We were in Apache in September 2023. We went here for lunch every day, because we really liked it.
Very hospitable, colorful, and very tasty😊 hominy was not mastered, we did not calculate that the portions would be so large😃 but we liked it anyway 🥰
The Abkhaz-style hodgepodge and kharcho are very tasty. Khachapur boat and caesar with shrimp will lick your fingers😊

We stopped for lunch on July 27, 2024. There was a downpour. There were no customers, but the waiters were busy with something else. Of the ordered, citrus lemonade and one Adjarian boat were delicious, they forgot to bring the second one, because they did not check the order. Khinkali is very salty. The hodgepodge is very spicy and made of tough beef. Beer - one bottle is warm, the second is cold, I had to mix it. The sauce is nutty and tasteless.
I couldn't wait for the waitress and couldn't get through. The amount of the check immediately includes 10% service. We never got the change. The amount is small (80 rubles), but somehow unpleasant.

Beautiful places, everything is within walking distance, the only drawback is always uphill, well, the prices are too high. Go down into the caves and you will be pleasantly amazed, especially the last hall. The view from the Anakapian fortress to the whole of Mount Athos is amazing, spend a day on everything. We visited the institution with my husband on November 6, 2023. They were placed in a hall with animal skins and a fire in the hall. I'm clarifying, since other people probably serve the rest of the premises. We ordered coffee, an adult local drink, lobio, a portion of khinkali, an Abkhazian roast, lavash. Paid taking into account the percentage for the service of 1,700 rubles.
And the pros:
1. Fast feed. Drinks were brought immediately, food in a maximum of 10 minutes.
2. Very tasty. All dishes are richly seasoned with spices))
3. A beautiful place, the fire warmed in rainy weather.
4. Served by a friendly woman.
Of the minuses:
Two local people came, sat down in the center next to the cauldron with hominy. The staff approached them, obviously their own and dearly loved ones. They turned on their music very loudly, switched it often (the equipment was right next to us). By their behavior, they quickly cleared the place of tourists and made it clear in every possible way so that we would leave soon. Attitude to Russians as a wallet.

We came in thinking we could try something delicious) the situation had animal skins and smoked meat on fire .... But it was not there - for some reason the smoked meat was fried in oil in a frying pan that was dried into crackers, the vegetable salad was so cold that it was not possible to eat it, khinkali was brought not cooked, no service from the word at all!!!!! The bill was brought written down on a piece of paper by hand , they just called the amount and took it away ! The service is certainly far away !!! I don 't recommend this place !

We were in this assurance in September 2023.
We came in from a walk, inspired that we are now listening to something delicious, local, as they write about it in the reviews.
The first disappointment awaited us right from the doorstep - the waiters. Rude, tortured, irritated. When we asked how long the dishes are being prepared, we received the answer "You are not alone with us." The menu itself is quite large. It is worth noting that the waiter did not give any comments on the dishes, did not give any recommendations, although they asked questions about the menu, and it was obvious that we needed help. We stopped at: Abkhazian meat, Khinkali, trout, three coffees, French fries for the child, invasion and lemonade. Of all the dishes, only the child was satisfied. The Abkhazian meat is very spicy, the waiter did not even pay attention to this fact when choosing a dish, although we chose a meat dish from several options. Khinkali, in my opinion, were cheese makers, but here, as they say, "taste and color." They forgot about the trout at all, they brought it when we had already had dinner. They brought burnt, dry, tasteless trout! The coffee was brought all spilled.
The price tag is too high compared to other establishments. They don't give you a check, they write it on a piece of paper, which they immediately take away.
To sum up, the service is disgusting, the food is 3.
For our part, we can say that we will not come to this institution anymore, definitely.

Unfortunately, we visited this place with four friends. After I poured the champagne into glasses, I found that the bubbles calmed down in three glasses, and in the fourth they actively flowed from the bottom of the glass for 4-5 minutes. Looking at this "miracle", we saw a red dot presumably of wine, indicating a dirty glass. After the boorish waiter came, he assured me that everything was fine. But when I couldn't argue with 4 people, I just poured the bucket on the floor and left. Perhaps someone thought that they would bring a new bucket, apologies, but not the staff and management of this institution.
I couldn't eat or drink from dirty dishes.
I do not recommend the institution to visit.

