Great hotel. Lots of different food and drinks. Very polite and pleasant staff, they will always help and prompt, but not everyone knows Russian, but this does not interfere in any way. The rooms are good, our room has a bathroom instead of a shower, a lot of jars in the form of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There is a built-in air conditioner. Very comfortable and large balcony. There is a safe and a hairdryer, as well as an interactive notification about the need for cleaning or not to be disturbed. Cool animation for both children and adults. Yoga, aqua aerobics, water polo, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, air hockey. In the evening, various shows are arranged, acrobats and circus performers were on 29.05, they attracted everyone. A cool water park and lots of pools. There is a convenient elevator access to the sea, the beach is equipped on a pontoon with two tiers. There is sand on the upper tier and wooden beams on the lower one. Everything is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, there are also plastic tables. Going down to the sea is very pleasant for children and those who like to jump into the water right away, but you can also safely go down the stairs. The sea is beautiful, there are water activities (banana, pill, parachute). There are bars by the pool and on the beach. There are many toilets throughout the territory, as well as showers. The territory is green, beautiful, everything blooms and smells. There are a lot of cats on the territory, there are also turtles, so when large turtles wash up on the shore, there are a lot of fish. The territory is on a small mountain, so you will have to climb up to the water park and a 24-hour bar with a disco, but this is only a plus. The main restaurant is equipped with several air-conditioned rooms and 2 large outdoor verandas. There is an indoor swimming pool for those who do not like the sun. Since the hotel is on a mountain, there is a high probability of burning in the sun, it is better to avoid direct sunlight and use appropriate protective equipment. There is also an equipped "river" for rafting and a swimming pool with simulated waves, there is a crane for bungee jumping, but it is not working yet. The only downside is that without a tip, the room is cleaned even every day, but mostly they just make the bed and take out the trash. Towels and bed linen were changed once a week. Also among the disadvantages is that vacationers leave glasses, mugs and plates just everywhere (stumps, lanterns, bumpers, holders for booklets at the elevator, etc.) this is rather a minus not for the hotel, but for vacationers, because there are special white tables for dishes throughout the territory, but not all decent guests, unfortunately, and therefore they spoil the overall picture of cleanliness.

Overall, I liked the hotel, there are pros and cons
Positive : 1) location and views, the hotel is literally surrounded by greenery, everything is very very beautiful, gorgeous views of the sea and the rocks are just fire. 2)The hotel staff mostly speaks Russian, which makes interactions easier 3)The presence of a water park 4) Clear sea 5) interesting restaurants Ala kart - delicious
Now about the cons : 1) the room stock and the hotel, along with the water park, are very tired, repairs are needed 2)very poor breakfast and lunch, dinner when (I'm not very picky about food, but even it seemed to me that the diet is monotonous)
3) the staff is untrained and inhospitable, especially the waiters in the restaurant, no one comes up, the plates are rarely cleaned, you can't order drinks - you go after them yourself.
4) bar and alcohol - there are a lot of bars on the territory, we flew on UAI - there is no question of any imported alcohol here, everyone is poured locally, I didn't care, since I'm not a drinker, but for many this is a significant minus
5) very intrusive and unpleasant guides from anex.
As a result, the vacation went great, the hotel is not bad, but definitely not 5 stars, a solid four. People who have been in the top five most likely will not like it.

Recently, our family spent a vacation at the A Good Life Utopia Family Resort, and we want to share our impressions.

I was at this hotel at the end of August 2024. Great hotel, delicious food, good entertainment, it's even good that there is no beach, but clean sea, good pier. The staff is polite. Alcoholic beverages are European, however, you need to tell the bartenders directly to sew European whiskey. 79% of the hotel is Turkish, which is good, as the staff is more fussy. Very good food, 9 swimming pools, a water park, bars and an all-inclusive coffee shop, a large landscaped area with pine trees. Very good-natured staff. Every evening there is some kind of entertainment program.
Of the cons:
- tired rooms, the hotel was built in 2001;
- in October, the hotel was completely occupied, Anex is cramming it to the limit, not a single room is available. There are a lot of people everywhere;
- as a result, more people in the restaurant do not have time to wipe the tables and wash the dishes well: both are dirty;
- early check-in is not possible - all rooms are occupied;
- there is nothing behind the hotel, there is nowhere to go, but we rented a car, so it's not a problem for us;
- it takes more than an hour to get to Alanya by bus, and even more to Antalya;
- the absence of a sandy beach and smooth entry into the water.

The room is quite tired, especially the bathtub (the water did not come down in our room at all, we had to prop up the plug with improvised means). It is very dark in the evening, as there are few lamps.

