Monument to Alexander Christopher Jan Nezabytovsky, writer, philosopher and historian. He lived only 30 years, but managed to leave a legacy! He was born in Smolichi, where the monument stands. Nezabytowski published anonymously 2 books in Vilnius and 5 in Paris. For trying to transport his own and other people's illegal publications from abroad, he was arrested, imprisoned in Pinsk, Minsk and Vilna prisons, sentenced to deprivation of noble and property rights and 20 years of hard labor in Siberian mines.
