On 05/11/2024, we visited the A1 office in Zhlobin at the address 20th microdistrict 30.1. At 14:40-45, we called the promoter Ekaterina to us in order to consult about the phone model that we were going to buy.
Not only did the promoter work in the gym without a badge (they found out about her name through her colleagues' appeals to her), Ekaterina's customer orientation is 1000. She came up to us only after we called her with the most dissatisfied face, when asked to consult about the model, she said take it and see for yourself, when asked to consult about another phone model, she said: you do not need to compare a low-budget phone with such models. She left the hall and went to the back room (although according to the rules, the promoter does not have the right to be in the back room, only in the hall) after a while she came out again. She became more forgiving only after she heard about the complaint. All communication showed disrespectful attitude, lack of interest and unwillingness to consult. Even buying a phone did not soften the negative after talking with this promoter. Teach Ekaterina how to interact with customers and clients correctly, or better yet, dismiss such an employee altogether, this promoter spoils the image and reputation of A1 company. And very much so!
