He answered from his seat in a barely audible voice that he had to constantly ask everything again. There is simply no interest in the client

In mid-December, we came to buy a phone and reissue a SIM card, a very nice girl Daria served us. Patiently and with a smile, she answered all our questions, explained several times what, how and where. They also gave me a pen and a chocolate bar with tea for my birthday. We were very pleased with this service, as in most cases the service leaves much to be desired!
On September 2, I wrote a statement in this department about transferring phone numbers from Life to A1. On the same day, Life did not respond to the request for the transfer of rooms, so the employee just told me to come tomorrow with my passport.
When I came up on the evening of September 3, a day later, it turned out that the application had been sent to Life, but not to A1. As a result, I was left without a telephone connection for 24 hours.
The professional competence of the staff and the quality of work leaves much to be desired.
Such a situation with the transfer of numbers to Life is not possible, since a temporary number is given for the transition period.
09/28/21. I chose the phone model in A1 company and this model turned out to be only in this communication salon. I came to buy: a queue of 2-3 people, the registration of the goods, the replacement of the SIM / card took a little time. The service was good.
For some reason, there are always a lot of people. You have to spend a lot of time in line to solve even minor issues. Perhaps you should increase the number of employees...
