Of the ordered, citrus lemonade and one Adjarian boat were delicious, they forgot to bring the second one, because they did not check the order. Khinkali is very salty. The hodgepodge is very spicy and made of tough beef. Beer - one bottle is warm, the second is cold, I had to mix it. The sauce is nutty and tasteless.
I couldn't wait for the waitress and couldn't get through. The amount of the check immediately includes 10% service. We never got the change. The amount is small (80 rubles), but somehow unpleasant.
Beautiful places, everything is within walking distance, the only drawback is always uphill, well, the prices are too high. Go down into the caves and you will be pleasantly amazed, especially the last hall. The view from the Anakapian fortress to the whole of Mount Athos is amazing, spend a day on everything. Well, for believers, a monastery.

We waited for the order for more than 4 hours. We visited the institution with my husband on November 6, 2023. They were placed in a hall with animal skins and a fire in the hall. I'm clarifying, since other people probably serve the rest of the premises. We ordered coffee, an adult local drink, lobio, a portion of khinkali, an Abkhazian roast, lavash. Paid taking into account the percentage for the service of 1,700 rubles.
And the pros:
1. Fast feed. Drinks were brought immediately, food in a maximum of 10 minutes.
2. Very tasty. All dishes are richly seasoned with spices))
3. A beautiful place, the fire warmed in rainy weather.
4. Served by a friendly woman.
Of the minuses:
Two local people came, sat down in the center next to the cauldron with hominy. The staff approached them, obviously their own and dearly loved ones. They turned on their music very loudly, switched it often (the equipment was right next to us). By their behavior, they quickly cleared the place of tourists and made it clear in every possible way so that we would leave soon. Attitude to Russians as a wallet.
The service is disgusting. You won't get a waiter. The solyanka in Abkhazian is too spicy.
If the 10% tip had not been included in the bill, the waiters would have been quicker and more friendly.
We came in thinking we could try something delicious) the situation had animal skins and smoked meat on fire .... But it was not there - for some reason the smoked meat was fried in oil in a frying pan that was dried into crackers, the vegetable salad was so cold that it was not possible to eat it, khinkali was brought not cooked, no service from the word at all!!!!! The bill was brought written down on a piece of paper by hand , they just called the amount and took it away ! The service is certainly far away !!! I don 't recommend this place !

An atmospheric place in the national style! From the veranda you can admire the lake!
We went to try local food, chose akud and achapa and were very pleasantly surprised: large portions and sooo delicious!!! And the wonderful waiter Asya served us very quickly and carefully! Many thanks to all the staff! I recommend everyone to visit!

The first disappointment awaited us right from the doorstep - the waiters. Rude, tortured, irritated. When we asked how long the dishes are being prepared, we received the answer "You are not alone with us." The menu itself is quite large. It is worth noting that the waiter did not give any comments on the dishes, did not give any recommendations, although they asked questions about the menu, and it was obvious that we needed help. We stopped at: Abkhazian meat, Khinkali, trout, three coffees, French fries for the child, invasion and lemonade. Of all the dishes, only the child was satisfied. The Abkhazian meat is very spicy, the waiter did not even pay attention to this fact when choosing a dish, although we chose a meat dish from several options. Khinkali, in my opinion, were cheese makers, but here, as they say, "taste and color." They forgot about the trout at all, they brought it when we had already had dinner. They brought burnt, dry, tasteless trout! The coffee was brought all spilled.
The price tag is too high compared to other establishments. They don't give you a check, they write it on a piece of paper, which they immediately take away.
To sum up, the service is disgusting, the food is 3.
For our part, we can say that we will not come to this institution anymore, definitely.
Unfortunately, we visited this place with four friends. After I poured the champagne into glasses, I found that the bubbles calmed down in three glasses, and in the fourth they actively flowed from the bottom of the glass for 4-5 minutes. There was no desire to eat there, the veranda in our hotel was much more comfortable. As a result, they took it to take away, packed in good quality cardboard boxes of 2 khachapuri each. We brought them still hot, and ate them with great pleasure. Of the minuses, they close early, they did not meet us halfway, although the kitchen was still working, there were problems with customer orientation, for this minus one point.

The price tag is not small for Abkhazia, it is clear that the New Athos, but at least put soap at the sink, not to mention a towel or napkins.

There was no light, so most of the dishes were not given, dishes with chipped edges, dirt everywhere, but I tore 200 rubles out of my throat for the service. For which they did not understand. Kitchen for three. In the end, a dog came, there are a lot of them there and in winter they are thin and hungry, we fed her, but then a half-drunk young man came out and kicked her so that the poor dog flew to the road. Complete horror. Avoid this diner!

It's delicious here, but the most hellish service in Athos. We broke through here from the second time - the first time we were cheated too much even for the Abkhazian service even before the order. And so, the service is usually terrible. You look for a waiter, you wait for him, then "what didn't you say right away", "what are you going back and forth here", and everything else.
In addition, local unkempt men walk around the cafe and try to say something to the ladies and even start a conflict.
