A month later, silence. I clarify myself, but they lie to me that I refused the Internet. As a result, they contacted me and said that they would not connect me, you need an additional one. As I understand it, no one is going to spend equipment for the sake of one client.
The desire to become your client has disappeared along with your unwillingness to solve issues.
I give 3 stars only for the fact that manager Maxim worked professionally and found a way out of the situation. And so 1. The customer service sector is at zero, there is something to compare fortunately. And this is not the problem of this place, but of A1 as a whole.

Very inattentive, which is why this unpleasant incident happened. It's not about payment and it's not about money. It was unpleasant, as if a malicious violator of some kind. I will definitely not go to this salon anymore.

A normal cellular communication salon, high-quality service, like everyone else's, prices also differ little from competitors. For some phone models, the prices match the main competitor to the nearest ruble.
