Выбор товара хороший, для абонентов есть акции - было время рассмотреть, так как в очереди на консультацию простоял долго - около 45-50 минут, хотя людей было не много (но если честно, дозвониться на номер 150 в А1 по времени больше занимает, а если оставляешь заявку на перезвон, связываются не всегда).
Парковка рядом (по ул. Интернациональной вдоль дороги) платная, днем почти всегда заполнена. Так что рекомендую доехать на метро до станции Октябрьская и там 2 минуты пешком.

А1 - оператор мобильной связи в республике Беларусь. По приезду из Москвы в Минск сразу пошёл в центральный офис, чтобы купить СИМ-карту и быть на связи. Всё красиво, электронная очередь, вежливый персонал и прочее. Тариф на месяц примерно 450 рублей РФ при большом трафике и куча звонков по стране.
И тут возник нюанс! ЭЛЕКТРОННЫЕ СИМки, то есть е-SIM, приезжим НЕ ПРОДАЮТ!!!
А физическая СИМ-карта мне была не нужна!
Вывод: этот оператор задержался в прошлом - не в состоянии оказывать современный сервис!
PS. У другого оператора вопрос решился за 2 минуты - e-SIM продали по российскому паспорту без лишних вопросов, чуть дороже только.
Снова потребовалась помощь А1 и как всегда все быстро и понятно. Там короче такая схема - подключаешь домашний интернет, VOKA и два номера с бесплатным обслуживанием (а у меня анлимы, это по 30 руб каждый). При этом интернет и так и так был нужен. Пришла в офис, сказала, что хочу, быстро все оформили, проверили адрес - подходит. В общем и целом, сейчас не только с двумя бесплатными номерами А1 на анлимах, но и домашним интернетом, и сериальчиками от VOKA по вечерам. Довольна ли я? Конечно)) рекомендую! Крутая акция

Вот только два приёмных окна для физических лиц в "пиковый" период может быть маловато. Остальное пространство большого холла занято белорусским Альфа-банком и неким "инклюзивным" кафе (с чего? почему? - и выбор съестного небольшой, и цены высокие). Но в главном - всё устроило, рекомендуем.
Ps1. Ответ на официальный ответ" организации. Повторим: никакой "видимой" инклюзивности в вашем партнёрском кафе не заметили. А насчёт "невидимой" - боюсь здесь и предполагать, с учётом сугубой, хм, "рискованности" для обычного человека нынешних западных (без)гендерных трендов этой самой "инклюзивности" (чтобы Яндекс не блокирнул). А если А1 действительно хочет помочь инвалидам и маломобильным (как реально самой незащищенной категории инклюзивных) - предлагаю профинансировать строительство эскалатора от низа Интернациональной до входа в офис продаж (одновременно входа в тоже самое "сильноинклюзивное" кафе). Лишили возможности связи из принципа. Из принципа перейду на другого оператора при первой же возможности, хотя являюсь клиентом velcom/A1 уже лет 25.
Находясь в Бангладеше, связался с менеджером А1 через приложение, что бы узнать почему у отца роуминг перестал работать через пару дней нахождения в стране, а у меня работает нормально (и звонки и смс). Параллельно попросил сестру в Минске подъехать в офис А1 что бы выяснить не по телефону а лицом к лицу. В обоих случаях был получен формальный ответ - "услуги роуминга в Бангладеше не предоставляются", и в тот же день роуминг мне А1 отключили специально и окончательно, видимо что бы больше не задавал вопросов, оставив без возможности пользоваться интернетом-банкингом, интернет-платежами (3D secure без смс не работает).
Отвратительная компания! Каждый месяц нахожу в лицевом счёте всё новые списания! То одну услугу подключат, то другую! Каждый месяц звоню туда разбираться. Каждый раз извиняются. В следующем месяце всё по новой. Да, что вы всё клиентов доите, всё подключаете им всякие услуги невзначай! Видимо у вас целый отдел над данной стратегией работает, как больше сорвать денег и чтобы бы такое клиенту ещё невзначай навешать!
Клиенты А1, проверяйте свои счета за прошлые месяцы, уверен что многие найдут там какие то дополнительные услуги, которые даже не подключали, но платили за них. Будьте бдительны с данным оператором сотовой связи!
Оплатил подключение тарифа 75 byn в начале месяца. Через 2 недели пришёл мастер и подключил интернет, телевидение, телефон. Поработал 2,5 дня и оказалось, что я оплатил только какое то мнимое «подключение», и теперь ещё должен оплатить 40 рублей за пользование. Итого «подключение» + использование в месяц у меня вышло 115 рублей. Мало того, что ввели в заблуждение, взяли вместо 75 рублей 115 byn, так еще и нагрубили по телефону, когда хотел высказать жалобу. Отвратительный сервис.
Отличный сервис и классные специалисты. За 15 минут до закрытия оформили проконсультировали и оформили две сим карты, загрузили приложение, активизировали и пополнили баланс. Респект!
В прошлом отзыве на офис на Мельникайте писал, что все нравится, сервис на высоте, но пока не столкнулся с проблемой. Одну звезду ставлю не за обслуживание, а за решение проблемы. Пришлось идти в головной офис, чтобы решить проблему. И сразу возникает вопрос с парковкой, негде оставить машину, зоны платных парковок все заняты.
О проблеме. Брал роутер в аренду, оформляя бизнес пакет, но он некорректно работает, очень часто пропадает связь с терминалом, причем что с таким же роутером, взятым у партнёра, никаких проблем. В сервисе забирают мой, дают подменный, который плохо работает за пределами Минска. На уговоры выдать такой же, так как очень важна скорость интернета, ничего не смогли ответить. С таким подходом мне нужно остановить продажи на месяц, пока А1 будет проверять его. Пришлось купить такой же новый, а не ждать пока починят или забракуют старый.
От А1 не ожидал такого подхода, так как считал лучшим оператором в РБ.

Взяла талон на обслуживание физических лиц, работали пять операторов, плюс еще одно рабочее место было активно по техническим вопросам с телефоном. Два оператора были заняты обслуживанием клиентов, а три просто сидели за рабочим столом в компьютерах, я думала, что поскольку три оператора были не заняты клиентами, меня быстро пригласят к определенному рабочему месту, увы, чудо не произошло. Меня пригласили лишь через 15 минут моего ожидания, да еще оказалось, что я не тот талон выбрала. У меня вопрос, почему, когда три оператора не были заняты клиентами, они не приглашали людей по очереди. Почему такая крупная компания, как велком, позволяет себе простои людей 15 минут и более? Почему руководство компании не обеспечивает оперативное обслуживание клиентов? Это огромный минус в работе организации и я буду жаловаться по данному факту в соответствующие инстанции, это не единичный случай, в предыдущий раз я простояла, ожидая своей очереди, 40 минут, плюс меня еще гоняли к разным операторам. И вот такое обслуживание в велком на улице Интернациональная.
