Not a bad five. We had a rest in July 2024. I will compare it with the Hotel in Goyniuk, where I vacationed last year.
This is the top five, all the attributes are there. Evening entertainment in the amphitheater, disco on the beach, wonderful sound. The standard breakfast is like all pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelette, cheeses. Lunch is average without a grill, without a "Donner" for beer, and last year's hotel had a lot of it, in the snack bar and for lunch. Snack bar weak burger, pasta fries and flatbread with some spicy meat, this is probably Donner's place. Dinner is powerful, there is already a grill, but you have to stand, although everything is tolerable, everything is normal, chicken breasts, tuna, fish, but not mackerel, but the one that floats in Turkey) well, it's very similar)The beer is pleasant. The bartenders are great for lunch and dinner, they put out wine, white, pink and red, as well as carbonated drinks in advance. The rooms are better than in per Lamer. We had a standard bed with a 180 cm mattress. But there was a nuance with the air conditioner, we thought that it did not work, even the guide was told, but it turns out it was necessary to close the door to the balcony better. There is a sensor in the balcony door, they closed the door to the balcony a little harder and, lo and behold, the fan of the kondei blew out cold for the whole) it's good that they found out on the second day. The sea is not magical. The color is not the same as in Goynyuk, Chamyev, Tekirova, Kirisha, Beldiba, and Kemer. After 11-30, a wave begins and the sand additionally muddies the water. But from 7 to 11 it is quite normal for transparency to dive near buoys. I saw a starfish, a crab and small fish. Here is the sea in the city of Finike, yes, it is magical there, near the pier there is a free equipped descent with a shower, there I enjoyed the color and transparency of the sea. It is also a pity that there is an incredibly beautiful beach nearby, but it is only for women)). And there is also a paid one nearby. At first we wanted to go there, but since we had a tour of such bays, we did not. Unlike last year's hotel, the sun beds were free even at 9 at sea and at 8 by the pool. Also, the beer and wine glasses were cleaner than in last year's hotel. The waiters also cleared the table well, but more slowly. Initially, they wanted to go to another hotel, and this was a backup option, but they quickly sold out. The advantages are the price compared to hotels from the village of Chamyuva, an interesting coastline, you can walk along the beach to the city of Finike and see a family of turtles, and back by minibus for 60 liras for three or a taxi for 200 liras. Disadvantages Are not a magical sea) but it will do for once)
We rested with a child of 7 years from 14.06-28.06.24. The hotel is certainly not a "five", closer to 4.The biggest plus is the sea:The entrance is a small pebble with shells.the beach is big. There have always been free sun beds! There is a bar on the beach and cozy places to relax. and also a small non-deep pool. The beach is through an underpass, but it didn't bother at all-the road took a couple of minutes. The main contingent is Poles and Turks.Well, when we left, a lot of Russians stopped by. The room was nice, large, with a two-story bed-the child was delighted. The territory is not small, with three pools:one relaxation, one with slides, one big one between the buildings. The minus is the food. There was a great shortage of fruits.and there was no children's table.that is, if the pasta is necessarily in something, the child practically did not eat anything. and there was a shortage of Pharmacies:there is a shop on the territory, and within walking distance too, but only go to the pharmacy in the town of Finike. A beautiful girl, Shifa, works at the reception -she knows Russian and is very friendly. In general, we had a good rest, the main thing is the sea and the sun!
We are staying at the hotel from October 8 to October 21. Initially, we chose a hotel away from cities and tourist areas. In this case, this is the ideal option. Finike and Kumludzha - a small village and a very small town are located on different sides of the hotel. You can walk along the shore to Finike, but you can also take a bus to Kumluji - further, and also by bus. Get on the highway and wave your hand, the bus stops. PRESA di Finica is considered a budget five, but I would give it a four. This does not mean at all that we like or dislike it here. But objectively, there is something that can and should be changed. beach. The most important and wonderful thing here is the beach. He is, in fact, the only one from the hotel on the entire coast. In the morning - calm, around one o'clock - a small wave appears, sometimes it intensifies, but not to a storm, but this is not critical. Even children swim. We had a lot of holidays in Alanya, there's a wave there. Sometimes it was impossible to enter the sea + stone slabs at the entrance and into the sea. Here on the beach there is sand, pebbles are washed by the sea in a thin strip, but there is very little of it. The approach is gentle, which is undoubtedly important for children and those who swim poorly. I swim well, but I really liked the approach. The sea is clear, especially in the morning. Part of the sea near the beach is limited by buoys, but I swam beyond them, though not very far. On the beach there are straw umbrellas, sun loungers and gazebos with wooden decking and soft mattresses. Some of the hotel's deck chairs need to be changed, many with cracks, sometimes very large. There are no mattresses. Towels are provided under the card, which is issued upon check-in, in the white house by the main pool. It can be changed every day. It is better to occupy gazebos early. There is a beach volleyball area on one side of the beach. There are two shower stands and foot taps by the beach. There is a garden just above. There