I checked into this hotel because I was in the city on the eve of the holidays and there were almost no available hotels, or they cost just fabulous money, $ 800 for three days is a lot, and the company only agreed on this place for me. When I entered the room, I was upset at first. The hotel is not new, all rooms are on the ground floor. It is clear that once a good repair was done, but it was a long time ago and money was no longer invested. The toilet and shower have a very small space. The view from the window is just a drop, the feeling that you are not looking out the window, but from the window they are looking at you, since your head is at the level of the feet of the tenants of the courtyard. But there were also advantages: I got a good night's sleep, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, apparently they did not spare money for this once. Friendly staff, it is clear that the girls tried their best, even stroked my things before the corporate party, for which I thank them! I liked the breakfasts that were brought to the room, but if only they could solve something with coffee (coffee in bags is disgusting). The room was clean. I put 3 stars, the hotel is certainly far from a normal level, but in general it corresponds to the assessment and price range, so to speak, budget-friendly, modest and no frills.

I stopped at this place in connection with a business trip. I regretted that I did not take a chain hotel of good quality. Breakfast is included in the room in the suite (which is not a suite at all). The whole hotel is a room in the basement where half of the window is in the ground. The idea for the interior is not bad, but the implementation is so-so. The room is poorly cleaned, there is hair in the wardrobe, there was hair in the shower too, but I noticed it immediately. It was removed immediately. The robe is also dirty, I came up and said about it, to which the answer was oh, I'm sorry (the robe was not replaced), however, they say oh, I'm sorry for all the joints. Everything took a long time with the documents, I paid for all the accommodation at once and asked to provide the documents immediately, I went every day and every day I was fed breakfast the night before departure, they still gave me. Of the advantages, only a 5-minute walk to the metro and not far from the Arbat.

To say that this is the most terrible hotel is to say nothing. I have never seen such a boorish attitude anywhere else. I arrived in Almaty at 3:30 a.m. tonight, contacted the manager upon arrival and clarified the availability of rooms and the cost. The manager assured me that I will be checked in for 26 right now and I need to leave before 15:00 tomorrow. Which was confirmed by a voice message in Whatsapp. Upon arrival and my check-in, the employee at the reception began to claim that 26 is for the day from 14 to 12 the next day, and it is also necessary to pay 16 extra for earlier check-in. Although this was explicitly discussed in the correspondence. After long arguments, I was still checked in before 12 a.m. at 16, but 10 minutes later, when I was already going to bed, I was knocked on and informed that this agreement was invalid and I needed to leave the room. Then there was a complete circus, the administrator with whom I had originally agreed started calling me. She shouted into the phone the only phrase "leave the room" 30 times)) she did not listen to any arguments, after the security staff started calling and threatening me, armed guards arrived, led by a friend who had the only argument that there is a price list under the desk at the reception and they work only on it, and he also wanted to embezzle my money in the amount of 5,000, which was left as a deposit for the room for the fact that I was in it for 15 minutes. Naturally, I left the hotel, because it was absolutely impossible to live in such conditions and cooperate with such characters.