How can I feed my guests MARGARINE? Georgians would turn over in their coffins from such an Adjarian khachapuri with huge chunks of margarine on top. Meat in Abkhazian is mostly made from non-smoking pieces, there are no fragrant spices in it - I tried it elsewhere, I can compare it. The signature dish Athos for 650 rubles is a tail piece of fish with bones and skin and 2 shrimps + one potato cut into 4 pieces. They also charge 10% for the service, as it is written in the menu, but they do not warn. It's crazy, thanks for a good lunch)
What was delicious: borscht, purchased nuggets and compote, well, it's hard to spoil it)))
P.S.: the waiter only said about margarine that it was butter. But I'm a pastry chef, I just laugh at this statement.

We visited this cafe on September 18, 2023. Disgusting service, Milena's girlfriend is a rare boor!!
We ordered meat in Abkhazian and beans with hominy, beans and meat were very very, very spicy! It was impossible to eat ! When asked by the waitress why they didn't warn me, I don't have to.
The price tag is above average, the quality of the dishes and service at the baseboard.
We will never come again. 2000 rubles - we stayed hungry, and in the morning we suffered from abdominal pain and nausea.
Don't come here if you don't want to ruin your evening.

We arrived late in the evening, the choice of establishments was small. Prices are higher compared to average prices in the country. But the most important thing is that I didn't like almost anything.
They took a frying pan, pickles, khinkali (they are nothing - for them and for the friendly waitress I threw a point), a hodgepodge in Abkhazian.

Some of the best khachapuri "boats" in the city. There is no variety, but they come there only for khachapuri. We tried the vaunted boats the second time. There was no desire to eat there, the veranda in our hotel was much more comfortable. As a result, they took it to take away, packed in good quality cardboard boxes of 2 khachapuri each. We brought them still hot, and ate them with great pleasure. Of the minuses, they close early, they did not meet us halfway, although the kitchen was still working, there were problems with customer orientation, for this minus one point.

We were very upset with this institution.
The price tag is not small for Abkhazia, it is clear that the New Athos, but at least put soap at the sink, not to mention a towel or napkins.
The dishes are almost all chipped off.
The boat appeared edible from hunger, although burnt to black from above.
The "cherry on the cake" was fried trout, which had a rotten smell. Naturally, I didn't want to eat it at all.
To make a claim, the waitress immediately made a claim, and why they didn't say right away, and why they were sitting fish.
She sniffed it demonstratively and swallowed a piece of stale fish herself.
The hostess did not say a word about the claim.
In general, I did not want to come into conflict in the presence of children, I paid 900 rubles for two rotten fish and wished them a pleasant appetite.

Very nice waiters. A wonderful hardworking cook on a bonfire in the center of the hall. But the dishes were not very tasty. The prices did not match those on the menu. Named above. Plus, they charge a percentage for the service from above, which they do not warn about in advance. After I made a comment about the price difference, I eventually paid the bill with a small discount. It is a pity that there is no clarity in pricing - a huge disadvantage. Prices are slightly lower than in Moscow.

It's a disgusting cafe. Especially the cook or the hostess. "Barking" is great. There was no light, so most of the dishes were not given, dishes with chipped edges, dirt everywhere, but I tore 200 rubles out of my throat for the service. For which they did not understand. Kitchen for three. In the end, a dog came, there are a lot of them there and in winter they are thin and hungry, we fed her, but then a half-drunk young man came out and kicked her so that the poor dog flew to the road. It's delicious here, but the most hellish service in Athos. We broke through here from the second time - the first time we were cheated too much even for the Abkhazian service even before the order. And so, the service is usually terrible. You look for a waiter, you wait for him, then "what didn't you say right away", "what are you going back and forth here", and everything else.
In addition, local unkempt men walk around the cafe and try to say something to the ladies and even start a conflict.

We've traveled all over the world, visited the best places. But there is a soul in it! We've tried almost all the menus. And everything was always delicious. You can't wait for the waiter, the table is littered with dirty dishes, no one even cleans, they folded and pushed themselves away. Lula for 250 is absolutely not tasty, fried in a frying pan, the kebab was obviously not only fried, but the dumplings are excellent, well, the bottled beer is excellent. The champagne is only warm...
There are a lot of tourists, the quality has dropped significantly.

Only kharcho soup and beer could not spoil. We do not recommend it! If the restaurant worked nearby, we wouldn't have come here!