Minus number 1 : Location, the Hotel does not have its own beach (in 2024 ) there is only a pontoon shore from which you can either jump or get off, there is only an option to walk to the beach through the territories of other hotels , which is also very inconvenient, especially when you go back to a very steep hill, as well as one of the main disadvantages the location is that, absolutely for all excursions, you are picked up first, then you have to go and collect guests from other hotels and then take them back, which is +- 20-40 minutes plus
2) The room stock is very worn out , there is swelling on the floors , the balcony doors do not close tightly, there is little light , patched plumbing , furniture in places, when cleaning, maids can easily steal a card that you usually leave in the nest so that the conditioner works.
3) Food, no matter how brazen it may seem, but there is a huge abundance of food here, but it is mostly stupid, it is not clear what it is and where it is very amateur, the quality of food also sometimes leaves questions.
4) drinks at the snack bar and other food outlets ( except the main restaurant and lobby) are the most delicious.
5) The spa center is also pretty shabby, I am generally satisfied with the quality of the services themselves, the only thing that bothered me a little was that they gave me a massage on a sports mat that was lying on the floor! Couldn't they find extra money for a massage table?

A chic hotel surrounded by greenery. Lovely rooms, sooo delicious and varied food, clean sea. Who needs the shore, it's a 5-minute walk away, but for me our pier is better. It is covered with clean sand. Cleaning at least twice a day, if you need, chupiki were left for the children, flowers for the girls on the bed, well, how can you not leave a tip here? And in general, the attitude of all staff, without exception, is very warm and attentive. I didn't notice any children's daytime animation, but there are a lot of sports events. Tips:
C1: if you need the quietest room possible, take one with a view of the wasteland; if you need a beautiful one, take one with a view of the sea and as high as possible
C2: the hotel does not provide toothpaste, in principle, you cannot even take it at the reception. Take it with you. Or you can buy it (on the 1st floor for $ 5, or in the near. outlet for $ 2.5).
C3: by default, instead of a blanket with a duvet cover, thin "waffle covers" are given, ask in advance if you need a normal blanket with a duvet cover - they will not find it at night, and they will bring a bunch of waffle ones.

The rooms are small, but the big ones are on the diagram. Half of the Russians, half of the Poles, there are no problems for me in this, everyone was friendly. Nice family hotel, 4 stars. We drove 1.5 hours from Antalya airport. It stands on a slope, so the paths are all sloping, a large territory, many different pools, bars, playgrounds and slides. The food is good, everything is included, a lot of varied food and not to find something to eat is a sin to say, there is only borscht and dumplings. A lot of stuff that we don't eat, it's all related to their Turkish mash and sauces like mayonnaise. But there were always fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, olives, cheese and sweets in large quantities, beef, chicken, turkey, lamb - amazing, dorado fish and grilled river trout. There is a children's room where everything is boiled and even children.food in jars. One day a week is fish Monday, when there are trout, tuna, shrimp, squid, mussels and crabs. On the Turkish day, they gave a variety of shawarma in tortillas, in bread.. and strawberries. All day sports (yoga, volleyball, aqua, darts, step) and in the evening entertainment programs and contests. First children's, then adults (acrobats, gymnasts, clowns...). I believe that there is no need to ask for a room to be cleaned in the top five. The services are very expensive, 55 euros massage, 55 euros scooter ride, excursions are also expensive from 50-100 euros, so no one buys anything and not only Russians, and there were 30% of them, but also foreigners, mainly Poles, Germans. There are no sales in stores either, everything is twice as expensive as ours, the Turks are angry that the Russians do not buy anything. The leather-fur stores have vintage collections from 10 years ago, but the variety of colors of leather roe deer, unlike our stores, where all the clothes are black, gray and brown, is impressive, there are all the colors of the rainbow and it pleases!

