We bought a smartphone for a 90-year-old grandmother. The staff was very attentive and polite, competently helped with advice and the choice of model and tariff plan. Since it was daytime, the wait took no more than 10 minutes. Grandma is happy with the gifts - a trifle, but pleasant.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with previous speakers who noted the protracted processes in this communication salon. Management should pay attention to the organization of employees' work and a clearer distribution of functions. Employees who are engaged in formal operations, documents, and contracts should not spend half an hour poking around in the smartphones of "grandmothers" while doing the work of bored consultants in the hall.
