We stayed at the hotel at the end of August 2024 for 9 nights. Overall, the impression about the hotel is positive - beautiful territory, comfortable houses, daily cleaning, excellent chef. But there is one moment that slightly overshadowed the overall impression - this is the organization of breakfasts - they are announced from 8 o'clock, they occur by order from the menu, the portions are large, everything is delicious, but there is a big BUT - the chef sooo rarely arrives at the place during - that is, if you have breakfast by 9, then you are lucky) It used to happen that we left after drinking tea without waiting for breakfast - because we like to come to the sea early. By the end of the vacation, we resigned ourselves and did not expect breakfast)

A wonderful decent boutique hotel! A small area with houses, a swimming pool and a restaurant. The breakfasts are wonderful - a large selection, delicious! The houses are wooden, with a comfortable terrace, where it is so pleasant to chill in the evenings. Everything in the houses is new and stylish. There is a safe. Excellent linen, changed every 3 days. Cleaning every day. There is a washing machine on site, you can use it, the powder is free. The sea is 5 minutes away. In general, the hotel is actually located in a relict pine grove. It is difficult to find good restaurants and cafes in Pitsunda, we ate several times in different places and eventually made sure that the hotel restaurant is the best, everything is very tasty and the presentation is beautiful. I liked it very much, we will come again! A couple of moments, so to speak, growth zones: 1. waiters (and all of them!) they perform their duties well, but without a smile and without pleasure. This slightly blurs the impression. 2. The pool would be nice if it were heated

A wonderful, cozy hotel! There is a washing machine and a ironing machine with an iron in common use! The room has everything you need: shower accessories, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes. A house with a sufficient area and a nice terrace with chairs and chairs. Special thanks to the waiters and kitchen staff, very tasty dishes, with a beautiful presentation!
The sea is just around the corner, it is clean and there is plenty of space to relax on the beach itself.

The best club hotel in Pitsunda. Cozy 14 houses. The atmosphere is like in a country house, but at sea. Closed territory. Pine trees. A lot of shadow. There is a swimming pool. The food is delicious.
But of course the beaches are always packed) well, what about) the city center)) but the temple is nearby) and in general the whole central party of Pitsunda is nearby.
The owner Said and his girls, the hotel has adequate and pleasant people.

The place and the hotel itself are wonderful. The kitchen is not bad. The children and I did not eat breakfast completely.
But over the past 4 years, breakdowns and other problems have accumulated: the wooden flooring boards are broken in several places, the tile seams in the shower could be refreshed, the floodlights of the garden lighting lie ragged, or they could decorate the landscape. Breakdowns, although minor, spoil the overall impression.

It's a good place for Pitsunda. The territory is closed, among the famous Pitsunda pines, only staff and vacationers. There are 12 cabins on the territory, half of them with swimming pools. From myself, I will say that at first the water in the private pool was very cold, you can't enter, so we didn't swim in it, but in the end it either warmed up, or began to gain warm water and it became comfortable. There is also a communal swimming pool combined with a children's pool, sun loungers. There may be surprises from children, but who will be lucky. However, all pools are cleaned daily. There is also an open cafe and bar on the territory, open until 22.00. The menu is good. Breakfast is included in the room rate (scrambled eggs, pancakes, pancakes, tea/coffee). The territory is well maintained, lawn, flowers, pine, and other cultivated trees. The beach is close, a couple of minutes from Abna. There are markets nearby. The lights were turned off a couple of times during our check-in, due to accidents at the substation. They can't cook bad food in a cafe without light. Great place, good cuisine (above average price tag), great breakfasts. Good two-room houses with air conditioning, there are 2 options, with and without a mini pool, in my opinion it makes no difference. We, a family of 4 people, were satisfied.

A wonderful hotel. Ten houses with a small difference in layout and footage . Well-maintained territory , neat and closed from outsiders . There is a small swimming pool and its own restaurant. The menu is not bulky and everything is very tasty.
