We lived nearby, walked a hundred times a day. Yes, the interior is not flashy, which is now attractive, but the main advantage of Abeshla compared to the entire catering of Gagra:speed and taste. Very fast, very tasty! We have already written about their khachapuri "Boat", the most amazing in Gagra, we agree 100 percent. The prices are great. Wonderful people: they gave the soup to take to a nearby hotel with their dishes without question, advised the better from their menu to drink and fatten the little one. Of course, there are some nuances for everyone who is used to what, but the overall impression in terms of speed and taste, as well as price and attitude is amazing!

We have been coming to Abkhazia for 5 years in a row and every time we go to this cafe in Gagra. Khachapuri bomb!! In general, all the food is very tasty. They bring it quickly. The terrace has been updated - now you are sitting like at your country house. Everything is in wood and grapes. Always a very pleasant and friendly hostess. May God grant them health and well-being!

Before getting to this cafe, we went around a lot of places, but looking at people's plates we left. Having come here, we stayed for all 10 days!!!! Very tasty!!! Fortunately, compared to the rest of the reviews, we have never met the same "Abkhazian", so we were pleasantly impressed))). Delicious soups, khinkali, I will single out meat in Abkhazian separately - it melts in your mouth. The food is not spicy or salty, like many places in Gagra. There is no barbecue. We visited several times and immediately became "our own" 😅

Caesar was brought with rotten cheese, to comments about this, the waiter simply brought the cheese on a plate (which was all spun up, and also smelled rotten) and asked to smell it. As a result, I took the salad to the cook, did not bring a new one, but included it in the bill.
When we made an order, the waiter did not want to accept the order from one of the guests at our table. The compote was also not taken out, but we had to pay for it

A very inconspicuous cafe from the street, rather very homely. There is a beautiful veranda in the second hall overlooking the green courtyard. Friendly service. I ate the best khachapur boats here, although I tried them in a number of establishments of different levels, but here the boats are out of competition, with fervor from the heat.

We read the reviews and it became a shame for the hosts. D. Sasha and T. Asya. They ate there often, D.'s husband.Sasha treated me (for free) with cognac and tea. They let us in with a small dog, there were never any complaints. Next summer we will come again and come here to eat again.

This place was recommended to us by the hotel administrator. He said delicious homemade food. Initially, they avoided it, since it was a rather inconspicuous cafe from the outside. But once we went in, we ate there the whole vacation. You shouldn't expect anything special, it's just not a big cozy place with delicious food. By the way, their service is free.

The season has started, we arrived on June 6 at 15h. Closed!!!! I'm lowering two stars for this. Nightmare.
We were in the second half of April) out of 6 attempts to get into the cafe, we got there twice in 12 days) sometimes it was closed at 12) although according to the owners of the institution they work until 22h.
We managed to try only kharcho-it's very tasty. The dumplings are so-so, purchased, the dough is thick. Chacha is great, we even bought it with us. White wine is light, pleasant.)
I hope we will get more times next time)
I do not remove the assessment for an incomprehensible schedule) it was not yet the season, maybe they did not always work on this.

One of the disadvantages, perhaps, is that before my eyes they wiped first the bench, and then the next table with one rag. The cafe is average in terms of food quality. Meat in Abkhazian is fatty pork with vegetables, although before that I ate excellent beef elsewhere. Caesar salad is normal, but just not tasty, I liked the dumplings from what I ate the most. But here, unlike the establishment across the street, they cook quickly and do not forget about the guests.

Khachapuri boat is not salty with a cold egg, there was no cheese in the edge of the dough. And the most unpleasant thing. There is a lot of talk about this in Abkhazia.
