Quiet and peaceful place to relax ! The hotel is located inside the fortress Ichan-Kala !

Convenient location of the facility, close to access to the main attractions of the fortress.
The sign on the house says that the name of the property is "Abdullah guest house", i.e. guest house. In the Yandex maps and Google maps have the name and location of the object, which already makes it easier to search.
Nearby there is a good three-tiered cafe "Khiva caravan" (also on the map), delicious and varied food.
You can also eat at the owner of this house by ordering breakfast, lunch or dinner in advance. I don't know how much it will cost. We were only there for one day and one night (it took all the time to see the sights of the fortress) and could not take full advantage of the hospitality of the hosts.
The room is on the 2nd floor, decorated in an oriental style, rather ascetic, but clean and tidy. There is a private toilet and shower (not all rooms have these facilities).
The courtyard is small, open, with access to Islam Khoja Street. The hosts are friendly and helpful.
There are several rooms for rent in this house and they are all different, with different amenities. Look carefully when choosing rooms. There were no tea sets in our room, so lovers of early or late tea and coffee need to worry about it themselves or resolve the issue with the owner. And the refrigerator was shared by all the guests.
We arrived early, at about 11 a.m., but we were checked in only after 2 p.m., although they allowed us to leave our things. We went for a walk around the fortress.
Smoking is prohibited both in the courtyard and on the outdoor terrace. I had to cross to the other side of the street. This is the fate of rogue smokers.
As for the price of accommodation, in my opinion, 3,700 rubles (500,000 soums) for one night in an ascetic room is too expensive!

We lived here with my husband from October 5th to 8th. A wonderful place, very polite and friendly host. We arrived earlier and were settled in without any problems. Very tasty and hearty homemade breakfasts, after which you can not have lunch)))
The location of the hotel is ideal, all the sights are within walking distance.
The room is large, clean and tidy. We woke up to the chirping of birds. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the guest house is very good, the very center of the old town, which is a pleasure to walk around. The guest house is quite comfortable, but with a steep staircase, if you do not know where the switch is, it is uncomfortable to go down, it is dark.
There is a cafe "Terrace" nearby, where prices are quite reasonable, and on the 3rd floor there is a terrace with a view of historical monuments and a beautiful sunset.

A wonderful authentic hotel with a very good host: the previous guests had messed up something in the room I was supposed to check into and he the owner gave me his own.
When I couldn't call a Yandex taxi to the airport at 4 a.m., I had to wake him up and he called me a taxi by phone (I could call there myself, but neither the Russian nor the English operator understood, so I had to wake the owner). I was treated to a very tasty melon and there were no complaints at all.
It was really great to actually live inside a UNESCO monument - this hotel is located right inside the old town, which is entirely a monument - it's something with something!
And the owner lived in this house for generations of his family)

A lovely guest house, a suite room with a large bed and a balcony is excellent. The owner Aibek and his wife were very well received, very polite and kind people. The house is clean, cozy, good breakfasts, I recommend it.

A fabulous place in the middle of the old town, right in front of the 19th century mosque.
In the morning, a delicious breakfast from the hospitable hosts.

Very clean room and the whole house, took off their shoes at the entrance to the house. For breakfast there were scrambled eggs, salad, cookies, jam. Everything is delicious. We stayed one night.
