I bought a cheap kettle for my vacation. The store gave a 1-week warranty. Believing that he would have enough for 2 weeks of vacation, he left satisfied. After 2 days, a rash began to appear on the surface of the water in the kettle and sediment on the bottom. Contacting the store immediately, we were refused to replace it, including with an additional payment for a more expensive model, referring to the fact that later, they could not sell this kettle!!! And they tried to ridicule my appeal under the guarantee, saying that we use bad water (bottled water was used). The problem of the kettle was the peeling of the bottom coating in the place where the heating element was located.
The communication took place with the store director!
