Villa of Prince D. P. Chachba (Shervashidze)
1912 Architect A. Bamme. Currently, the D. I. Gulia Abkhazian Institute for Humanitarian Studies is located here. It is a very beautiful building, but serious restoration is required. On weekdays, you can go in and see the lobby.
