Были зимой сразу после нг, очень приятно удивлены уровнем сервиса в этом отеле, уровень крепких 4х звёзд в Турции.
Очень стильно внутри- цветовая гамма, украшения, даже ароматы.
Номера идеально чистые, ремонт ещё достаточно бодрый, оснащение номера выше всяких похвал, есть и чайная станция и халаты, тапочки, все необходимые косметические средства, вода в стеклянном графине, на этажах куллеры. На рецепшн крайне профессиональные сотрудники. Особо отмечу матрас, подушки, постельное белье, все просто отличного качества.
В стоимость (весьма приемлемую, судя по соседним отелям) входил завтрак и ужин, завтраки домашние, оч вкусные, кофе машина не работала, на ужине устроили праздник абхазских блюд, с малылыгой, с чачей👌
На улице чистый бассейн с подогревом, очень комфортной температуры. Про вид с балкона даже и писать нечего, приложу фото. Однозначно ещё вернёмся именно сюда
P.S. да, под окнами веселая кафешка(но вроде приличная) музыка орет, но при закрытых дверях окнах не сильно слышно, но кому критично стоит иметь ввиду.

We stayed in a cozy hotel for a weekend in April. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food — the food is simply gorgeous! A large selection of salads, sweets and fruits.
The room with a terrace turned out to be a particularly pleasant bonus, the view is simply gorgeous. The hotel was pleased with its cozy atmosphere.
The pool left only positive impressions, despite the fact that there is no children's paddling pool and the depth is great. A great option for adults to relax.

New hotel, deep warm pool! Excellent breakfasts! A large selection of food! There is a private guarded Parking! The room has everything: slippers, bathrobes, gels. There is a 24-hour kebab cafe nearby with excellent shawarma from an Egyptian chef.
But take a room on the side of the hotel "Abkhazia", because on the side of the "cafe kebab 24", there is another cafe with a disco, where dancing until you drop every day!! Tourists and half of Abkhazia dance there in the evenings and at night! The police and traffic police are on duty. If you don't like noise and music in the evenings, take a room on the other side, everything is quiet and peaceful there, you can take a break from a busy day of excursions!
The girls at the reception are very responsive, they will respond to any request!
In the breakfast room, all the girls are smart too, the service is great! Thanks!

A very nice modern hotel with excellent service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is wonderful, there is always a choice, meat, chicken, fish, no one was hungry. The only thing you need is a normal coffee machine or two, the one that is, does not cope with the flow at all. It was a pity that the children's room was no longer working, although there were still plenty of guests and children in the hotel. The heated pool is super, the kids didn't want to go out. On the contrary, they have already written about Pearl repeatedly, but it did not bother us to sleep, what can we do - a resort town, people came to rest, someone to sleep, someone to have fun. I would also like to write about the streams, which they write a lot about here, supposedly this sewer drains into the sea. It's not a sewer, there would be a sewer - the smell should have been disgusting. This is clean water, rivers that flow down from the mountains, special drainage systems were made for them, otherwise all this water had to go to the city. Swim quietly. I am very pleased that good hotels and places for recreation with good service are appearing in Abkhazia.

A cozy chamber hotel with excellent authentic cuisine and a wonderful heated swimming pool. The rooms are fresh and spacious, even for three adults. Excellent location - a couple of minutes from the embankment, 10 minutes walking distance from the market. There is everything nearby - shops, pharmacies, transport stops. I always come back here with pleasure.

Just a good, good-quality hotel - polite, clean, cozy. The rooms are fully equipped, with excellent hot water, comfortable, large bathrooms, and the room has a balcony. Iron, ironing board and water cooler on the floor.
The breakfasts are good, there is a lot of delicious and varied. The bottleneck is a coffee machine, a queue of mugs constantly accumulates near it and an employee, special thanks to her, patiently, remembering everyone makes coffee on the "baby". I recommend installing several larger vending machines, this will relieve the coffee and tea area.
A small heated swimming pool allows you to swim even in October.

