The hotel is relatively new, with a small, neat courtyard, a dining room in the courtyard, a grocery store across the street. Well, about everything in order: Location: the beach is a 7-minute leisurely walk away, at the same distance there are cafes, shops, a Ferris wheel, a water park, an embankment. The market is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. Room: Very ascetic. We stayed in room number 2 on the ground floor. We stopped by at 10 pm, so in the morning the view from the window was a surprise – a blind fence! And there is also a nearby hotel right next to it, with sewer and water pipes sticking out of the walls. Sunlight does not enter the room, there is no ventilation in the room and bathroom, as a result – constantly wet floor in the toilet and wet things in the closet. Even the things that we never wore, we brought home wet. The room has an open wardrobe, 2 beds, air conditioning, 2 chairs, a plate and 2 mugs, a clothes dryer, a tiny TV, a refrigerator. There is no kettle and no hair dryer. An iron and a cooler are in the hallway, and you can ask the administrator for a hair dryer. Linen and towels are clean, changed on request, no questions asked. In the bathroom: soap dispenser, toilet paper, brush. There is no freshener or shower gel. The Wi-Fi in the room is very weak. To download something, we went outside. In general, for a small price, normal conditions. The main thing is clean linen and hot water, without interruptions. Canteen: a dining room with homemade food in the courtyard of the hotel. The choice of dishes is good, the prices are reasonable, payment is by transfer or cash. We mostly ate there. For a budget holiday, the hotel is not bad, but I would not recommend the first floor because of the constant dampness.
