Instead of showing understanding and helping me figure out the situation, I was presented with unfriendly and unprofessional comments.
I perceive this behavior as unacceptable and it has left me feeling negative and disrespected. I believe that customers deserve high-quality service and a clear explanation of information, especially when it comes to providing specific services.
