The booking was refused, although a confirmation came through the booking. The administrator of the boorish type, who did not even say hello and started with "I'm listening", eventually she disappeared and reported that there were no available rooms. I didn't do anything and I didn't apologize. I got the feeling that this is not a hotel at all, I do not recommend wasting my time as much as possible.

I booked a regular room, in the photo there was a standard room with Windows, and we settled in a basement without windows, thank you at least that it was well renovated. We had to wait an hour for hot water. After the road, I didn't have the strength to figure it out at all, the next day I just moved out.

A great hotel, everything is new, cozy, I liked the mattress, which is very expensive and high, it's nice to sleep. The staff was very polite 👍👍👍

Immediately after checking in, I found a strong smell of sewage from the sink. He informed me and warned me that if they did not eliminate me, then I would have to move out tomorrow morning, since it was impossible to stay. They replied that they would not be able to return the money. Like that. I just paid, I immediately warned them why they couldn't, and they didn't tell me how to live in such a room. It was lucky that they eliminated it - the master came in the evening. But I had to be nervous. It's a strange approach to clients, but otherwise everything is fine.
