A very nice modern hotel with excellent service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is wonderful, there is always a choice, meat, chicken, fish, no one was hungry. The only thing you need is a normal coffee machine or two, the one that is, does not cope with the flow at all. It was a pity that the children's room was no longer working, although there were still plenty of guests and children in the hotel. The heated pool is super, the kids didn't want to go out. On the contrary, they have already written about Pearl repeatedly, but it did not bother us to sleep, what can we do - a resort town, people came to rest, someone to sleep, someone to have fun. I would also like to write about the streams, which they write a lot about here, supposedly this sewer drains into the sea. It's not a sewer, there would be a sewer - the smell should have been disgusting. This is clean water, rivers that flow down from the mountains, special drainage systems were made for them, otherwise all this water had to go to the city. Swim quietly. I am very pleased that good hotels and places for recreation with good service are appearing in Abkhazia.

Just a good, good-quality hotel - polite, clean, cozy. The rooms are fully equipped, with excellent hot water, comfortable, large bathrooms, and the room has a balcony. Iron, ironing board and water cooler on the floor. The breakfasts are good, there is a lot of delicious and varied. The bottleneck is a coffee machine, a queue of mugs constantly accumulates near it and an employee, special thanks to her, patiently, remembering everyone makes coffee on the "baby". I recommend installing several larger vending machines, this will relieve the coffee and tea area. A small heated swimming pool allows you to swim even in October. Thanks for the rest.

Были зимой сразу после нг, очень приятно удивлены уровнем сервиса в этом отеле, уровень крепких 4х звёзд в Турции. Очень стильно внутри- цветовая гамма, украшения, даже ароматы. Номера идеально чистые, ремонт ещё достаточно бодрый, оснащение номера выше всяких похвал, есть и чайная станция и халаты, тапочки, все необходимые косметические средства, вода в стеклянном графине, на этажах куллеры. На рецепшн крайне профессиональные сотрудники. Особо отмечу матрас, подушки, постельное белье, все просто отличного качества. В стоимость (весьма приемлемую, судя по соседним отелям) входил завтрак и ужин, завтраки домашние, оч вкусные, кофе машина не работала, на ужине устроили праздник абхазских блюд, с малылыгой, с чачей👌 На улице чистый бассейн с подогревом, очень комфортной температуры. Про вид с балкона даже и писать нечего, приложу фото. Однозначно ещё вернёмся именно сюда P.S. да, под окнами веселая кафешка(но вроде приличная) музыка орет, но при закрытых дверях окнах не сильно слышно, но кому критично стоит иметь ввиду. Из пожеланий - обновить телевизоры до смарт тв
