There is no question about the staff, everyone is polite and responsible. But there are a lot of questions about the car wash)) prices have recently been raised, and the full complex costs 24 rubles in 15 minutes. Of course, I understand everything, but for 24 rubles you expect to leave in a dry car, and as a result I left in drops and trickles that froze at -8 👍 the machine turned off and did not want to accept payment, I had to go to the dispatchers and solve this issue (the girl was restarting the machine to pay for money), why not some kind of button to call them to the car wash?
It's cool that there's a car wash, but it would also be nice to put in another box, or a manual one, because the queues here are such that you need to stand for at least an hour.
Well, the prices, the minimum now seems to be 14 rubles (or a little more), and you leave for that price in a completely dirty car. The latest and most expensive complex really cleans well. The feelings are mixed from visiting a car wash.

I recently stopped at the A-100 gas station and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the level of service. Secondly, the cleanliness of the gas station was pleasantly surprised: all the refueling areas, as well as the store and toilets were neat and tidy. The assortment of goods in the store also made a good impression — there was everything necessary for the driver and passengers on long roads: from sandwiches and coffee to car accessories and car care products. As for the fuel itself, the quality is excellent, the machine works smoothly and without interruptions. Additional services have become another advantage: the ability to quickly and conveniently inflate tires and check the oil level on site using modern equipment. I was also pleased with the availability of a bonus program that allows you to accumulate points and receive discounts on subsequent refueling. In general, the A-100 gas station has become for me the benchmark of what a modern gas station should be. I recommend it to all motorists who appreciate a high level of service and fuel quality.

Excellent gas station. It is always refueled only on the A-100. The best gasoline is here. There is a cumulative discount system. Very comfortable visit, polite and friendly staff, a good selection of related products. The coffee is not bad. The waiting time is minimal.

(the program is for 20); I have already used 5-6 times, I will continue to come; the inconvenience is that for a full cycle you need to sit in a car; I also advise you to check the license plate (pressure, high water pressure) after washing, since once I already attributed some foreign gas station operator
- there was a shortage of fuel (and very noticeably, and twice on different columns) when paying through the PAY application; I no longer use this network of gas stations.

- as for the "wax", if the situation changes, I will be very grateful, because even today I used this car wash, and remembered that the situation was completely different on the last car at your other gas stations (at least this is clear from the first kilometers on the windshield, in the shape of water droplets ;))
- about the gas station, and under-filling, or refueling with air! I have no desire to write somewhere, and prove something, if I wanted some kind of compensation or "bonuses", I would have reacted immediately to this situation, but then I was in a hurry and perplexed (from this situation), and did not even believe what else Maybe... (as I had a power reserve of 26 km, so after refueling for 20 rubles, I remained the same). Just "Googling", I'm not the only one, respectively - YOU should know about it! I definitely will not use refueling. Deal with this signal on your own, trust the equipment, at least (I'm not hinting at anything) ;)

The management is also not interested. No one is responsible. The money for the low-quality service was returned with great difficulty. Unpleasant impressions remained. I recommend that you refrain from visiting the car wash until order is restored.
