Good location. Not far from the airport. Near public transport stops, you can easily get to the center, bus station, to the beach. Chain stores are located nearby. The hotel itself is quite often, the apartments are large and equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly, goes to a meeting when making requests. Because the apartments are actively used, that is, there are signs of fatigue, something can already be updated. The biggest drawback is probably the noise of airplanes, but I read about it and was ready, I was not particularly scared. In general, I can say that it corresponds to the price.
Large, comfortable, well-furnished apartments. Among the wishes: I would like to have another microwave oven, although the existing gas stove solves the problem of heating food. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. There are employees who speak Russian fluently. The location of the hotel is convenient, the area is quiet and peaceful. But you need to keep in mind that with an interval of about 2 minutes above your head (at an altitude of about 100-200 m), planes will take off or land. We stayed at the hotel for one week, and it didn't bother us at all. Perhaps due to this location, the hotel has good sound insulation. You can hear the planes, but this does not interfere with the windows closed (air conditioners are in every room). Grocery stores are within walking distance from the hotel. Within a 3-5 minute walk there are bus stops from which you can get to the beaches of Lara (10-20 min drive, depending on how far you want to get from the city), either to the center (~40-50 min) or to the bus station (~70-80 min). In the evening, you can take a walk in the nearest park and admire the splendidly illuminated Duden Waterfalls. I recommend this hotel for a family holiday in the city for travelers who do not need an all-inclusive vacation.
Separately, about Lara beach. The beach is huge, about 10 km long, the coastline is wide, there is enough space for everyone (which distinguishes this beach from beaches in resort areas with a narrow coastline, almost entirely divided between hotels). The beaches of Lara are sandy. It gets deep pretty quickly, but there is also a place to splash around with the kids. Paid beaches are quite expensive (200-250 liras for 2 sunbeds with an umbrella in August 2023). They alternate with free beaches, where you should come with your umbrellas and mats (chairs). The water is clean, the swimmers are concentrated near the shore, but there are few people already at a distance of 20 m. Public beaches, as well as paid ones, are equipped with showers and toilets, but there are noticeably more cigarette butts and garbage on the free ones. There are relatively few people on the beach on weekdays, especially if you go away from the city (for example, by bus #8). On weekends, there may be problems with parking by the beach, but we moved on buses, and this was not a problem for us.