A wonderful hotel! Food super breakfast omelet , cheesecakes , casserole , meat dishes , lunch several types of meat , hot , sweet table was always present , one of the disadvantages was a broken coffee machine (it did not overshadow our rest , but still ) the sea was always close , there were always free deck chairs , there was no annoying service for steaming excursions ! Very good location of the hotel. The music didn 't interfere with the words at all , you couldn 't hear it through the closed windows (the windows overlooked the cafe ) . And in the evening, there is generally excellent musical accompaniment to sit on the balcony .

We had a rest this year in this wonderful hotel. The staff is very good, they will always help you, they will wish you a good day. We were just delighted with the rest. We stayed at the hotel from 14 to 20.09.2024, we were satisfied, but there is something to improve.
Positive:
1) delicious and varied food, if something is over, they promptly inform. For breakfast: cereals, fruits, cottage cheese, nuggets, sausages, scrambled eggs, yoghurts, salads, cereals, croutons, pancakes, there are steamed dishes. For lunch and dinner: soups, broth, 2 types of side dishes (vegetables, cereals, potatoes, pasta), 2-3 types of meat / fish (more often meat, fish were caught twice). Chicken, beef, pork. Baking 3-4 kinds of cakes, fruits. They give wine for dinner.
2) the service is excellent (change of towels daily, bed linen every 3 days, a set of bathroom accessories (gel, shampoo, conditioner, constantly bring new ones if they run out. A shower cap, some cotton pads and sticks, a nail file was put only once upon check-in). There are bathrobes, slippers, tea, water in coolers on the floor.
3) the rooms are spacious and cozy. There is a refrigerator, a safe, all rooms have balconies and a dryer, there is a hairdryer. TV with a large selection of channels.
4) there is a swimming pool, animation for children (I can't assess the quality, but there is a schedule on the counter)
5) Excellent wi-fi. It works throughout the territory and even partially breaks through on the beach.
6) there is an individual and group transfer for those who wish
Minuses:
1) the private beach is not fenced in any way, in fact, it is not its own, but rather the hotel has agreed with one of the sites for the free rest of its guests. For us, sun beds and umbrellas were free, others could also come here from other hotels and buy sun beds or just relax on the pebbles. Local sellers of all sorts of stuff constantly walk by and shout loudly.
2) coffee from the coffee machine is only for breakfast, and it is only one, and not for catering, it brews coffee for a long time. As a result, there is a wild queue of cups in the morning, you can finish breakfast, but you will not reach coffee.
3) mosquitoes, but there's nothing you can do about them. You will not be able to sleep under the sound of the sea, otherwise they will eat you. And even the kindly left fumigators in each room do not work on them.
We got a room on the opposite side of the cafe on the 6th floor, so the music didn't bother us much, but it could be heard even through the closed balcony door. Therefore, if you have a sooo light sleep, and there should be a deathly silence, it's better to take earplugs.

We rested from 1.10 to 8.10.24. I really liked the hotel, clean rooms, cleaning every day, clean towels (only bed linen was not changed), a separate plus is food, the choice is small, but there is a variety, every dish is really delicious, everything is cooked with love!
There are holidays, we stayed on the day of the liberation of Gagra, there were snacks and chacha on the table, a saxophonist played during dinner.
The hotel has a warm heated pool, there were few people in the pool, you can swim in peace, there is a bar by the pool, the prices are reasonable.
The staff at the cafe is friendly)
We also got a great room on the 7th floor, stunning views of the mountains and the sea, this, of course, influenced the first impression!
There was music playing in the cafe nearby in the evenings, which created a festive atmosphere🙂
The only disadvantage for us, as coffee lovers, is one coffee machine and coffee only for breakfast. We had to stand in line for coffee, to be more precise, there were mugs in the queue that we left and the employee was already pouring coffee when our turn came. We hope the hotel will resolve this issue🙂
Overall, a great hotel, which we will definitely return to if we are in Abkhazia, I give 5 stars!

