At the institute, we, that is, school principals from different regions, spent a whole week improving our qualifications. The living conditions are terrible, the rooms are not cleaned, there is dust and dirt everywhere. The teachers are competent, the lectures are for amateurs, someone leads their lesson with interest. And someone is so-so, for show. After all, this is the ONLY advanced training institute in the country. But, the conditions are very, very terrible. It is very interesting, but where do the funds allocated for repairs go?
