But I started writing this review so that the reader would understand who he would be dealing with when he decides to go to office A1. The devil lies in the details.
And so, what am I talking about?)
The service in the service centers is threefold, the politeness is average, the consultants are more interested in A1 itself than in the client.
A1 often does not agree on various little things about the tariff. It looks mean (I'm sorry). You can read the nuances only in a public contract through the website or find out about unpleasant details when the contract is terminated.
For example:
- If you use the SIM card for less than 120 days, pay 10 rubles extra upon termination of the contract.
- Or else, you connected a Wok, you were given a smart set-top box, but at home you find that this is the cheapest set-top box on the market, which has neither chromcast/ airplay nor Bluetooth (you can't use a mouse), and there is only enough memory for a TV and a couple of applications. Also, the console is often buggy and throws it out of applications. The remote is just as cheap. To be honest, this prefix really upset me.
- You need to pay another 15 rubles separately for the movie service, of course no one will tell you about it before connecting)
- I was most surprised when I discovered how poorly the mobile Internet works in Minsk. I've always had a better opinion of A1. I didn't walk away from a competitor because of this.
- Or so, we connected the Mega Max tariff, where the SIM card was included in the price with the "no limit 2.0" tariff, You should have seen my hysterical laughter when it turned out that it was forbidden to distribute the Internet from this SIM card, and if you want such a function, pay another 20 rubles (well, you understand). We could at least include 5 gigs in the tariff for distribution. Sometimes, indeed, you need to distribute it to a tablet or laptop a couple of times a month.
Therefore, the Internet and woku-TV(channels) I recommend it. The rest is from A1, requires verification.
Be careful, this is not the company that will tell you everything transparently. Read everything that is written in small print.
We bought the phone in A1, because of the price difference of 100 rubles, but after meeting with the staff, I wanted to go to the 5th element, where the atmosphere is not so oppressive, the staff are more polite, and there is also a cash register and you can safely pay in cash. This could not be done in the same department, which became a rather inconvenient nuance.
The smell of alcohol could be heard from the staff and the attitude towards visitors was "fuck off". After the purchase, there was an unpleasant aftertaste.
Out of 4-5 employees, only 1 works, to whom all clients are sent, and even that one with a boorish attitude. We wanted to connect esim, but failed. They discouraged any desire to contact Derzhinsky in the future
I bought a phone, I was very satisfied with the installment plan. They helped me decide on the model, told me about the pros and cons. Due to my age, it was difficult for me to figure out how to transfer data from the old one myself, so the young man helped me transfer all my social networks to the new one! Thank him very much. The slowest branch of Minsk. 3 jobs are always no more than 2. Now there are generally 1n people. At the moment, I have been standing in line for about 20 minutes, still serving the 1st person.
Customer service by two incompetent cashiers, 2 people passed in 45 minutes.An ill-conceived system of coupons for the queue. A queue of five people initially. We had to wait an hour and twenty minutes for the currency exchange, because those who came later came on coupons and were served earlier on other issues. As a result, a lot of time and nerves were lost. I will not apply to this bank anymore.
The guys are doing well, coping with the influx at the highest level. Even with retired people, they are polite and explain everything that they leave with a smile.
In principle, I like A1, it is a high level of service, a very convenient personal account, a virtual card, etc., as for this office, everything is also at a high level here. You can pay for communication services, there are also two cash machines, as a rule, three specialists work, although the room is very small.

I understand that A1 wanted to keep its corporate center in this place and went to move it and significantly worsen the conditions of its placement. What should I do if the owner of the Tivoli and Titan buildings has made a choice in favor of the anchor tenant Epam. But A1 must also respect himself. Next to Titan, there are many building owners who will accept it with pleasure.

The center does not work here!!There are no signs, nothing, I came from far away, I couldn't get through to them (I waited 16 minutes on the line), I ran all around - there is no A1 here!Repairs, workers, but it's not written anywhere, everything is open on their website and works until 21 o'clock, yeah.
Alas for me, there is no connection 50 km from Minsk. It is necessary to climb onto the roof of the cottage and raise the mobile phone on a pole. MTS solved all the problems. (Not advertising)!!!
