Management should pay attention to the organization of employees' work and a clearer distribution of functions. Employees who are engaged in formal operations, documents, and contracts should not spend half an hour poking around in the smartphones of "grandmothers" while doing the work of bored consultants in the hall.
I've applied more than once. They helped.But there was often a long wait for a consultation. There are three representatives in the salon, and the fourth one conducts maintenance.Should I fix something in the organization of working with clients?

For the first time, an employee, Vladimir Chvarkov, incorrectly informed me about the terms of the campaign, and therefore I decided to refuse their offer.
After I found out that he was wrong, I went here a second time. This time, the employee had already practically signed a contract and went to the warehouse to look for a router and she was gone for 15 minutes! Since I had already waited 40 minutes for my turn, I was forced to leave without waiting for her, because I was in a hurry.
And finally, the third time - everything went well, the contract was signed, but when the master of connecting the Internet came to my house, it turned out that the employee of this center who executed my contract, it was Vladimir Chvarkov again, forgot to issue some kind of transfer certificate to the router and they can't provide it to me now!
And I will have to go to the A1 office again to get this router in person!!!
In addition, there are always huge queues here because only 2-3 out of 6 jobs work.
The level of communication of the employees is so good that it fully corresponds to a good cheburechnaya. I have not yet been able to understand whether this reflects the corporate standards of the company as a whole.
The duration of the service is simply off the scale, if you come in the evening, then there is no chance to resolve the issue in at least 45 minutes. But it's fascinating that the employees don't lose their composure.

I bought a mobile phone in the A1 salon. To make a purchase, it was necessary to become an A1 subscriber. A charger was required for this device.
Specialist Stelmakh Ekaterina recommended taking a mobile device + charger on credit with one amount. When applying for a loan, the amount was indicated mobile device + charger.
A couple of days later, specialist Stelmakh Ekaterina. she called and said that it was impossible to issue a mobile device and a charger together on credit, as it turned out, the charger only goes in installments. Employee Stelmakh Ekaterina, in her internal documents, made out that I took a mobile device on credit, and the amount for the charger was credited to the phone number.
The loan amount for which the bank's interest is accrued remains the same mobile device + charger, this was reported in the bank, the amount has not changed.
I contacted the higher-level "management" (I didn't remember my full name), who assured me that there would be an adjustment of the loan and would take the incident under personal control and call back based on the results.
A1 employees simply put an amount in the amount of a charger into my credit account. There was no credit adjustment, because interest will be accrued on the amount of the mobile device + charger.
Later, the employee Stelmakh Ekaterina. at 22:30, I called that they allegedly did everything and this is a normal regular situation in A1.
As a result, I paid twice for the charger and will overpay for the mobile device taken on credit.

The senior manager, who periodically goes out into the hall, does not control the speed of service in any way, seeing perfectly well that there are more customers. And why as many as two specialists arrange the phone in installments, honestly, it is unclear.
There is no parking for bicycles and scooters, there is nowhere to fasten!
I bought headphones, it turns out that the product cannot be viewed, buy it and then unpack and look! They won't let you see or hold a 700r thing in your hands, Tin!
