We bought a gaming computer chair with delivery for our son's birthday. It came without a single wheel fastener. I called the store, they promised to come up with something. They're probably still thinking. Imagine, a chair for more than 100,000 with such a defect. Like a suitcase without a handle. I am ashamed in front of my son, but apparently he is not in front of me. And no one wants to solve the problem. So decide for yourself whether to contact this store or not. They brought me all the furniture for the nursery from Moscow, not a single nail was lost.