I recently returned from a vacation at the utopia family resort hotel, and I can't help but share my impressions!
From the moment of arrival, there was an incredible atmosphere of comfort and hospitality. The interiors are stylish and modern, and the overall design creates a warm and relaxing mood, making you feel at home.
I would especially like to mention the food – the dishes were simply delicious! The varied menu satisfied the most refined tastes, and the quality of the ingredients left only positive emotions. The breakfasts were rich and delicious, and the dinners were a real gastronomic feast.
The evening program was at the highest level. A variety of entertainment every evening did not let you get bored: from live music and dance parties to themed open-air shows. Every evening brought something new and interesting, giving a lot of positive emotions.
I would especially like to highlight the animators – real professionals in their field! They were incredibly creative, funny and always ready to make the guests' stay unforgettable. Their kindness and energy created an incredible festive atmosphere, and the organized games and contests left a lot of pleasant memories.
Overall, the stay at utopia family resort exceeded all expectations. A great atmosphere, delicious food, a varied evening program and amazing animators – all this makes this hotel an ideal place to relax. We had a rest in May 2024, a great place, a large green area, a lot of entertainment, excellent animation - the guys are trying day and night. WI-FI is available throughout the territory. There are 3 gorgeous adult pools, the view from the 6th floor is simply amazing, there are many slides, the sea is clean. There is a sauna, Turkish hammam, steam room and everything is free. The food is delicious, the drinks are good, even for free. The in-room minibar is free and is updated every day. The only drawback is that there is no iron in the room and it is paid to wash and iron the linen.

The food is not exquisite, but always fish (grilled 2 types and stewed with sauce), chicken (grilled, boiled, in the form of nuggets), turkey, salads, snacks, very tasty cheeses, desserts, fruits. The fruits look nothing special, but the taste, as it turned out, cannot be compared with 5.
Wi-fi is excellent, catches throughout the territory. Animation every day, sometimes it's super, sometimes it's just nice. The staff is unobtrusive, friendly, does not beg for money, but, of course, does not refuse. The alcohol is nutritious, very. There was an imported one in the night bar, but they don't offer it themselves.
We were in April. I really liked it. Considering the price, the option is wonderful, although it seems rustic against the background of nearby hotels.

We are currently resting at this hotel. One of the advantages: a large territory and there is always something to do. Several pools. There are a lot of common ones, but they all dissolve along the territory and rest comfortably enough. I don't know how it is in high season. A water park with a large selection of slides. All the activity zones are under the trees and this is a huge plus. My son likes to play bocce and it's very unpleasant in the sun and I want to escape. There are many pine trees on the territory of the hotel and the air here is very tasty!
Cons: the hotel is old, it has not been renovated for a long time. The territory is not well maintained. On the roller coaster yesterday, two teenagers turned over from buns and one girl hit and lost consciousness. The food is monotonous (but for me this is a plus, there is no temptation to overeat). Alcohol is mostly local (this is also a plus for me, I don't drink that kind of stuff).
Animation is not intrusive, entertainment programs every evening. Room cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar every day. We were moved into an adjacent room and it turned out that the neighbors could be heard very strongly. The next morning, I asked to change the room and we were moved to another wing in a room with a larger area and very quiet.
It's comfortable here with children. There is a separate children's table, there is little choice. There are separate dietary dishes. There is also a pastry shop and a cafe-bar in the lobby. The coffee here is so-so and for me it's a huge minus.
Overall, I'm happy with my vacation. It all depends on the mood you are eating with.

The food is monotonous, but delicious in the evenings. Room cleaning is normal, the bar is replenished with carbonated and non-carbonated water daily.
There was a beer festival once. It was interesting, but not very organized, the crowds with plates of food did not know where to find a place to eat.
Minuses:
They cleaned the bars and the dining room for a long time, either there are not enough staff, or they just don't want to. The plates were dirty, so I had to look for a clean one.
The water in the pools is hot. There was only one pool with cool water, but it was very small.
There is no animation for school-age children, there is a so-called teen club, but you have fun there yourself: air hockey, outdoor football and SP. There is no question of organizing children and their leisure time. Sometimes there were interesting evening shows.
The sea is dirty at lunch and in the evening , because tourists are brought to the bay by ships all the time .
Upon departure, we asked for lunch boxes, there was a night check-out from the hotel. They refused us, saying that they had never had such a thing.
In general, the hotel is for a maximum of 4, there are much better places.

We had a rest in early May 2023.
We were lucky with the weather and with a small number of guests, so the rest turned out great!
The hotel has its own beach, which can be reached by a separate elevator. The descent into the sea is not very convenient, up the stairs, like in the pool, but it did not bother me.
The renovation in the rooms is quite fresh, the air conditioning system is common, if you leave a tip, the room is cleaned normally.
There is a lot of entertainment, we played ping-pong, lawn tennis, volleyball, archery, dancing, shows every day in the evenings…
The food was varied, especially for dinner, the grilled fish was wonderful!
There is a bus stop not far from the hotel, it is easy to get to Alanya, further to Antalya, but it is also possible))
I don't know how much it costs to stay in this hotel now, it cost us 50k per person, for a junior suite with sea view, all inclusive, including alcohol for 11 days. And it was a great price!