The hotel, at first glance, looks very nice. The facade is attractive. There is a style.
However, the first impression quickly fades when you start to notice the lack of proper care. It is noticeable that the hotel lacks attention to detail: the cleaning leaves much to be desired. And this is not surprising, considering that during the four days of our stay, the room was cleaned only once. Towels, as well as bed linen, were not changed, despite our repeated requests.
The administration just smiled sweetly in response, pretending not to hear our comments.
The rooms leave a lot to be desired. The walls are damp, there is practically no hot water pressure. The only advantage is the embroidered hotel logo on the towels, but this, you see, does not compensate for all the other disadvantages.
During our trip, the hotel was full, but this did not affect the quality of service in any way. The lobby bar is permanently closed, so if you want to drink coffee, you will have to look for it outside the hotel.
The terrace is also not cleaned: the furniture is without mattresses, umbrellas are not open.
The breakfasts are monotonous and alternate every other day. Serving semi-finished products for breakfast is unacceptable to me.
Dinners are no better: the choice is small, and two soups alternate every day.
There are no dinners at the hotel at all, although information about them was provided at the time of booking.
In general, if you are used to staying in guest houses, a hotel may seem like a good option. But if you compare it with good hotels in Turkey or Egypt, then the comparison will clearly not be in his favor.
In addition, there is a cafe next to the hotel, where karaoke and music can be heard all along the coast every night until 00:00-03:00. Drunk tourists walk under the balcony and scream, and because of the poor sound insulation, you will be forced to listen to all this. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation in nature, then this hotel is definitely not suitable for you.

A great hotel!!! Everything is at the highest level!!! Your own beach. The sea is nearby. We had a view of the sea and the mountains. Beautiful!!! Comfortable rooms! Everything worked. The kitchen is great. We had breakfasts and dinners. The menu is varied. Everything I tried was delicious! The only drawback is the two cafes opposite the Pearl and the Lighthouse. If you have windows on their side, then there will be no quiet evenings. We read about the Pearl in the reviews and were a little ready. Sunset with live music on the balcony. The hotel is adapted for children - a playground, an outdoor playground by the pool (very convenient, parents relax on a sun lounger, and the child plays), a heated swimming pool.
The food is excellent, everything is delicious and varied. For children, porridge, mashed potatoes, pasta every day. Fruits, vegetables, dairy drinks. For adults - national cuisine, local wines for dinner. There is live music in the restaurant once a week.
The location of the hotel is generally a cannon bomb, everything is within walking distance - shops, cafes, pharmacy, amusement park, water park, car rental and much more.
It takes exactly 2 minutes to walk to the sea!
There are free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach - there are always places. The young man helps to put the sunbed where it is needed and open or close the umbrella.
They write that rotavirus, but this is the problem of Abkhazia, not a single hotel. We didn't swallow water in the sea and pool, boiled water to brush our teeth and didn't catch anything! Our vacation was great!
There is a cafe with loud music in front of the hotel, but everything ends at 00.00. We were so tired at sea that we slept and didn't hear anything.
My daughter fell asleep at 21.00 and slept until morning.
Those who are disturbed by the music, take earplugs or stay away from the embankment. This is a resort town - people relax there!!! If you want silence, go to your grandfather's village!
The hotel staff are professionals, all problems were solved within 5 minutes!
A great hotel, come relax, not look for cons and your vacation will be like ours!

A very nice cozy hotel! The staff is trying very hard. There is a beach nearby, sun beds, umbrellas, it seems to be enough for everyone (but it was the end of September), I can't say how in summer. Great hotel. Cozy rooms, everything is clean. The location is ideal - the promenade and the sea are just a stone's throw away. The on-site swimming pool, which is heated during the honey season, is a great place to relax after walking. The breakfasts are excellent, the variety of dishes and everything is very tasty. Gorgeous view, sea breeze, the territory is small, but every inch is thought out with love. The sea is one minute away from the hotel.
The philosophy and concept of the founder of the hotel is fully supported by the staff and you feel welcome as soon as you cross the threshold.
We sincerely express our gratitude to Ilona, the hotel manager, and the entire team.
Special thanks to the kitchen staff, a very thoughtful and varied menu with notes of Abkhazian flavor.
As for the color, it's a separate song in the literal sense. Near the cafe "Pearl", with songs, dances, lezginka, good cuisine and loud music until 00:00.
On the second day you get used to it and it's like an additional option.
You need to be careful with excursions, book only at the hotel, the guys will orient you at the reception.
We tried to order "sea fishing" on our own, we had to give up at the very beginning, it was still a quest. We bought into an advertisement from Kirill (a brave guy on the next street).
The rest was a success. We went to the Rosa Hotel in the spa, excellent massage and cosmetology.

