Not bad, but the area is so-so. The sea is dirty, I had to go to the islands to swim. The bar - at prices - is above average. But the quality is average. The pool is always cold.
There are few places where you can sunbathe on the territory.
The hotel is tired, but pleasant. Breakfast is above average (but standard, nothing has changed in 9 days). But there are national islands - European, Thai and Indian cuisine. There are a lot of noisy Indians and Japanese (there were no Chinese at that time).
Nearby is 7/11, a small market and Big C, as well as Terminal 21 shopping center (a very cool shopping center).
We were a couple, but the sadness is that we did not have enough rooms with a large bed.

The location is good, 100 m from the sea. 200 m from Terminal 21. McDonald's, cafe, 7-Eleven. The hotel itself is outdated , sadly . Towels ,bed linen for 3 . Cleaning for 3 (forgot to leave tea, coffee, sugar) The shower drain didn 't work well . The deposit is 3000 Thai baht. They are returned after eviction . Gone bad

It's not a bad hotel, but compared to the old days it deteriorated: the quality of breakfast deteriorated, the large swimming pool was blocked by the restaurant, and even cosmetic repairs were not done during the covid.

Excellent hotel in the center of Pattaya on the first coastline, 50 meters from the sea.
Beautiful views from the rooms and a colorful area, especially in the evening when the heat subsides outside and restaurants with sunset views open!

Hello everybody! We stayed at this hotel from 8.02. 2020 to 20.02.2020. Naturally, before going, we read a lot about the hotel and the reviews of tourists! Flight : we flew by Azur, Boeing-767-300 is hard, but what can you do charter is charter. The flight both there and back went well! If you want comfort, fly business! I want to say objectively, the hotel corresponds to its 4 stars! The hotel itself is very beautiful, the staff is polite and friendly! We were accommodated in the main building. The room is cozy, we had 1520 on the 5th floor, the view from the balcony is side but the sea is visible! It didn't matter to us! Breakfasts are like everywhere else, everyone will find something to eat! Everything is fresh and delicious! There is a swimming pool on the territory of each building, the water was warm! The hotel itself is very conveniently located, everything is nearby, all shopping centers are within walking distance! About the sea: the sea is clean, warm, there have been tides, but this is not a problem. Rooms: bed linen was changed every day as well as cleaned! We liked everything!!! I would definitely come back to this hotel again, yes!

I liked the atmosphere, the breakfasts are very monotonous, the same thing for two weeks, I wanted more variety. According to the stars 3.5. The room is cleaned in the middle, the cream was scattered and they remained rubbed into the floor, all the cabinets were covered with dust. The staff is polite.
