I was unpleasantly surprised by the staff's behavior. One of the employees was talking to me in raised tones, and the other, who was on the left, was acting unprofessionally, giggling and making grimaces. I consider this behavior unacceptable, especially in the presence of a client and given the age of the employees. The young people behaved much more well-mannered and restrained. I am sure that my issue could have been resolved peacefully, avoiding a conflict situation, if the staff had paid more attention to my problem and given me the opportunity to speak out. It seems that the opinion of the client does not matter to your company. It was extremely unpleasant to observe the rude behavior of the employees and their inaction in solving the client's problem. There was a desire to rebuke the grinning woman, but it quickly became clear that my words were unlikely to be accepted due to the low level of her culture. After two decades of cooperation with your company, such an attitude causes disappointment and unwillingness to continue. I urge you to review the personnel policy and raise the requirements for the professionalism of employees. I hope for a constructive response and correction of the situation.