A private beach, of course, is not your own. This is a city beach where there are just sun beds from the hotel. The beach is dirty, no one cleans up. There is a river nearby that smells of sewage, on the left it smells of gasoline from boats, so you will not be able to enjoy the sea air here.
Sun beds from the hotel are sold to everyone. Therefore, someone else may be lying on the sunbed instead of you, but the hotel needs to earn even more from you. And if you suddenly express your dissatisfaction, you will be expressed in response to the whole beach.

I have been visiting the Republic of Abkhazia since 2000.Friendly people, wonderful climate, nature and very tasty national food.I try to get out to this paradise at least once a year, regardless of the time of year.I am very glad that over the past two years the Republic has begun to transform , streets and squares are being put in order , new hotels and cafes are being built .For the second year we have been living in the Sokol hotel in Gagra .I would like to note the high level of service, a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. Pros: clean, cozy hotel, friendly staff, warm pool, delicious, varied food, there is something to choose from, room cleaning is good, the sea is close, amazing view from the window, from the balcony to the sea and mountains, cool bartender at the highest level!!!
Cons: entertainment for children, animators are not interested at all to attract children, they give some kind of task to children and they stick to their phones , the children are bored and they disperse and eventually stop approaching them at all. I chose this hotel by and large because it was stated to be close to Turkish and there will be children's programs, but as such I did not see…

I really liked the hotel! We were on spring break with the children. We took 2 rooms,- we asked for rooms with a sea view - our wishes were taken into account, for which we thank you very much!!! The room has everything you need (slippers, bathrobes, gels, shampoo, etc. There were only dental kits). cleaning every day. The breakfast is awesome! The staff is polite. By the way, the hotel has a heated swimming pool.
Special thanks to the administrator Julia, a very nice girl, promptly solves any issues!

We had a rest in early August. The view from the room to the mountains and the sea is simply gorgeous (we were on the top floor) we watched the sunset several times - beauty.
The food is without comments, everything is delicious, quite diverse. In the morning, brewed coffee, of course, does not compare with the coffee shops of St. Petersburg, but it is quite tasty if with milk.
The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Cleaning every day. Separate towels for the shower and for going to the beach are changed every day.
The staff are polite and helpful.
There is a swimming pool and a bar on the territory, since they themselves have not been to the sea for a long time, they did not have time to appreciate these amenities.

We rested in this hotel for 3 days, but we wanted to stay longer. The price for a room is 7800 with breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean with bathrobes, slippers and bath accessories+beach towels. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are mini buffets, the dishes are all simple and clear, but delicious. We plan to return next year

A nice hotel with its own private beach, sun beds and umbrellas, a clean, well-maintained pebble beach.(the sea is super, the water is clean!!!) The rooms are cleaned every day, they are fed homemade food, everything is delicious, wine is for an amateur.... the bar is open until 12 o'clock, the hotel is new, everything is tastefully decorated. The pool is clean, there is a children's animation. The location of the hotel is good, there is a promenade nearby in the evening, hookah bars, souvenir shops, a Ferris wheel for children (shops, pharmacy) are organized on the shore. It was in early September 2023. Transfers and taxis can also be arranged upon request. I am happy with everything, thank you very much for the rest!

We had a family vacation in October. Excellent hotel, location on the first line, its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, heated pool , clean rooms, cleaned every day, pastel was changed every other day, courteous service, all for five points. And meals for 10, having spent 15 days relaxing in many canteens, cafes and restaurants, this is the best restaurant in Gagra.
