean the insides. Unfortunately, this is happening at every step in Georgia.
The breakfasts are delicious: cakes, omelets, side dish + cutlets, vegetables, tea/coffee/compote, corn cereals, cheese, butter, bread. The penalty for a lost key is 20 GEL. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is served from 9 to 11. To the sea 20-30 minutes on foot. There is no private Parking; all yards nearby are blocked - the car was parked 300 meters away, which is inconvenient during check-in / check-out. There is a good supermarket in the same building.

The hotel ***. Breakfast on the roof from 9 to 11 is delicious, from the cooking in the same building, the choice is of course for three. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed sometimes. The safe is only available at the reception. The room has air conditioning, we even had a mosquito net, others were not lucky)) There is also a TV, a refrigerator and a stove, without dishes. The location is closer to New Batumi, the store downstairs is good for prices and choice for the tourist.

I really liked it, the building is new, the room is clean and spacious. The area is quiet and there is a place to park the car, but perhaps this is due to the fact that when we were there (October 2019) the through passage was closed for repairs. There is an elevator. Breakfast on the roof with panoramic windows and an outdoor area. There is a supermarket on the ground floor. Only the entrance was not immediately found, it is to the right of the entrance to the store, from the end, an inconspicuous door without a sign.

We were there in September 2019. A two-room room, it has everything, including fumitox. The Wi-Fi is excellent, there are three of them on the floor, choose the one that catches better, the password is the same. There is no sign, they found it with difficulty). On the ground floor there is a shop with home cooking, breakfasts from the same kitchen. Breakfast on the veranda on the roof of the building, which is partially covered with floor-to-ceiling windows, part of it is open - we went to breakfast as to a photo shoot). To the sea (which we went to once in 5 days, there just wasn't time) 10 minutes by foot. On the way, you can go to the subway exclusively for coffee - eating in Georgia in subways, poppies and the like is a crime. In 2 minutes there is a cafe Berman bakery, it seems - like a regular eatery, but very tasty.
I tried to describe it objectively and now a little emotion. Guys, this is a delight. Prices are lower than at our resorts, both for housing and for everything else. I got an unforgettable gastronomic thrill from cafes and restaurants. We were in a variety of places - we liked all of them, without exception, both the food and the service. At the end of the rest, I set out to find a cafe where I don't like at least something, well, it just doesn't happen - I didn't find it, guys, this is heaven on earth. I've been to a lot of places, I prefer abroad, but I just didn't expect this here. Don't listen to anyone, if you want to really relax, go to Georgia.