are several paid gazebos, a bar, an 18+ chill-out area and a place for a disco. The chill-out area consists of several sofas and a canopy with armchairs, tables, sofas and pillows. In the bar from 12 - burgers, hot dogs, pasta, local pizza, French fries, vegetables, fruits (mainly apples), drinks (water, cola, fanta, beer). Beer periodically, but not always, ends by lunch and is not replenished. An underground passage leads from the beach to the hotel. territory. It is compact for a country hotel, but not small. It consists of several locations: the area behind the second building - a tennis court, parking, a gozleme bar (it did not work with us), an amphitheater (evening programs for children and adults take place here, the adult starts at 21.30, the children's room is in front of it, earlier), a swimming pool with slides, a toilet nearby (in the building gozlemeshnoy); the area between the 1st and 2nd buildings with the main pool is a bar (drinks, from 15.30 give corn, then ice cream, from 12 to 16 - Turkish toast, this is to the left of the bar), a house with towels and the main pool. After the bridge of the main building (if you go to the sea), in the garden on the left there is a relaxation pool (+18). This is additionally indicated by the signs around the pool. Only adults rest there. Peace and quiet. Although, especially outstanding ones, I am a mother and I am a father, periodically bring their children there. BUILDINGS. There are two of them: 1 - basic and 2 - supplementary. 1 - suites and junior suites (junior suites), apparently, there are standards. It has a main restaurant on the second floor and an a la carte restaurant on the ground floor. One side faces the sea, the other - the pool, respectively, in the second building, one side faces the pool, the second - the mountains. We live in the second in the standard with mountain views. The 4th floor (they have 3, because 1 is zero). The room is not small, a large bed, a chest of drawers, a mirror, a wardrobe, a stand for a suitcase and shoes, bedside tables. Kettle, coffee, tea, paper cups. It should be noted that they are everywhere here, although there is a bit of glass and ceramics, but the cups are coffee rather than tea. In general, everywhere, in restaurants, bars, rooms, there are paper cups and cups. Not comme il faut. They soften quickly, sometimes the bottom breaks through. There is a shower in the bathroom. There is no hand watering can. It's not very convenient, especially for children and people with disabilities, but you get used to it, alas))))) I must say right away, the hotel is very tired and it is felt in everything (total repairs, air conditioners, plumbing everywhere, this very paper instead of glass and ceramics, sun beds, furniture, etc.), requires renovation. Despite the fact that the rooms are cleaned daily (water is replenished daily, the day of arrival is additionally free of cola, fanta, sprite, towels are changed every three days) there is a feeling of some neglect and dirt. The public restrooms are very dirty. Sometimes you go into the ladies' room and immediately come out. The same applies to tables in bars, they are always dirty, sticky and cleaning for vacationers in public places. Well, it's still a top five, albeit a budget one....nutrition. Simple. The choice is small, even for a budget, everything is predictable from evening to evening. If you compare Avena 4* Alanya and Presa, then the difference is huge and not in favor of Presa. In general, probably everyone has their own impressions, but what I want to say. The season ends on October 29th. And every day, the service is getting worse and worse before our eyes. The ice cream has disappeared, many complain that alcohol is poured in beakers, two cups in each hand))))) there are few cleaners, the rest are on their last legs, the bus to the beach needs to be dropped right so that it arrives and everything is done reluctantly. The beer ends quickly at the bar and that's it, walk Vasily. By the way, my husband says that it's better in the bar by the sea. By the pool, it looks like a badass. It's funny, but today at breakfast the man who fries fried eggs froze when I asked for another egg. Funny. For some reason, I squeezed a sausage in a toast at the bar. All these are, of course, small things. Although, every little thing is important and not a little thing, too))). They add up to emotions, impressions, mood, well, and the assessment of the hotel. And if at the beginning of the vacation, even in the middle, I would have said that we would return here, now I probably will say that we will not. Well, unless there are drastic changes. By the way, at the end of the first week, on Friday, there was a Turkish congress at the hotel, 70 people, if not more. They are of different ages and different colors. Grandparents from the mountains, some women in groups, couples of different ages, children. Honestly, it's terrible. Very loud, noisy, everywhere except the room. For some reason, without waiting in line, with pressure, pushing everyone and everything away. The climax was Saturday evening with three hours of dancing, shouting, hooting, a huge cake and, of course, great joy. But there was something hysterical, aggressive and strange about this mass. We all couldn't figure it out, something didn't add up and raised questions. We thought maybe the Turkish trade union was walking like that or a village holiday. How I laughed when we found out that this was a gathering of former alcoholics with their families. And the cake to which people were called and handed statuettes, naming the dates, these are not birthdays, but the dates of their abstinence from alcohol. Here is a review. I hope that the renovation will happen, the attitude to the tasks of the staff and to the rest of tourists will change, even at the very end of the season. P.S. special thanks to Ali - he leads almost all the programs, a great fellow, Emin and Yana.
Four stars, but no more.
