Great place!!! Cleanliness, daily cleaning, attentive staff.
Special thanks to the staff of the breakfast bar. There is everything in sufficient volume, very tasty and hot dishes and perfectly cooked dishes of national cuisine.
The bar is located on the upper, 7th floor, so you can enjoy the view of the city too.
The room has a large comfortable bed, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, mugs, glasses, teaspoons and a daily refilled supply of bags of coffee, tea, sugar.
The bathroom also has a daily supply of shampoo, conditioner gel, and soap.
Near the opera and ballet theater, all top museums, a conservatory, a bank, a grocery store are 2 steps away

A huge advantage of the hotel is its location. That's why we took her. The old center is within walking distance. Parking is tight, they position their car right on the road in front of the hotel, but there are either locals standing there and you need to find a place, or only 10 cars at most along the block.The staff is friendly, pretty clean everywhere. But the bathrooms in the rooms are no longer fresh, especially the showers. One room was on the 3rd floor- no luck with the view- into the wall)) the second one was at 5m-it's already nicer there. The breakfasts are of the same type, but quite satisfying. Tea/coffee only in bags. The rest is for lari))

Great hotel. The curtains are only dusty.
At breakfast we were introduced to Georgian cuisine. Excellent staff. Cleaning at a height. The tea is very tasty and the coffee. They even bought tea like this at home. Very tasty. Mentally. Georgia in the heart of the hotel 😘 The location of the hotel is convenient. We fell in love in general. Thank you.

I had a rest with my wife here from 10.05 to 17.05.24. I really liked the hotel. Clean, cozy, convenient location, close to the center. Good-natured, friendly, cheerful, Russian-speaking staff. The rooms are cleaned every day. The panoramic view of Tbilisi in the cafe is beautiful. The breakfasts are very varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in Georgia! I recommend it to everyone!

A great hotel with the most convenient location. The street is quiet, but at the same time in the very center (parallel to Shota Rustavelli Street), the staff speak English, Russian, are very friendly, and breakfasts are held on the 7th floor with a very beautiful view. I recommend it!

I doubt that this hotel can be called a four-star hotel, the water is hot, that is, it is not.
Water at night, that is, or not, that is, sometimes it won't work to flush in the toilet at night, what it depends on and how it works for them is unclear.
The light in the hallway is either working or not, it's also unclear what it depends on, although everything else in the room is working.
There's a damp smell in the bathroom, some kind of sewer.
The breakfasts are quite meager, but you can find something to eat.
The elevator sometimes works or not, after going up to the top floor for breakfast, it was not always possible to go down on it, the doors would close and we would stand, the doors would open, and so on several times, eventually we went down on foot
I give 3 stars only for the friendly and helpful staff.
In my opinion, there are a maximum of 3 stars, but not 4.

Friendly staff at the reception. The room is clean and cozy. Our Windows faced the street, but it was quiet enough, the noise was not annoying at all. The breakfast included Georgian dishes, it was delicious. I liked the hotel, I highly recommend it.

Dirty walls and curtains. There were no towels for the feet. There is one TV channel on which only Turkish TV series are shown.
But I must say that the room was cleaned every day and very well. And delicious breakfasts.
