Recently, we purchased a case (150 GEL) and a protective glass with an adhesive service (80 GEL) for iPhone 16 Pro Max. After 2 days we returned, we noticed that the glass is smaller than the screen – therefore, some of the content is cut off at the edges (in the photo, the green circle on the right is cut off + the scroll indicator is not visible when scrolling pages).
The store said that they would fix everything for free – and pasted the same small glass again, which we immediately pointed out to them there.
As a result, excuses were used (the glass is good, you won't find it better, it says on the box that it fits, so it fits), lies (there are no other glasses for this phone model, they all cut down the content) and rudeness (this is not our problem, this is your problem) – all just not to return 80 GEL for goods that they have already tried to fix themselves for free (= admitted a mistake) by spending another such glass.
I strongly advise against it – in such stores you want to be sure that in case of a defect (which is very likely with Chinese goods) there will be adequate support and service, and not rudeness from three employees as in a bazaar with only empty words.
