We chose this hotel based on reviews in Yandex. We confirm everything: friendly staff, delicious homemade food, excellent location relative to the main attractions of new Athos.
The disadvantages would include broken TV channels, weak Wi-Fi and cool air in some rooms (we lived with friends, so we saw different rooms).
The photo shows our view from the window of the 4th floor.

My stay at this hotel is currently ending. Only positive impressions. Excellent sound insulation, very good location,quiet from the street. There are no neighbors in the room and no people passing along the corridor. There is a kettle, cups, a safe, there is only a hair conditioner in the bathroom. The towels were changed, however, only after 6 days. Underwear never. But we didn't ask for it. The linen and towels are pure white, there are no stains (as described above), the staff is responsive and polite. React instantly to requests or problems in the room)the breakfasts, lunches and dinners are very good. They are diverse, there is something to choose from. It is exactly 1km to the mops. With a quiet step, slowly for 15 minutes. Personally, I am very pleased that I chose this hotel