I would really like to write about a wonderful hotel and a great vacation. But, no. The hotel may have been beautiful about 40 years ago. Now it is a morally outdated building with dark long low corridors and a red carpet. In the best traditions of Soviet sanatoriums. It started with the fact that we could not be settled properly. Two separate beds, as indicated in the voucher, turned into a room with a double bed and a children's bunk bed. Technically, there were two beds. Only the child is 14 and he is 180 cm tall. They didn't understand me at the reception, but they changed the room and my son and I got a double bed and ... a cot and a mattress with springs sticking out of it. It was pointless to have further dialogue with the hotel and we spent all 13 days in a room with one bed and an old cot. The room, in general, is not bad, but mentally tired more than we were before the rest. Sturdy but old furniture, a shower room with one partition and a watering can mounted in the wall. (I can't imagine how families with young children manage with such a shower). It was always hot, but not always hot. Cleaning is daily, but too fast. Towels were changed selectively. Of the bed linen, only the sheets were changed every 5 days.
Of the really decent things in the hotel - a huge green area, sea, sun and 5 swimming pools. However, there were never any places by the pool. From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., all sun beds at all pools are always occupied. It has remained a mystery to us how people managed to do this. The real gem of the hotel is the 18+ swimming pool. It was possible to swim there after 20.00 and in the light of decorative lighting it was clear that if the water was changed there, then not this season.
The only thing that's great about the beach is that it's separate, but it's like it's not native. There are rocks, cigarette butts and garbage everywhere. The wooden walkways are broken, the changing booths are not closed. The sun beds are dirty and many are defective. But at least they were there and there was no need to fight for them. By the way, the sea is never calm there. Always a storm, always waves.
I was on the evening "shows" once. I watched as the presenter tried to clumsily joke about the national characteristics of vacationers and there was no more desire to have fun.
The most memorable of all holidays is food! First of all, I've never seen 5* disposable tableware in restaurants! Even in the midst of covid. I think that for Turkish tea made from 120 ml paper cups, the residents of Turkey should judge the management of the hotel by a Lynch court. The food is so meager and monotonous that the mantra "You will not stay hungry" did not work in our case. On the second day we stopped going to lunch. The queue for chicken ventricle stew has become for me a symbol of humiliation of human dignity. There was little food and it was all monstrously and professionally not tasty! Ordinary pasta or rice had to be obtained in battle.
On the third day, we stopped going to breakfast. Because if you come to the restaurant even at 7.30 (half an hour after the start), you need to be ready to finish what's left. Closer to 9:00, people were just randomly walking with empty plates along the empty distribution counters.
But the most interesting thing is the dinners! There was no great variety of food here either, as there were no empty seats in the restaurant. It's a whole quest - first you stand in several queues for food, then you walk around the restaurant in search of a table. If you can find a table, it is not a fact that it will not be occupied while you are standing in line for drinks. Even without looking at the plates and personal items on the tables. Twice we watched the imperturbable Turks at our table, who pretended that they did not understand what was going on.
The most surprising thing was the lack of fruit. The menu included apples, oranges and watermelons. Later, grapes appeared. And this is in the summer! In Turkey! The hotel has 5 stars!!!
The bars on the territory of the hotel worked only according to their known schedule. And it did not coincide in any way with the schedule issued at the reception upon check-in. The queue for ice cream was lined up at 16.00. Turkish tortillas were made not on the beach, as is usually the case, but near the pool with an aqua park. The restaurant on the beach was open from 12.00 to 14.00. And they were fed pasta and hamburgers there. Daily, without variations.
There were no wine lists with descriptions of cocktails and other drinks anywhere. I don't know how the regulars of such bars were guided, but I really missed the standard menus with pictures.
In general, I am grateful to this hotel. He helped us make the decision to end the Turkish olinclusive for us as a kind of vacation. If you really want to spend hundreds of thousands on vacation, then so that no one dictates what you eat and in which queues to stand. If rest should involve queuing at all.
I understand that it will never be like before in hotels. But the service is not ready for such a speed of breaking the bottom. So, sorry Turkey, but we won't be coming back!
The rest was a success!
The hotel confirmed all our expectations.
I don't know how it is that people go to the same hotel, but perceive it differently. I disagree with previous reviews, everything was very good: there were fruits, and we did not see queues, and we went to the dining room towards the end, but there was a lot of food. Well, there were no empty trays, everything was instantly updated!
I specifically asked my children (15 and 14 years old) what kind of feedback they would leave. And based on their answers, here's what happened:
+: Ice cream, water park, decent cuisine (desserts are generally wow), neat rooms, pools for every taste and mood, attentive and competent staff, green and harmonious garden, all areas are competently delimited, only the murmur of water in the relax pool, other sounds do not reach here,
-: it's just a pity that the Internet in the rooms was not always good and the lighting on the football field is paid.
But in general, guys! Respect!
2 stars only for the staff, who are like those squirrels in the wheel. The staff who face 2 face. There are waiters and bartenders at the reception. I feel sorry for them, but it's not their fault. They are trying to make a candy out of.... I didn't come here as planned. I'm sharing the truth. All the negative reviews that you have already read are true. I attach photos after ^ cleaning^. Immediately ^ after cleaning^, yes.
