One of the few banks that accept rubles in exchange for manats. Dollars / euros are changed without problems, and old banknotes are accepted without underestimating the exchange rate. They issue transfers using the Garnet system. It is very unprofitable to go to Azerbaijan with rubles, transfer it to yourself through a Grenade and get an ABB rate at any branch - it is much more profitable.

Union Pay cards issued by Gazprombank work in ABB terminals. For example, I bought tickets at the Carpet Museum using a card. And in some cafes it worked.
